1.) No member, current or new, is entitled to a custom non-production/starter Battle Striker. Any members, current or new, trying to apply for a custom will be denied if they are without proper clearance from a staff member. Members must show the board that they will be active as much as possible and post regularly to be allowed to apply for a custom. No exceptions. 2.) Be wary of the technology you are trying to put into your custom units application. While development of new technology will not be stopped, it must be "Developed". This means you have to equip the unit with the prototype system first and upgrade to the final product over time. This does not mean using it once is appropriate, all prototype systems and technologies must be used within 2 - 4 engagement (Battle) threads before the final product will be allowed. 3.) Take into consideration the type of custom machine you are applying for, its classification and your characters class set will determine how well the pair work together in a fight. Try to not stick a high speed machine with a character that's meant for a heavy attack type striker. 4.) Do not try to stick a weapon or system set in every inch of the Battle Strikers frame, the parts that make it function have to go somewhere. 5.) All staff members have the right to VETO any application, even if it has been approved already. Applications approved, but not yet in use, are fair game until such actions have been made. Loophole exploitation and abuse of this rule is not allowed. 6.) When applying for such an app, use the Application form provided below:
(For ship apps) (Note:Ship applications from standard-members are not allowed without proper pre-approval.)
