---- HEAVEN AND HELL The silence of the arena is broken by a distorted, industrial beat while UNKLE begins to fill the sound system. The grim song echoes it's opening lines as the Stunning Submissionist prepares to enter. God knows you're lonely souls… God knows you're lonely souls… God knows you're lonely souls… The black curtain is shifted aside, revealing the technically skilled warrior with a look of determination on his face. Tommy Dragon appears in all black attire, seemingly painting all of his usual attire in the dim color before walking out for the contest. Along with the dark wrestling gear, he sports his old leather ring jacket with the hood pulled over to hide his own dark hair. He pulls at his goatee a bit, before throwing the hood back and raising his arms to his side, allowing a rain of golden pyrotechnics to fall on his exposed upper body. As the pyros separate, Showtime steps out to the roar of the crowd. His eyes are filled with competitive spirit, and the powerhouse will stop at nothing to defeat his opponent tonight. His feet march to the beat of the music as he progresses toward the ring, Tommy at his side I believe - there's a time - and a place, To let your mind drift and get out of this place. I believe - there's a day - and a place, That we will go to and I know you wanna share. There's no secret to living (no secret to living), Just keep on walking. Theres no secret to dying (no secret to dying), Just keep on flying. The camera gets a shot of the backside of Tommy Dragon’s jacket, revealing an iron cross between the claws of the German coat of arms. Showtime is dressed much more pragmatically than his partner, both warriors signaling to the ring announcer to give their introduction. Ring Announcer: Making their way to the ring, "The Hotshot" Tommy Dragon and Showtime....HEAVEN AND HELL! I believe - there's a time - when the cord of life, Should be cut, my friends (cut the cord, my friends) I believe - there's a time - when the cord can be cut, And this vision ends (let this vision end). I'm gonna die in a place that don't know my name, I'm gonna die in a space that don't hold my fame. But I'm gonna die in a place that don't know my name, And I'm gonna cry in a space that don't hold my fame. Heaven and Hell ascend the steel steps, looking out towards the fans packed inside the arena for tonight’s event. They look towards the entrance ramp in anticipation of their opponents' arrival. --- Anthony Pelizzoli --- The lights of the arena turn to dim shades of green, white and red, colours of the Italian flag. Smoke then begins to accumulate on the ramp way as the word “Untouchable” lights across the screen in big yellow letters. As the crowd’s anticipation grows the mellow tone of “Woke Up This Morning” By Alabama 3 begins to play. You woke up this morning Got yourself a gun, Mama always said you'd be The Chosen One. She said: You're one in a million You've got to burn to shine, But you were born under a bad sign, With a blue moon in your eyes. The Don now emerges from the curtain, a cocky yet pleased look plastered across his young face. He takes a moment to embrace the crowd before he strikes a pose reminiscent to that of Michelangelo’s statue David. With his hand placed on his chin, green, white and red sparks fall behind him. Thousands of cameras now snap off photos before The Don breaks his pose and begins walking down the ramp. You woke up this morning All the love has gone, Your Papa never told you About right and wrong. But you're looking good, baby, I believe you're feeling fine, (shame about it), Born under a bad sign With a blue moon in your eyes. The Don now enters the ring slowly, climbing the stairs and then waiting on the apron until the referee opens the ropes for him. The Don then swiftly steps into the ring, walking slowly to the adjacent ropes with a strut. He climbs the ropes and then does his trademark chin slide to the enjoyment of the crowd. Announcer: In the ring now, hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, standing at 6’6 and weighting in at 250 pounds, the future of the PWA, Untouchables member, ANTHONY “THE DON” PELIZZOLI!!! The crowd lets out one more cheer as The Don braces himself for the match at hand, stretching casually against the ropes. --- Black Dragon --- Black Dragon enters. *OOC* Black Dragon, please post an entrance we could use for you during each of your matches. The topic to post the entrance is located in the Main Discussion forum. Thanks! |

