"Personal Jesus" hits and Sean Blake enters with the Television Championship and his cool light show and all that jazz.

OOC: ...Yeeeah, kind of sucks if a THoP match ends in double no-show. =/

The bell rings and the camera swipes around the ring to find that the two long time rivals have yet to move from the respective corners that they occupied since their respective introductions ended. They stare at each other, not sure what to do with this situation simply because they know each other so well, thanks to the fact that they've been in nearly ten matches with each other in the past year. If Sean charges Julio, he knows that he is simply going to dodge it and come back with some Elbow Strikes. If Julio charges Sean, he knows that The Notorious will attempt to lock in some type of submission. Although the tension is high between these two junior heavyweights, the Mexican crowd will have none of that, as they are acustomed to fast paced lucha matches, and those rarely have long, drawn out standstills to start off the match. Some of the crowd members begin to turn on these two competitors, even if Julio IS one of their only representatives in this promotion, which prompts the two men, both cocky and arrogant in their own right, to step towards each other in hopes of getting the ball rolling on this match before the entire crowd turns on them. Although it appeared like the two would continue their standstill in the center of the ring before going into some type of symbiotic submission attempt, the All Around Best is able to quickly, and efficiently, use what amount of space was between him and Sean to sprint before flipping his body over and grabbing a hold of his opponent's wrist, effectively flipping the man over as well, and slamming him back-first with a Arm Drag! The move itself is quite poorly executed thanks to the limit amount of space Julio had to pick up momentum, but poorly executed moves are as big a part of lucha and the masks themselves, and just like that, the audience goes through a change of heart, and their jeers and turned into cheers. The Notorious uses the momentum caused by the previous move to roll himself back up onto his feet, only to get flipped over by a second Arm Drag! This one looks much better, which only adds to the level of intensity that this surprisingly hot crowd is cheering at. It also appears that Julio wants to take the role of a babyface, at least for his homecountry, seeing as thus far he's been the only one that's gotten them to cheer in this match. Of course, the fact that Sean has yet to have any offense may have something to do with it. Following the second arm drag, Sean, probably trying to limit Julio to performing just two, stays on the ground, however both his legs and arms are ready to strike, or grab, at anything that comes near him. Which is quite surprising, considering just how easy Guerrera was able to infiltrate this defense system of Sean's, who quickly shoves his heel into the man's chest cavity twice, as that is all that is needed for the man's stomach to suddenly turn upside down and for him to get wheezy.

*OOC*
Short, short RP simply because it'd be a shame for a THoP match to end in a double no show, like you said. Hopefully you're able to get on in time to counter this, and if you do, please keep it around the same length. Maybe we can finally have a match where there isn't a 2-1/1-0 RPing advantage going to one of us. >_>

With The Notorious One lying in the corner, Guerrera grasps onto his heels, attempting to pull him from the depths of the corner where he momentarily resides. Pulling outward, the All-Around Best is shocked when after pulling Blake from the corner, the Television champion manages to flip to his feet and make his way to a vertical base. Wasting no time, Blake takes the offense to the Straight Edge Messiah, unloading with a barrage of rights. With the momentum on his side, he attempts a big clothesline, only to have it ducked. Scooting quickly behind Blake after the attempt, Guerrera spins Blake around, catching him with a quick kick to the gut that doubles over his opponent. The crowd rises in a bustle of excitment as Julio pulls Blake in, hooking him for what will be the Package Piledriver. Suddenly and with great force, Guerrera lifts the PWA's Personal Jesus off the canvas and drills him head first into the mat. With all the confidence in the world, the All Around Best hooks the leg for the cover and the pin.

Announcer: Winner of this Three Hours of Power 1st Round Match, Julio Guerrera!

Julio's music hits and he raises his arm in triumph, thinking forward to the next round, his sights set on the ultimate prize as he rolls out of the ring.
