Both men stride forth across the ring flooring with light pattering footwork, each breathing heavily as they make their way nearer and nearer to each other‘s vicinity. Rapid-fire glances are shot back and forth by the intense warriors through their travels but not a single one of these hurried stares suggest an underlying rivalry between Xstatic and his opponent Nathan Hardy. No, their locked eyes represent a keen mutual respect; one that could only arise through the many days they have spent together in shows for other wrestling federations. Never once have they psychically collided in the squared circle though, but this fact is not a burden to either competitor; the thrill and excitement gained through competition with those not yet fought is joyous for such wrestlers dedicated to their glaringly obvious field of work. Not that this is to anyway state that what may occur next in the following minutes is just unadulterated fun and games because these two approaching gladiators are not really the types to allow their supposedly immense talents go to waste, i.e. losing is strictly out of the question. Suddenly, the bell begins to toll thrice, alerting those who hear it that this bout is to get underway pronto. Xstatic decides that he shall be the one to land the first vital blow; he does so by thrusting his right leg outwards like an angry mule with no prior warning beforehand, temporarily imprinting the soles of his invading boot straight into his combatant’s softening solar plexus. Discarding any lingering feelings of guilt must surely be an integral part of earning victory as most normal-minded wrestlers would balk at such sly tactics. The “Live Wire” has no such morals however; he smirks with a despicable air of undeserved happiness during the short tenure in which he wrenches his foot free from a wheezing Nathan’s recently stricken gut. Disallowing his speedy foe the chance of using his superior agility to his advantage, the young Englander attacks once again, though this time he does not use his foot but a clenched right fist. A pattern quickly emerges as the targeted area of the high-flyer's body is once more his bruising bread basket. Unable to stand the strain exerted upon his abdomen, Nathan Hardy bends forward as if he’s awaiting an unfortunate cavity search. Having a go at lessening the discomfort in this particular section of his frame, he hooks his left arm around the front of his body. The audience watching with wide-eyes are not given nearly enough time to establish whether he is in agony or merely succumbing to an overpowering reflex action as Hardy is abruptly brought down onto his knees by his hard-hitting foe, courtesy of a harsh back elbow that lands down with a dense thud atop his exposed vertebrae. Appearing to be greatly pleased with his easy work so far, Xstatic begins to taunt his felled opponent with a scattering of various widely-known phrases and curse words only to cease his early gloating so he can finally forge ahead with the machine-like dismantling of Nathan. The cocky Briton steps forward with his left arm held back with the connected hand scrunched up into a ball as if he is going to deliver a second rough plug to the lighter competitor in this match. If you wanted to view another knuckle sandwich you’d be disappointed because the Englishman opts at the very last second not to carry out his vicious plan. The reason as to why is soon presented; the “Live Wire” hops backwards a few paces until his spine meets the nearby ring ropes, which bend under the mounting pressure of the Brit‘s figure. No time is left to drain away because in an instant, X relaxes his body causing the force of the arching ropes to propel him forth at his currently incapacitated enemy. All the while the Englander lifts his right knee upwards until it is at the exact same height as Nathan Hardy’s dazed face. The offending ligament hits home, which in this case is the front of the high-flyer’s head, only a second later with a sickening crunch that vibrates about the surroundings of the squared circle. The result of such an attack is that Hardy is unable to stay in his current position much longer; hurtling onto the canvas with his back hitting the ground first. You could guarantee that Nathan would be grasping onto his facial features for dear right now, where it not for Xstatic making the most of his premature offensive spree by forcibly pressing him down onto the mat to go for the first pin attempt of this match. The referee now hops down to be level with the grapplers but is sorely saddened by his use of effort as Nathan Hardy gets the shoulder up mere milliseconds before even the count of one can been called out. The round of fierce boos directed at the "Live Wire" from the crowd are soon knocked back by overwhelming cheers for the resilient Hardy.

(OOC: I thought I'd start the action to get things underway)

::: The cheering only drives Xstatic further towards the brink of insanity as he hauls his fallen foe back onto his two feet. An angered face also meets the crowd, as now he shows he is not messing about. Everything takes a serious turn when Xstatic locks in the Three Degrees of X-Ecution which, after a brief period of struggling, turns into a train wreck once the move is completed and a pin fall is made. The referee drops back down to the mat again, counting the three … :::

…ONE
…TWO
…THREE!

::: Xstatic rises to his feet with his clean record still in tact. The referee by his side raises his arm up high in victory, but the jubilant superstars wants to celebrate by himself. The man in the black and white shirt is pushed aside as Xstatic raises his both arms simultaneously before leaving the ring and heading to the back. :::

::: RING ANNOUNCER :::
THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH AS A RESULT OF A PIN FALL, XSTATIC!
