UK daily outlook - 29th July.

A dry start for most.

Cliffs at Flamborough.

A dry day across much of central and southern England with some good spells of sunshine, the best of which will be across the south-east. It will be cloudier across the north and west with scattered showers with the cloud pushing south-eastwards reaching the Midlands later. Temperatures will peak around 27C in London but it'll be cooler, in the high teens, across the north/west. Little change on Wednesday with a continuation of the north-west/south-east divide. Breezy with showers across the north/north-west but dry with sunny spells across the south/south-east. Temperatures will be around 23-26C but cooler in the north-west around 15-19C. The north-west/south-east split will continue until Friday when a cold front is expected to sink southwards introducing cooler temperatures with showers becoming more widespread.
