Temperatures falling this weekend A big shock for all By Simon Keeling in Wombourne, Staffs 07:00hrs 22/04/2015 I've been highlighting for several weeks how temperatures may fall at the end of April. Well, it has to be the longer range models which take the credit, backing suggestions from analogue techniques, that a more northwesterly flow would try to develop after the recent spell of fine weather. The forecast temperature graph below shows the falling temperature (this one is for Glasgow, but there are more city graphs here). So turning colder for the weekend and into the beginning of next week with wind, rain, sleet and even some snow over the hills of northern England, Wales , Scotland and Northern Ireland. Best not put the woollies away just yet! ![]() Link ............ http://www.weatherweb.net/ |