Hot off the heels of their second tag team victory, Showtime and Tommy Dragon look to go from “heating up” to “on fire” in the hot land of Mexico. With thousands of future border jumpers watching live and millions of legal countrymen watching on television, the two teams determine who will start first. Anthony Pelizzoli starts for the former Tag Team Champions, and after a quick game of rock-paper-scissors, the look-alike team of Heaven and Hell has concluded that Tommy Dragon will start. The Italian gladiator and the American Crippler square off, doing a bit of a dosi-do about the ring as they measure each other up, crouched ever so slightly at the knees and lower back, each ready to pounce. A million and one mat wrestling combination ideas start to spark in Tommy’s head, and while he spends a few moments trying to determine the best one, he is caught off-guard when The Don suddenly charges the center of the ring. The two lock up at the arms and neck, jockeying for position as their legs lean to and fro. Just as suddenly as the tie-up began, it’s brought to a determinate end when the Hotshot grabs hold of the arm of his Italian nemesis, wrenching his shoulder backwards. In doing so, he brings his opponent to the canvas, already prepared to lock in the submission hold he hasn’t used in years, the one Pelizzoli would have had to watch ancient Tommy Dragon footage to be ready for. His expression turns to one of shock when his arm is trapped in between the Genex Dragon’s legs, and Tommy begins reaching for his head to reel it back. Attempting valiantly to lock in the Crossface, he continually grabs at the head of the former Tag Team Champion while Pelizzoli is able to escape each time with a little help from his slicked-back hairdo. The fans cheer on for Tommy to lock in his throwback classic, but aren’t given the satisfaction of seeing such a quick ending to this match. A frantic look of desperation overcomes the face of Pelizzoli as he scrambles toward the ropes, and this expression quickly changes to one of ultimate relief when his hand descends upon the rope for a rope break. Tommy quickly gets to his feet, and Anthony follows suit as he shoots up from the canvas to avoid being exposed to the mat wrestling prowess of his opponent. A wide-eyed expression of uncertainty replaces the expression of relief, as Pelizzoli must now find it in him to overcome the mental challenge the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time has just set forth. Reluctantly, Pelizzoli follows suit as Tommy Dragon begins to circle the ring in much the same manner as they did in the beginning of the match. The Don experiences a flash of déjà vu, seeing things going the same way they did just moments ago. This time, The Hotshot is the first one to lunge. The former Hardcore Champion is more than ready for him this time, as he sidesteps the attempted grapple by Tommy. This causes the decorated veteran to stumble across the canvas, nearly falling flat on his face but saved by his impeccable sense of balance. His equilibrium can’t save him as he turns about face toward his opponent and walks straight into a Kick to the midsection. With the American Crippler stunned from the blow, The Don takes advantage of the opening and hooks his foe’s head underneath his arm for an attempt at a DDT. Unfortunately, his attack is thwarted by his opponent who extends his arms with flat palms into the stomach of Anthony and shove him backwards into the ropes. As he bounces off of them, his legs are unable to fight their elasticity and against his will, he runs back toward the Submission Specialist, who takes more of a high-impact approach to this situation as he lifts his opponent off his feet by his hips and legs, falling backwards and using gravity to his advantage to send The Don face-first into the canvas with a Flapjack. He rolls off of the canvas, pushing himself up with his right arm and keeping a hold of the left leg of his opponent with the other arm. Once again, The Hotshot gets a little cocky and tries to lock in the Dragonlock, a submission move which would put a very fast end to this match-up. The fans roar in approval, but let out a sigh of disappointment as The Don is not very far from the rope and quickly gets the break with little effort. Johnny: Tommy can’t underestimate Pelizzoli here. That could prove to be dangerous for the Patron Saint. Donny: And beneficial to Pelizzoli! *OOC:* Just a quick one to get us started. Good luck to all! *EDIT:* Added the OOC comments. |

