~Singles Match~ ~Singles Rules~ ---------------------- Jeff Mckearney ---------------------- The lights flicker to a dull glow, focusing on the entrance stage, preparing for the arrival of another superstar this evening. A low whispering is heard, along with the ever so slight guitar riff as a certain song begins to play. Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Beaten why for Can't take much more Here we go...Here we go...Here we go One - Nothing wrong with me Two - Nothing wrong with me Three - Nothing wrong with me Four - Nothing wrong with me One - Something's got to give Two - Something's got to give Three - Something's got to give Now The young irishman walks out from behind the curtain, the spotlights focused directly on his large form, the audience showing only a little reaction to the man, still not really knowing what to think of such a newcomer. Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Let the bodies hit the floor Ring Announcer: Making his way to the ring at this time, he weighs in at 275 pounds, "The Fighting Irishman" Jeff Mckearney!" Push me again This is the end Mckearney slides into the ring, standing up quickly and goes to rest in the far corner of the ring, preparing for whatever challenge he must face this week. ---------------------- Jay Frenzal ---------------------- Jay's song started playing as he came out from back stage. Well, I think of how things are. Right now it feels like, yea, it all feels like some kind of circus show. And how this town, it keeps you pinned down. Same old song from years ago. And how this place, will chew you up. Then spit you out before you go-oh. And when they drag you, kickin' and screamin' from the scene you know, that it's time to leave. He walked slowly but with much charisma, As the guitar, drums and trumpet from Less Than Jake graced the speakers. Half way down the ramp he threw his "FUBAR" T-Shirt to the crowd, then ran into the ring, sliding in. Ring Annoucer: And from San Diego California... JAY FRENZAL! Jay Smilied as the ring annoucer annouced him, he loved his name. Jay looked around at the crowd , bounced off the ropes, when he reached the middle of the ring, red fireworks blasted from the 4 turnbuckles. He stopped at the middle and stood ready to fight, as the music faded |

The rather large form of Jeff Mckearney walks out to the center of the ring and motions for his opponent to do the same. Somewhat tentative, giving up about 30 pounds to his opponent, Jay Frenzal walks towards the center of the ring, staying out of his opponent's reach as the two engage in what is known as the stare down. Something wicked blazes in Mckearney's eyes, the yougn man remembering his loss last week and wanting to prove something here tonight. His opponent's eyes show something else though. What do they show? They show a bit of worry. The official rings the bell and the match officially starts. DING! DING! DING! Mckearney immediately charges forward, attempting to catch Frenzal off guard, but the 245 pounder dodges out of the way, making Jeff look like a complete fool. Jeff spins back around to be met with a slap from his opponent! The young Irishman's head whips to the side as the hand hits him, more from the shock than actual impact. Whether it was Jay's intent or not, an anger rises to the surface in Mckearney and he whips his head back to stare daggers into his opponent. Frenzal starts to back up when his back meets the ropes. He knows he can't escape the ring in time to avoid the raging bull inside the ring, so Frenzal decides to simply attempt to meet his opponent head on. Bad idea. The 19 year old Irishman's rage seems to make him not feel the punches that Frenzal begins to throw out with rapid speed, the 245 pounder doing everything he can to try and slow this powerhouse down. It does no good though, as Jeff seems to just shake the blows off like they were insects. After a few moments of this attack, Jeff decides on his own course of action, he drives his knee upwards and into Jay's abdomen knocking the wind out of his opponent. There's an immediate follow up attack by Mckearney, the young man driving a very stiff forearm up under his opponent's chin! Jeff grabs Jay's wrist and yanks the man forward, sending him speeding across the ring towards the opposite set of ropes. Jay hits the ropes and is forcefully propelled back towards the waiting Mckearney. Thinking fast, Frenzal leaps up into the air and throws his arm out to the side. Jeff seems to have no defense against this move as his neck is caught by his opponent's arm and both men come crashing to the canvas! Frenzal swiftly slides into a cover, trying for the quick victory. 1! Kickout! Johnny: "Did he really think it would be that easy?" Donny: "Obviously he did if he tried to pin him. OORP: Meh, wasn't really feeling it that much today. |

The fighting Irish Bastard recovers from the early pinfall attempt, standing to face his opponent eye to eye before unleashing a flurry of punches. Each blow seems to take their toll on Jay Frenzal, who begins to swagger around before being whipped over into the ropes. The rebound gives Jeff McKearney some much needed momentum, grabbing his opponent and tossing him to the other side of the ring in an impressive Overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex. Jay slams the canvas hard, sitting up in agony as he is peeled from the mat by the dominant Irishman. Another Overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex is delivered to the dazed competitor, his hopes of victory seemingly washed away as McKearney continues his assault. With nowhere else to turn to, Frenzal stands up and turns around, caught in his foe’s trump card, a lightning fast Snap Powerslam that ends the contest. 1... 2... 3!!! Ring Announcer: Here is your winner via pinfall…JEFF McKEARNEY!!! The voice of the late Dave Williams echoes throughout the arena, “Bodies” playing while the violent Irishman has his hand raised in victory. Definitely a nice win for near super-heavyweight as PWA heads to commercial. |
