The Anhurian delegation is not going to run a large bloated campaign we are devoted to the clear and simple facts. Along with that we are going to release the our donations and where they came from. The Anhurians have a very advanced knowledge of justice. Our trials are fair in our trials we have an extremely balanced system to make sure that there is no corruption and no false accusations. We have 10 judges for each case, the jury consists of at least 5,000 members and the jury and judges are monitored for any signs of corruption and replaced by a committee of 200 people from each of the other cities.

Anhur has also not executed anyone in Thousands of years. We take a progressive approach to sentencing and will bring that to the position of Minister of Justice. For lesser crimes possessions are levied and used to better the city, and they are sentenced to serve the people for a limited amount of time. For major crimes all possessions are put into a fund to help the people and the criminals are made to serve the public for the rest of their lives.

Anhur will bring these qualities to the position of Minister of Justice. We will be fair and strict to the accused.

A vote for Anhur is a vote for a fair trial and the right people to serve out Justice.

Campaign Financing:

1.5 Million credits donated by The Ciano Media Consortium

10.3 Million credits donated by the Citizens of Anhur

2.2 Million credits donated by the Talaian Community Bank

All donations were 100% voluntary and any left over funding will be returned evenly to the people who donated the money.

What is your stance on ban/ejection of unwanted nations? Should prior authorization be obtained by me or the Delegate, or should we allow for instant banjections with "judicial review" afterwards? Should banjected citizens (and non-citizens) have the right to a trial?

I believe that a group of 3 to 5 be put together to review the facts. If the majority of the group (Which would always include the Minister of Justice) votes for banning then the nation in question should be banned as soon as possible. If new information surfaces a retrial should happen with a new group. Also if you as the founder or anyone of the other Minister wishes to review the information then it should be allowed and any comments made about the information will be taken into account by the entire group before a voting on innocence or guilt.

Sounds good. Perhaps that "group of 3 to 5" could be the Council?

Sorry if I was a little vague about the part about the founder/delegate banjecting; what I meant to ask was, should we be able to banject threats without having to go through the bureaucracy as long as the banjections are reviewed afterwards by the Council?

I have to say that no one should be instantly booted unless the accused is witnessed doing what he is accused of by a minister or you. Then the person should be banned then a council ruling. But in any other circumstance there should be a "council" ruling before any banning. Then retrial by another "council" if new information surfaces.

(Sorry if I seem like I'm pestering you. It's more just playing Devil's advocate.)

So, hypothetically, if I or the Delegate see 20 members of The Black Riders move into the region with only a minute to go before Nevthronia's update time and none of the Ministers online, should we be allowed to boot them right then and there to protect the region?

Well for one, password protect the region to stop the flow of incoming hostile nations, then two kick out all the hostile players XD

What if there was an issue concerning a "High ranking" nation, such as a Minister or even the Prime Minister. What would be your stance and how will you deal with it? An issue would be like abuse of there powers, pushing nations around on the forums and being a di*k in general.

Well for one immediate revoke of title until the matter is settled. In the absence of the official the ministers would approve an acting substitute until the resolution of the matter at hand. A matter of this magnitude would be handled by the ministers (and potential the founder if he is not a minister). The facts would be reviewed the ministers would vote for a resolution. Depending on the offense and the outcome of the vote. The minister in question would be removed from power, reinstated as minister, or even banned from the region. As for the Substitute, if the original minister is found guilty and removed then depending on the time until the next election the Substitute will play the role as acting minister or a special vote will be called to fill the position.
