We are hosting a conference on 21-22 May at the University of Bristol entitled 'Senses of Liturgy: Medieval Ritual Interpretation and Practice'. This will be of interest to those who want to be inspired by the multi-sensory nature of the medieval liturgy, with papers on visual culture, manuscripts, music and the senses more generally.

Look here for more information and a copy of the programme.

There will also be a **FREE CONCERT** on the evening of 22 May, at 6pm called 'Sound and Vision: The Sights and Sounds of the Medieval Liturgy' performed by the Bristol University Singers and the Schola Cantorum. It will take place at the Lord Mayor's Chapel, a medieval building.