Tommy Dragon broke the hold reluctantly, backing a a few feet from The Don and allowing his former stablemate to gain his composure. The two men looked across from each other now. The Dons face, although focused, seemed to lack the arrogance it once posessed. Recently, with the personal problems he had been having, The Don went on somewhat of a loosing streak. Now, with his brother in the hospital, The Don was emotionally drained. Across from The Don stood his former ally Tommy Dragon. Although these men had been on the same page at one point, they were never really friends. When the stable was first formed, Tommy Dragon was the man who teased The Don about his position on the card. Now they were in the same match, now it was a chance for The Don to prove his foe wrong. The two men drew closer, initiating in a textbook Collar and Elbow Tie Up. The two now engaged in a battle of power, The Don using all his strength to push his smaller foe into his corner. Just as it looked as though The Don had the advantage, however, the technique of Tommy Dragon shone through allowing him to slip free and execute a well timed Russian Leg Sweep. The Hotshot's technique was clearly superior to that of The Don. Tommy now watched arrogantly The Don slowly got to a vertical base. Tommy now had a smile on his face, promptly tapping his index finger on his temple as if to state that brains can be better then brawn. As this happened, however, a fire seemed to burn inside The Don as the Italian grabbed Tommy behind the head and threw him into his teams turnbuckle. The Don then unloaded with right and left shots, then hitting Tommy with stomps as he began to slump down. The Don continued this beating, hitting Tommy with every punch combo he could think of. Then as Tommy reached the floor The Don hit him with a Grounded Knee Lift to the nose. Blood now dripped from the apendage as the referee nervously attempted to remove The Don from Tommy. Johnny: Well The Don is seemingly filled with rage from what happend to his brother earlier today, look at this vicious display! Tommy has been busted open, if The Don is not careful there is a good chance he may be disqualified here. Donny: That idiot was not only using blatantly illegal closed fists he also hit Tommy Dragon in the face with his knee, look, Tommy is bleeding! The Don is going to pay for what he did, how will Tommy be able to go on GQ magazine if his face looks like that? The Don now backed away for a few moments, oblidging with the referee. After the referee had stopped scolding him, The Don again went forward. The Don now made a quick tag to Black Dragon and held his foe, allowing his behemoth partner to have free shots to Tommy's already damaged face. Showtime now grew increasingly irritated from his corner. The 4 time world champion first yelled at the referee before getting in the ring himself, hitting Black Dragon at the back of the head with a forearm. It seemed that Heaven and Hell had underestimated their foes. The resumes of Black Dragon and The Don obviously not impressing them. Black Dragon now turned and began to brawl with Showtime, the ref turning along with him, attempting to force Showtime out from the ring. This act left The Don unattened, however, and The Dons rage quickly took over once more, wrapping Tommy's neck with the tag rope and choking him. The Dons face turned a deep shade of red from the anger he was experiancing. His face, however, was not near the shade of Tommys. Tommys face had grown a shade off deep red that almost seemed like a purple, his mouth breaking with gasps as he tried to suck in as much oxygen as he could to his deprived lungs. Johnny: Well the ref has got to get some damn control here, this is anarchy! Donny: Look at that sick basterd! He is choking the life out of him. He is just upset because Tommy is a much better dresser than him, plain and simple. If he doesn't stop I am going to have to get out their and make him! Johnny: Please do, this ref needs all the help he can get. Look at Showtime and Black Dragon, it is going to take the whole U.S military to break those two up. Lets just hope th ref turns before Tommy needs to join Anthony's brother in critical condition! The ref now turned, unable to break the Black Dragon conflict the ref now pulled at the arm of The Don, attempting to free Tommy from his vice grip. The ref finally ripped the rope from The Don but the Italian continued his assualt, now wrapping his large hands around the freshly exposed neck. The ref, now seemingly out of ideas had to wonder if he would end the match on double DQ. Would it come to that or would one team find a way to over power the other? |

