Has anyone come across necron heads (or good substitutes) that don't have that closed mouth, gritty, teeth-grinding expression? Something with an open mouth for example, shouting or any kind of variation in expression.

I have not, outside of a single named cryptek... However, I see no reason why you could not take an exacto knife and slit a normal cron's head/mount open, but be VERY careful when doing so.

And don't forget to ask the poor lil dude "Why so serious?!"

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but I'm quite curious - are Necrons actually able to move their mouths?

I'd assumed that their faces/expressions were completely fixed (like the Cybermen in Dr. Who).

The best heads are from Puppetswar.

They have some cool options, the closest one to Necrons are these: https://puppetswar.eu/product.php?id_product=75

But they also have great sci-fi egyptian gods heads and other robotic options too.

However, I really like the unified style and grim coldness of the Necron faces myself.
