No. The only one that's out on it right now is Unlimited World Red, right? In that case, I'd much rather get it on PS3, considering I find quick-paced action games easier to play on larger consoles, mainly due to the less limited screen.

I'm pretty sure there is one called Romance Dawn, too.

Earlier you said Gintama wouldn't translate well, but I assume you, like me, watch it subbed. So what would be the difference between English subs and English dialogue?

The English sub usually has a caption showing what the reference is supposed to be. With the English dub, this wouldn't be there. Not just that, but the dub would appeal to a more western audience, as well as those that aren't large anime fans, which could be a problem. I can't really see a regular anime fan sitting down watching it and having much clue what they're talking about when Gintoki and Kagura have a short debate on Kinnikuman, or that entire Kochikame tribute episode somewhere in the ~70 mark. Sure, they'll probably get the DB, OP and Bleach references, but with an audience not too familiar with some aspects of the references, the appeal of the show's going to be a lot less.
There's also the way in which characters talk, such as Kagura ending most sentences with "-aru" to present her in a more foreign tone, which many characters often critique her on. Obviously, it'd be hard enough to find an acceptable substitute for an English audience.
Another thing may be copyright. Japanese copyrights are far less strict than America's, which is how they get away with so many references. For instance, Seth MacFarlane being critiqued by Lucasfilm for Family Guy's constant Star Wars parodies prior to Blue Harvest, despite George Lucas' loving the show. That'd be a main problem for the Renhu Arc, considering the entire arc is a triple parody of Star Wars, Gundam and Lupin III.

So basically a lot of episodes will need to be removed and lines will need to be changed. That sucks.

If I went to watch that dubbed movie, will it spoil the series for me?

The dubbed movie is essentially a redrawn version of the Benizakura Arc (episodes 58 - 61), so yeah. A lot of info on characters such as Takasugi and Nizou would be spoilt. I'd recommend you wait until you complete that arc, then watch it, or watch it in place of the Benizakura Arc if you wish (I'd recommend watching both for comparison though).

Okay thanks.

Finally, when does the Post-Anime stuff in the Manga begin?

Like, it's my understanding that the Manga is on going. So once I finish the Anime, what chapter do I start on?

Also, what is Gintama'

The anime adapts the first 410 chapters, so after you finish, you'll want to read from 411 and onward.

Gintama' is simply the 2nd series that begins with episode 202, though most sites just keep it as Gintama and simply have it as episodes 202 - 253. There's then Gintama: Enchousen (also listed as simply the remaining episodes of Gintama after that), so episodes 254 - 276. Some of the third series can be skipped due to being reruns, so refer to MAL's info on that series to check which ones.
