I'll be using this thread to post my Dynasty as it grows. I have quite a few models already built but not too many of them are any different than what the instructions tell you to make. I'll post a couple differences that I have made so far.

Fist is my test warrior. Took me forever to find some acrylic rods to replace the green ones. These were supposed to be blue but are almost clear. In person they have a bit more of a blue tinge to them. I will probably put a dab of blue paint inside the guns to see if it'll carry the color over some, but at least they'll look different than the rest of the warriors at my LGS.

Next up was a little bit more work. The Doomsday cannon is completely removable so that I can use it as a Ghost ark if I need to.

Plus being removable will make it a tiny bit easier to paint lol.

I haven't received my Ark yet, or made any previously, but it looks like it'd be quite a work to make that removable; Was it difficult? Or how'd you do it, is it just magnetized?

All you do is build it like you were going to build a Ghost Ark, flip the front upside down, and trim a little bit on a tiny notch on the cannon. You'll see the part I am talking about when you try to slide it into the slot. The cable piece that mounts to the bottom of the cannon and the slot that the cannon slides into provide enough hold to keep it from falling apart while you play. Eventually I may magnetize it, but I imagine it will be ok for now.

Started working on my color scheme. Got an Immortal just about done with the painting. Tried to make him look a bit aged and all that. I am loving the leadbelcher spray paint that I picked up for an initial coat. Will have to work on the warrior next to see how the blue rods come out on a painted model.

anywho on to the pics
