UK daily outlook - 1st to 4th July.

Warmer. Isolated showers.

High pressure building from the west will bring a mainly fine and dry remainder of the working week to the south with increasing temperatures. Rain at times over the NW from mid week.

Most areas of the UK will have a lovely and sunny day on Tuesday with light winds, all thanks to a ridge of high pressure building down from the NW. Just the chance of a few isolated showers in the afternoon. Temperatures in the low 20s.

Warmer and fine in the south with plenty of sunshine on Wednesday. Windier over the far north with rain reaching the NW as an occluding Atlantic front moves SE. Gusts 45mph in northern Scotland. Temperatures 24C in the south

Even warmer in the south for Thursday reaching 26 or possible 27C. More cloudy for the north with some spits of light rain for the NW, most areas dry

Friday looks set to end very warm in the SE while rain spreads to the NW of the UK with fresh and gusty winds. This rain spreading south on Saturday followed by cooler and fresher weather by Sunday.
