The Bay Area Open wrapped up recently and, being one of the main GTs in the US, can give a little insight into the armies that may bubble up in Tournament play elsewhere. http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/607894.page http://www.belloflostsouls.net/2014/07/bao-2014-40k-7th-ed-tourney-questions.html http://www.frontlinegaming.org/community/frontline-gamings-independent-tournament-circuit/itc-individual-event-results/ While I haven't seen all lists, it sounds like the Necron who took 6th was running Codex with Pylon(s). Since BAO allowed forgeworld and most LOW, it's hard to say what the field truly looked like; however, it's interesting to see just how many Space Marine armies were in the top 10. |
