Located in a calmer section of the new world, close in proximity to Ardu Alma and Doanotochi, it's one of the more relaxing and peaceful islands. The grass here is green and soft, the sky blue and cloudy, while the soil fertile due to the fauna that live here. The weather here is very stable, usually sunny with a slight chance of rain. This is one of the smaller new world islands, but it's only small relative to the others. To walk the entire perimeter of the island would take a week or two. The beaches here are sandy while the water is clear. The island is divided into two halves by a large river, named the Acheron river. While the water is not particularly deep, average at about three feet, it is deep enough so that most of the fauna are unable to cross.

One of the first things noticeable when visiting Corginia is the amount of corgi dogs on the island. To the ruling human couple, they are considered sacred and a symbol of the Corginian monarch. After the queen vowed to save every suffering corgi, boatloads of them arrived with the held of her loyal servants. Due to an un-explainable natural phenomenom, the corgis that live here are capable of human speech, and are at a basic level of intelligence just below a human with a low IQ. Throughout the island, there are multiple dog parks and recreation centers for them.

The main city of Corginia, Kathens, is situated along the Acheron, and, is also the most populous on the island. The architecture here is old, but so is the history of this island. Unlike many other islands, the people who live here have not been here for a wild. While it is certainly a very well-kept secret, the ruling monarchy simply found the island and inherited the ruins and therefore were not really the founders and original inhabitants. While they claim to not remember, their rule began roughly one hundred and seventy five years ago, enough for four generations to have been born and constitute the royal family. Most of the other humans who are no related to the royal family live as lords and leaders of other, smaller cities.

While the wild corgis that inhabit this island are seen as holy, canine minks or zoan-type devil fruit users are regarded as saints, and therefore, are treated better than the royalty that rule over the fair meadows of Corginia. In fact, the canine minks were so gracious as to form a pawliament to act as the real representatives of the island and its laws and regulations. With glee, the monarch agreed to the proposition and surrendered themselves as a simple head of state, while still having all of the benefits pertaining to monarchy. Generally speaking, it's the pawliament that takes the political and national affairs of the island into consideration. Sometimes the royal family will have a few words that the pawliament is sure to take into consideration given their usual reluctance to speak on such matters.

The demographics of this island are approximately 65% human, 20% canine minks, 10% canine zoan-type devil fruit users, 3% other mink types, with 1.2% Witch and 0.8% Aswang. While it would seem that feline type zoan users would be unwelcomed, they are treated as playmates to the corgis that live here, and as such given the respect of any other human albeit a bit higher. For any of the aforementioned humanoids, there are four wild corgis.

Locations:

Mt. Woofreon:

Pictured in the background, are the Woofreon mountains. Directly across the Acheron, is the more wild side of Corginia. These mountains stretch rather high actually, at 2,500m. While not one of the more impressive mountains in the new world, it is one that travellers would save time going around than across. Like a painting, these mountains are pretty much visible from every part of the urban Corginia area. While few have claimed to have reached the peak of these mountains, there are two flags frozen into the snow. One, with the initials of A.O, and another, of a cat's face.

Past the mountains, are the wild Furests. In this grove of trees and bushes, are where the most wild corgis live. On the other side, the corgis are very timid and docile, but over on this side, they'd rip you to shreds just for looking at them the wrong way. Here, their teeth are bigger and hang from their mouths rather menacingly. Thankfully, they too cannot cross the Acheron nor do they wish too. After a disagreement with the royal family, the Pawliament banished and exiled them to river banishment, the same fate to any wild corgi or foreigner that breaks the rules here. While not a very severe punishment, it it still the most common.

Milkbone Meadows

Along the riverbeds of Archeon, are the Milkbone Meadows. Known for the spots of sunlight in which the wild corgis rest, food and chew toys are commonly left her for the wild corgis that visit during the afternoon. Property overlooking these plains are very expensive, some of the royal family not even being able to afford living here. It is absolutely illegal for any non-canine race or devil fruit user to enter these premises, with the punishment being immediate banishment. The sun spots are said to have powerful healing capabilities. As such, much to the displeasure of the royals, pirates and marines alike are said to visit here with injured comrades in an attempt to recover their health. While usually grateful for the solution to their desperate problem, said pirates sometimes mellow out and stick around, wanting to protect this land from other pirates with lesser intentions.

Corginia and the World Government cooperate very easily, like two gears in a machine. While not particularly offensively capable, they are said to have a rather fierce military group that defends their homeland. Their biggest conflict with the WG is when a celestial dragon hears the rumors of this place and takes one of the wild corgis for their own. Generally, this is meant with a grimace of all who live here, but a few violent reactions in the past have been met with harsh punishment by the WG.
