A soaker for Saturday for some Better for Sunday By Simon Keeling It's been a while since we saw heavy rain caused by low pressure approaching from the Atlantic, but all that is about to change. Below is the rainfall forecast to the end of Sunday and it clearly shows the north and west seeing most of the rain. Saturday looks a really soaker with more than an inch of rain for many. Ground water levels are able to absorb some of the rain, but watch out for plenty of standing water on the roads and pavements on Saturday. ![]() Link .................. http://www.weatherweb.net/ |
