Straight to the point question, what would you like to see in a New F - Zero game? Be it online features, offline features, gamepad integration ideas, 3DS connectivity, etc... For me, I would LOVE to have a large focus put on the multiplayer aspect of the game. Imagine an online feature with deep customization of your car and in game unlocks for completing challenges. And then just add on 32 player race support, as well as death race online! |

Gamepad would be really useful for a track editor, but generally I think Pro-control support is a MUST. Online would also be neat, although with Mario Kart having it, it's likely any future F-Zero title would too. And the usual stuff, more tracks, cars, and of course, more speed. |

Long post. Besides the obvious additions like 30 player online and create-a-car. I would like to see the touchscreen used for track editing and emblem making. Use the gamepad for steering and have a big boost button on the screen. This of course would be optional and a good bullet point on the box (for the more casual). Gamepad screen could have racer positions and map to unclutter the TV screen. Off-TV play. Story mode - Create a character and have a basic vehicle in the beginning. As you race and win, you earn money to buy parts and stuff to customize your own vehicle. Of course, as you progress; more parts, racers, maps, colors, etc. are unlocked. Capt. Falcon can be your idol/hero or rival in the story. Team up with cap and others to foil the dastardly deeds of the evil racers. Just a rough ideas, open to critiques. Gameplay - Different color boost pads with different traits. Non-yellow pads less freguent. -Yellow boost pads are the same. Non-yellow pads must be hit consecutively (no yellow or other color inbetween) for ability. Also think as "hit yellow pad to cancel". -Blue boost pads = increased boost speed. -Hit first one = normal boost, but with Blue glow around car. No added trait. Glow lets other players know your potential plan. -Hit 2nd pad = 1.5 x normal boost off of pad. Racer still glows Blue, but it is slightly brighter and flashing. -Hit 3rd pad = 2 x normal boost off pad. No more glow. -Red boost pads = manual attack boosts. Same cost as a normal manual boost. -Hit 1st pad = normal boost, but with Red glow. No ability. Glow lets other players know your potential plan. -Hit 2nd pad = normal boost, but you get a saved manual boost (if done before second lap, it will activate upon completing first lap) with an atk attribute. -2nd pad atk is the Gale Atk manual boost. Happens when you first hit the boost button after. Normal manual boost speed. The atk does no contact damage, but creates wind around the car (wind shield?) that pushes any racer in front or to the immediate sides out of the way. No front push to a vehicle in front. Invulnerable while in use, short duration. Wide angle hit field. Red glow, but with seeable wind trail before use. -Do not use if want 3rd tier atk- -Hit 3rd pad = normal boost, but with a damaging manual atk boost. Same as 2nd when it comes to what lap it is. Probably not possible in first lap though. -3rd pad atk is the Strike Atk manual boost. Happens when first hit boost button after. Normal manual boost speed. Vehicle is surrounded by fire or lightning when atk is in use. Does sever damage if you hit a car dead on, and pushes them out of the way. Less damage is done to adjacent racers while pushing them away. Not invulnerable to environment (hit wall = damage, fatal), and short duration. Small angle hit field. Red glow with fire or lightning trail. -All atks reset after use. AKA no more glow. -Color pad mixing. -Purple. Hit blue then red or red then blue, does not matter. = Purple glow with no added attribute. Gives info to other racers. -Hit Blue pad while glowing purple = saved manual boost that is 2x normal boost and is a Gale Atk. This costs twice the normal amount. Used first time hit boost button after. Vehicle glows purple with random Blue lighting/discharges around it. -Hit Red pad while purple = saved boost that is 1.5x normal boost and is a Strike Atk. Costs twice the normal amount. Used when hit boost button after. Vehicle glows purple with random Red lightning/discharges around it. -Other color combos a possibility. Yellow + blue = green. Yellow + red = orange. Not sure on what other attributes to use. Shields? Extra manual boosts? You guys have any ideas? Nothing is final. Corrections and additional ideas are welcome. |

Wow those are alot of awesome ideas! I especially agree with the track editor! Would be an awesome way to use the gamepad, and fun to race especially with other players on created tracks! |

Thanks. I just want a new f-zero game. Even if it doesn't have anything new for gameplay. |
