Motorcycle Only Checkpoints in VA

Virginia's Gov. Bob McDonnell has signed a bill, H.B. 187, that prohibits establishment of checkpoints stopping only motorcycles for inspection.

My 2 cents worth: Doesn't bother me either way. I keep my bike legal and if something was wrong with it that could cause a crash or injury - point it out! If I ever come across a check point I will use this inspections as a rest break before I ride on.
