UK daily outlook - 14 to 16 October By Michael de Villiers, Senior Meteorologist ![]() The low pressure cell will move slowly to the north-east across the North Sea during Tuesday with cloudy weather and rain over most of England and Wales in a chilly north-easterly to northerly wind. The rain clearing over Wales and SW England, but lingering over eastern England. Isolated rain showers can be expected over eastern Scotland in an onshore wind. Northern Ireland, western Scotland and NW England should be sunny and dry. ![]() During Wednesday, the low will weaken considerably over the North Sea, although but still strong enough to maintain cloud, but bright weather, over most of the UK. Mostly dry, but the odd rain shower and runmble of thunder cannot be excluded. Tending to become warmer in the south in a south-easterly wind with rain developing across SW England ![]() A mixture of bright and sunny weather with spells of rain showers during Thursday.
