Biggest tall ship in the world Kruzenshtern sunk Dutch harbour tug Diver Master August 6, 2014 Biggest tall ship in the world Kruzenshtern (IMO 6822979) sunk Dutch harbour tug Diver Master (MMSI 219010878) while leaving Esbjerg Denmark at 1748 LT Aug 4. One of the towing lines went off without problems, second got stuck, tug capsized while being drawn towards bark, wrote vesseltracker.com citing Danish media. Water rushed into capsized tug and she finally sank. 3 crew were rescued, no injures reported. Investigation under way, as port authorities will have to raise the tug, leak possible, guilty party will have to cover the expenses. Kruzenshtern was allowed to resume her voyage to Rostock.
