Hajjhowe enters and the match begins. *DING DING DING* The two titanic legends circle the ring, staring at one another with eyes agape, plotting strategies for both offensive and defensive positions. Lurching down, the two men take a slight hunch in the back as they set themselves for combat, assuming fighting stances. No longer was the wait, the duel that has twice seen Showtime come out on top would begin once again, Hajjhowe desperately looking for a victory on this particular encounter, where the World Title is once again on the line, his name ready to be engraved in the plaque on the very bottom of the title. His fierceness does not yet show through, as it is covered by his serious facade of brazen sinister and devious thoughts. Showtime, on the other hand, looks ready to fight, no mastermind running through his thoughts. As he carries himself, he makes evident his rugged Bostonian style, utilizing the simple effective strategy of whoop-ass in said style. Showtime thinks no further, thus thrusting himself into the center of the ring toward his egomaniac opponent, both men bearing arms of steel as they collide and entangle in a Collar and Elbow Tie-Up. They jockey for position, attempting flagrantly to gain as much leverage as possible to overcome their foe. Whatever tactics the two men use are completely ineffective, as they remain nearly motionless for an entire five seconds before any movement is made, Showtime applying more pressure on the left side to attempt to swing around Hajjhowe on the other side for a simple Hammerlock, successfully twisting the arm of the former Television Champion behind his back and applying excessive torque to apply the most pain to the elbow and shoulder. Such a simple maneuver may make the likes of Warsaw tap out, crying in pain. However, such is not the case for a man with the threshold for pain such as Hajjhowe. His eyes widen to suck in the pain as he begins to think of a way out of this neutralizer. Willingly, he gives into the slight jolts of pain through his shoulder and elbow area, quickly finding an easy escape route. Pulling his free arm down, Hajjhowe quickly hooks his arm underneath the leg of the Iconic Legend. As a result of the twisting and contortion, the four-time World Champion loses his grip, as Hajjhowe is then able to hook his formerly captive arm under the arm of the offender. Lifting him with ease onto his shoulders, his face shows no sign of effort, his body heat not yet high enough to formulate a sweat. Showtime's eyes widen as he is lifted from the canvas, shocked at the show of strength by his underrated foe. After hoisting the former Intercontinental Champion onto his back, Hajjhowe immediately falls backward, his black dreadlocks floating through the breeze as he descends toward the mat with the heavy load of the World Champion on his shoulders. The impact of the Samoan Drop immediately shoots through the spine of the Bostonian, his face wincing tightly in pain in his feeble attempt to shut out the stinging sensations. Sitting straight up, Hajjhowe's face is plastered with an egotistical smile, one that conveys his arrogant thoughts. Johnny: Good lord! Showtime just got dominated very early on in this match! He may not even be able to make a comeback! Donny: One could only hope for so much, but unfortunately I seem to know my wrestlers better than you do, and chances are Showtime will make a comeback. As much as I hate Showtime, you’re an idiot and nothing exceeds that. Hajjhowe instantly springs to his feet, hopping gleefully after the brilliant execution of such a devastating maneuver so early on in the match. Hajjhowe gets right back to work, though, as he hoists the immobile frame of Showtime from the canvas to his feet, allowing him no room for recovery or breath. Instead, he continues the offensive tactics by delivering a few agonizing Forearm Smashes to the back and neck of Showtime, continuing to focus on the already softened back of the Bostonian. With each shot, Showtime crumbles to the canvas, quickly lifting himself from his knees back to an upright stance, his never-say-die attitude surpassing all. Still, Hajjhowe lifts his forearm and appears like a titan carrying a large hammer as he drives his forearm maliciously into the spinal chord of Showtime, ripping downward through the air at alarming rates. There is no remorse in the face of Hajjhowe, who stares at his foe with a menacing look of sadism and conniving thoughts. Before any of these tactics are set into motion, Showtime is somehow able to muster up the strength and courage to battle back, driving his shoulder into the midsection Hajjhowe, the Shoulder Tackle more than enough to suffice to knock the challenger to the canvas, opening him up to a vast array of offensive maneuvers, the first of which is quite a surprise for most of Showtime’s most loyal fans. Throwing the limp body of Hajjhowe to the canvas, Showtime immediately hooks the right leg of his opponent, then flipping him onto his stomach as Showtime immediately applies a Half Crab to the knee and leg of his opponent. Pulling harder and harder at the limb, Showtime continues to apply more pressure to the already painful maneuver, proving that he can also be well-versed in technical aspects of wrestling in addition to his “uber hoss” status. Johnny: Well, what do you know? Showtime might be a bit more well-rounded than we’ve all given him credit for! Donny: He has to be well-rounded tonight, he’s squaring off against Hajjhowe! And in no less than two weeks, he must face Deception for the World Title at Retaliation! Things aren’t looking up for Showtime, not at all. Haha! |

The referee is calling to Hajj, did he want to quit? Was this the end of the match? Well, one thing was a given; this was certainly the end of the match. However, the conclusion wasn't excactly what the fans or Showtime for that matter was expecting. Just as it seems Hajj is about to hit the canvas in submission a figure suddenly looms in the ring. An easy recognisable figure despite his gothic complexion; in fact it that very complexion that gave him away. Seconds seem to turn to hours as Deception swings the black painted chair he tightly grasps, smashing it across the back of Showtime's skull. The submission withers and dies as the World Champion collapses to the canvas from the blow. The thud of his carcass colliding with the canvas is over-powered by the resounding jeers that soon swalloed the arena air, engulfing the ear drums of every soul that sat in the building. The referee jumps back, screaming for the bell to be rung as Deception stands over his fall foe. DING DING DING~! Announcer, "Your winner of this match as a result of a disqualifacation and still PWA World Heavyweight Champion ... SHOWTIME~!" As if one shot wasn't enough Deception begins to pound the chair down upon the the limp anatomy of the champion; over and over. There was no relent, no mercy ... just viscious, blood thirsty violence. Gradually, however, they reside and Deception grabs the broken form of Showtime and drags him to the corner. He propers him sitting against the turnbuckle and then locks the chair between the bottom and middle rope across the face of Showtime. He then turns, runs at the opposite ropes, rebounds and storms back at his nemesis. A year of pent up anger at his failure to beat the man seems to flow into the attack as the sole of Deception's foot smashes against the chair which in turn crashes into the face of Showtime, knocking the chair from the ropes and leaving Showtime a mess. In fact, a bloody mess as the crimson liquid from his veins begins to drop down his face, across his nose, onto his lips. He could taste his own demise. Deception stands over the champion, a shade of a smile cross his lips. He picks up the chair and holds it high as PWA fades off the air. Is this a sign of things to come?! ooc: Appriciate the help NYM, but we wanted to set up for our match. Cheers anyway. |
