Hey guys, I just finished the first two tutorials in this series. The first one taught how to navigate the most basic, yet most important items within the Multi Media Fusion 2 tool bars. The second tutorial taught important organizational skills to help you keep your files assessable friendly. Now I'm going to get the real heart of this tutorial series. If you got yourself a copy of MultiMedia Fusion 2 you can download the files in the rared package, and follow along. Throughout the tutorial I'll be teaching you all the things you'll need to know in order to create a simple rpg game. Things you'll learn *How to set up a level *How to add sprites, and animation. *How to event using conditions and carry out actions based on those conditions being met *How to use global variables. *How to make items do things! *How to save your game *And most importantly how to debug your game (this is going to be recorded in real time editing. Any bug that's created in the game, we're going to have to fix together. The debugging part is a fundamental skill to learn. No ones a perfect programmer, or eventer. There's going to be bugs, and we're going to have to know how to squash em! If you're going to be following along the tutorials exactly you're going to need to download the project files, and store them in a location. Download Little Rpg Project Files |
