Bank Holiday Rain and Showers An mixed weekend ahead By Simon Keeling in Wombourne, Staffs 07:00hrs 30/04/2015 More details mare emerging of how the Bank Holiday weekend is going to shape up. We'll update more through the day, but for now the main points of the forecast are: Friday - Showers in far southwest England, wintry showers in far northeast of Scotland. Mostly dry elsewhere with some sunny spells, best in the west. Saturday - Rain Ireland, spots of rain appearing in far south and southwest of England, later into western Wales. Few showers in east, otherwise dry with increasing southeast wind. Sunday - Rain northern England and Scotland, hopefully clearing. Drier to south although always risk of some spots of rain in west. Monday - Broken cloud, showers or morning outbreaks of rain England and Wales, Improving in the afternoon. So, not as good as it was at Easter for most, but hopefully it won't have too great an impact on your plans. And, relax! ![]() Link .............. http://www.weatherweb.net/ |
