Brief Island Description: Karakuri is a winter island which holds the Future Country Barujimoa. The kingdom specializes in advanced technology such as cyborgs and mechanical structures, As such it is hailed as the "Future Kingdom" and the birthplace of the genius Marine Scientist of old, Dr.Vegapunk.

The name of the island the kingdom is on refers to Karakuri, a traditional Japanese mechanized craft where furniture and dolls come to life as if by "Magic". Though long ago a genius shipwright landed on the island and saw fit too transform the island into cyborgs as well, and as such it is quite a dangerous place to roam as these robots attack anybody who enters their domain.

Quite possibly though the one thing that stands out the most on this island in the large mountain on it that has two giants bolts sticking out of either side of it, which fits into the cyborg theme as it is a likeness to the monster Frankenstein.

Locations:

Fallen Village: The Fallen Village, once known as Karakuri Village, was, before the arrival of the scientist that would bring the golden age of the Future to the island, an old Asian-inspired town where both Humans, Cyborgs and their mechanical robotic creations, the Dolls, cohabited happily between each other similarly to the New World's now fallen Dressrossa family entreprise, whom has now been replaced by its former kingdom long ago.

At first, everything went well between the inhabitants of the village. Everyone coexisted together, and liked each other quite a lot. In fact, everybody knew everybody, and it was clear that life here was quite content. However, it was once the grand Cyborg experiments started that the remaining Humans, fearing the rise of the Cyborgs, would start attacking Cyborgs on sight and weaponize their own Dolls in order to defend themselves properly.

As such, the village quickly descended into chaos, and the Marines, whom were once part of the island's main security, decided to quickly take care of the situation alongside Vegapunk, who tried to use the Pacifistas to quickly gain control of the many battles.

The results were grim, resulting in mass destruction across the entire village and lots of casualties from all sides. Because of thee battles, almost all but one single individual left the village and never came back to the island at all, leaving a ruined village almost empty of life. Now, only their Dolls remain, their weaponized creations, and they will clearly not be happy to see too many strangers in their village, for fear of seeing it destroyed any further.

The Great Foundry: The Great Foundry was once where every Cyborgs or mechanized beings were built, and, as of today, the building machines are still standing and it seems as though everything is still automated, although not maintained anymore. Taking the form of an incredibly large building made out of pure Titanium Steel for maximum protection against outsiders and explosions from the inside, if it ever happens, the whole area covered by the building is protected by automated turrets and robots that keep outsiders out of its vicinity for "security measures".

Whatever happens over there nowadays is a total mystery...

Helheim's Pit: Helheim's Pit was once an old junkyard situated not very far from the Great Foundry, but, thanks to the construction of a mining factory very near it, the whole place, after having been assaulted and taken over, was rebuilt into a complete arena where Cyborgs and robots are fighting against each other for their lives. This is also a place where slavery is strong along with human trafficking and, as such, it is not uncommon to see nobles wandering around the place with bodyguards at their side.

Leaded by a very secretive man named Helheim, the place is open during the night as, during the day, the whole mining facility, which takes the form of a large hole dug in the very ground, is closed by an immense steel gate that acts as a ceiling against the robots on the surface.

Jackson's Shipyard: The island's very Shipyard, which is now abandoned by its very owner who goes by the name of "Jackson", was once an incredibly profitable place filled with ships and merchandise alike, very alive on its own and almost acting like a village for the entirety of the island. Now, the place is dead, and the marketing for it has been abandoned, instead replaced with constant security by automated drones and robots which welcomes any tourists whom are interested into seeing what the island has in its guts.

Soulless Mountain: The mountain of the island, otherwise known as Soulless Mountain, name given by the tourists whom would visit the island from time to time alongside Marine officers, is a large peak of ice and snow where two Frankenstein-like bolts can be seen on either side, made out of pure steel, which origins are mostly unknown. Although the mountain is considered to be empty by the Cyborgs of the island, there are rumors about temples scattered all across it with their inhabitants only being humanoid robot monks living on their own at peace with themselves, having fond a personality, a Soul within themselves.

But those are only rumors.... and, as such, the mountain is considered dangerous and inhospitable. The robots and Cyborgs of the island classify it as an unreachable area and all deeply refuse to head there for fear of being destroyed.
