ok...first i would lose the mindshackle scarabs as they are close combat only. Instead take septeminal weave to change your save to a +2 and maybe phase shifter to give you a +3 Invul. Keep the res orbs.

Second, from what I have seen in a battle like you are describing the Immortals will do more damage than the warriors will.

Third 1 assault unit won't do a whole lot except attract attention.

Fouth 1 unit of 4 scarabs is not going to be enough.

For this type of fight I would recommend either Doom Scythes or Spiders and scarabs. If you go for the Spider/Scarab route then take 3 spiders and 3 squads of 10 scarabs and keep the Spiders next to the scarabs so they keep adding to the units. That dreadnought armor will be gone in a flash then you can move in either with immortals or with warriors in ghost arcs (if you go with the ghost arcs run 9 warriors and a Harbinger of Destruction in each arc). Against high army the tesla cannons of the Scythes are useless and you want lots of gausse blasts.

Just my thoughts but I am a fairly new player.

I'd drop the orb on the overlord... high cost for a low improved chance

Vs walkers warriors will just be as efficient as immortals.
However there will be marines.

I asume the lord go with the units in the scythe.
I am not a fan of those 13 loose warriors.

Dropping the lords is an option.
Or keep one and move some of the 13 warriors in that scythe unit
Getting an arc for the 13 warriors and reducing to 10 is

Spare points... get more scarabs

The wraith unit will be grand. They will draw fire but always kick ass

So we're looking at MEQ, probably drop pod MEQ.

We can look at this in 2 different ways: Optimizing the list to address your specific opponent, or a more general approach. I'll try and split the difference :-)

1. Drop both Necron Lords

2. Drop the Immortals

3. Change the Night Scythes to 5 Warriors in each. These are your last turn objective drops so on turn 4, make sure they are in position to drop onto an open objective or within 3" of one to contest it.

4. Split the 13 Warriors and make it units of 10.

5. Combine your Scarabs into 1 unit of 7 and add an 8th.

6. Drop the CCB and Phase Shifter from the Overlord; add a Sempternal Weave

7. Add a second, cloned Overlord

8. Add 4 Destructeks; 2 courts of 2, 1 Gaze of Flame per court

9. Add an Overlord and 2 Destructeks in each of the grounded Warrior Unit. (1 Gaze of Flame per unit)

10. Change to Gauss Cannon on Annihilation Barge

If my math is correct that'll net you -4 points to your list while increasing the number of shots and general synergy of the army in my opinion.

Rationale:
- 5 warriors in a Night Scythe is an amazingly effective way of obtaining and contesting objectives late in the game.

- A lot more boots on the ground mean a lot more rapid firing gauss to eat up Dreadnoughts.

- 2 Crypteks per squad serve 3 purposes. Defensive Grenades in case you get charged. Challenge Acceptors in case you get charged (so your overlord can slice through the unit). Higher power shot to address dreadnoughts and other vehicles.

- Consolidated Scarabs are helpful. Lots of S6 and Blast/Template shots out there which are both really bad for T3 Swarms. Consolidating them into 1 unit will help them survive more.

- Gauss Cannon on AB will help with MEQ due to AP3.

If you REALLY want to stick it to your opponent that has the dreadnoughts, you can swap out the Destructeks with Stormteks with Lightning Fields. About the same cost but arguably more effective against closer ranged vehicles. Personally though - I'd stick to the Destructeks.
