Heavy rain for southern England ...
... all models agree,

By Simon Keeling in Wombourne 14:00hrs 10/6/12
Temperature: 17.8C Weather: Sunny spells

Just a heads up for you regarding the risk of heavy rain across southern and central England tomorrow.

Latest thoughts are that from this afternoon (Sunday) through to the early hours of Tuesday morning, an area of moderate, some heavy rain will be somewhere through southern England, the south and east Midlands and western parts of East Anglia.

It seems the most likely places to see the extreme rainfall totals are around the Home Counties and into northern Wiltshire.

If you can be affected by heavy rain keep a close eye on the forecast in the the next few hours.

Upwards of 2-inches of rain could affect some places during the period, this leading to a risk of localised flooding.
