Let's talk about Arrow! Who loves the show? Who loves Stephen Amell! (ME!) Do you ship anyone? I ship #Olicity (Oliver and Felicity) and kind of want them together but I want them to do it slowly. I love the build-up. Love Diggle, love Felicity, so-so on Laurel, love Detective Lance, love bad man Malcolm Merlyn!, like Thea, really like Roy (They need to build on his character more), like Moira. I know I am forgetting someone, oh, Slade is back -- love him but the way he looks. Let's talk Arrow my peeps!!!! I will post article, spoilers and discuss the show here!!!!!

Love me some Ollie and Olicity! :cloud9: :cheer:

SPOILERISH FOR SEASON FINALE. PLEASE DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T LIKE BEING SPOILED.

ARROW

PRE-FINALE EPISODES | Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg says that coming out of the "pretty surprising," Roy-centric episode "Seeing Red," the CW series will throw into "sharp focus what Oliver's mission as the Arrow is: to be a killer, or be a hero? To put down criminals, or save people?" The April 30 episode, "City of Blood," is a "really big Sebastian Blood episode," Kreisberg says, as the politico's "ability to compartmentalize his idealism and his ruthlessness comes to a head." (There's also a confirmed funeral, eep!) The season's penultimate hour, "Streets of Fire," meanwhile "almost plays out in real time, 24-style, over a short span of time... That one really is a roller coaster." As for Slade's endgame, Kreisberg says, "His specific target will come as a big surprise to everyone. You'll have to see how it plays out."

MAY 14 SEASON FINALE | Titled "Unthinkable," the sizable season ender required Arrow to return to The Watchmen's sprawling cityscape set -- it's that big. "There may have been a lot of what seemed like detours this season, but it all plays out in the last few episodes," Kreisberg attests. "Hopefully, everyone will see the method to our madness and find the finale to be an exciting culmination of the season, as opposed to just a great episode."

WOW. OMG. :wtf: happened last night? Moira Queen sacrificed her life for her children. Very heavy episode! Slade stabbing her with the Samurai sword! SOB Ollie make him pay!!!!! :angry3:

Stephen Amell was not lying about the feedback and what was about to happen. That was quite a twist.

Slade is a marked man now. I am wondering if Malcolm Merlyn and The Arrow team up to avenge Moira Queens death. Sounds like a very interesting prospect of a season ending cliffhanger to me. Then again you never know what happens on Arrow! :wtf:

Arrow: Overnight Ratings For “Seeing Red”
CRAIG BYRNE APRIL 24, 2014

Seeing Red Despite containing one of the biggest shocks in the show’s history – you can read Andrew Kreisberg talking about that here – Arrow actually ended up with not so great overnight numbers.

As we have pointed out many times before, most shows tend to trail off in the Spring, not just Arrow. Why is this? People realize the DVD is only five months away? Viewers have fallen behind? It’s nice outside? Whatever it is, it happens. Hopefully final numbers will adjust back up, and DVR should give the show a well deserved bump.

In any event, the initial overnight number is 2.19 million viewers and a 0.7/2 in the Adults 18-49 demo.

If you watched “Seeing Red” and would like to talk about it with other fans, come by our forum for the show! If you didn’t see the episode but would like to have it to keep, it’s already available on iTunes and Amazon Instant Video.

Is there more to Arrow’s “Oliver has a child” reveal, or is it something that will be addressed in Season 3?– Sam
As of now, the name of the baby momma glimpsed this week is not being specified (lest everyone crash the Connor Hawke Wiki page), but that thread will be picked up. Eventually. “That is something that will be paid off in Season 3,” EP Andrew Kreisberg told reporters at a recent screening.

Arrow' Season 2 finale spoilers: Nyssa al Ghul returns to Starling City
By Laurel Brown
Apr 28th, 2014

When Oliver Queen faces Slade Wilson in the "Arrow" Season 2 finale, "Unthinkable," he won't be alone: Master assassin Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law) is returning to Starling City.

How and why does Nyssa return? The main answer is what you might expect. "Sara will be back," executive producer Andrew Kreisberg teased about the end of the season. "She went to go get help. Because when you're fighting an army, you need an army ... She goes and gets Nyssa, and she comes back with the League."

While the League of Assassins is not the most trustworthy or safe group, it may also be the only armed body capable of taking on a platoon of mirakuru-infused criminals under Slade.

When it all comes down to it in the finale, "It's the Arrow, Canary, Roy and the League of Assassins against Slade and his mirakuru army," Kreisberg added.

Will that be enough? Will Nyssa's return signal an end to Sara's time in Starling City? Answers should come in the final three episodes of "Arrow" Season 2, "City of Blood" (April 30), "Streets of Fire" (May 7) and "Unthinkable" (May 14).

Arrow Ratings: “Streets of Fire”
CRAIG BYRNE MAY 8, 2014

Streets of Fire Arrow gave us one of the most expensive looking episodes in the show’s history last night, and the Nielsen system rewarded it with only 2.25 million viewers and a 0.7/3 in the demo, according to TV By The Numbers. That is, at least for the initial overnight ratings, which will hopefully tick up later.

Is everyone just waiting for the DVD or what?

In any event, if you've seen it, come talk about it on the forum, and if you haven’t seen it but would like to have it to own, it’s already on iTunes and Amazon Instant Video.