The match had taking a confusing turn. The Don continued his merciless assault on the Patron Saint. The tallest man in the arena by default remained unsure on how to exert himself for the moment; he had on eye on Tommy Dragon and the other on Showtime, who was slowly recovering from the earlier duel with Black Dragon. The senior official had enough and shoved against Black Dragon, unafraid to get physical due to the circumstances. The referee issued a final warning, telling Black Dragon to get back behind the ropes or he would be disqualified, along with his partner, Anthony. Black Dragon snickered before complying with the orders issued by the man in charge. Black Dragon made his way back to his corner and watched Showtime approach his own with a tracking eye. The crowd had become supportive of the side that consisted of the self-proclaimed Don and the Masked Giant. Mexico was known for its strong tradition in wrestling and its fans were perhaps the most appreciative of the sport and its athletes. Anthony had heard the referee’s warning and finally broke his hold that had tortured the technician. Tommy dropped to his hands and knees, gasping for precious air. The official backed off, his job to put the match back into control was done. Anthony softly sighed in the process. The Italian was ready to finish the job. Tommy Dragon started to move forward, trying to inch his way towards his recovering partner, Showtime. Anthony however followed his opponent and hovered above him for a brief moment. The Patron Saint failed to see what was coming. Anthony Pelizzoli smiled before dropping an Elbow Drop on his already assaulted neck. Tommy went completely flat this time, unable to main proper balance as the sharp elbow coming from the Italian penetrated into his throat which was already against the canvas. The capable technician grunted in pain. Although his pride and self-confidence was nearly unbreakable, he knew was rendered useless, for now. Anthony however read his opponent quite well and before Showtime could offer his hand, Tommy Dragon was dragged backwards by his feet. Immediately Pelizzoli bent over slightly to grab the hair of the technician. It took little effort for the Italian to get Tommy Dragon back onto his feet. For Tommy, it was somewhat of a relief but he quickly found himself in a lock with his head pushed against the left side of Pelizzoli’s body. It only took a few seconds before Tommy Dragon found his head crashing against the canvas thanks to a textbook DDT from his opponent. Showtime grasped the ropes in anger, shouting at his opponent to get up. Tommy failed to hear his partner despite his tone of voice. The Don quickly covered his opponent for the pin. The referee followed. One! T—Kickout! Tommy Dragon couldn’t have timed his kickout any better. Showtime seized the shouting his mouth was delivering. Black Dragon, disappointed, remained clam. Anthony easily heard the energy in the crowd that had been slowly building up from the start. The Italian wanted to try something new for the crowd and quickly prepared himself. Tommy Dragon made his back onto his feet, this time by himself. Anthony quickly met his opponent however and grappled him, keeping the tide of the match in his favor. Anthony sent the Patron Saint across the arena with a Irish Whip, seemingly with force behind it. Tommy Dragon bounced back, hoping to catch him by surprise by speeding up his pace. Anthony however prepared his body and latched his strength on his opponent, setting him up for a Body slam. The simple wrestling move had force behind it though and it was seemingly enough to make sure the Technician stayed down for the moment. Anthony immediately turned around and went for the nearest turnbuckle behind him. The crowd roared in support. Showtime wanted to make a move to distract the legal man, but he knew Black Dragon had his eye on him, he waited patiently. Anthony slowly finished his ascent and turned around, waiving to the packed arena. The Italian leaped off the turnbuckle and made a rare move by taking to the air. The Don from Canada attempted to finish his Swandive Headbutt but Tommy Dragon saw the incoming projectile just in time, moving out of the way. Anthony’s head crashed against the canvas with enough force to shake the arena and quiet down the ruckus crowd. Johnny: I can’t believe that! He should have won the match right then and there! Donny: In all my years of commentating, I can safely say the Swandive Headbutt never puts anyone away. Anthony had changed the tide of the match both times now, but this was not a good change for Black Dragon and himself. Anthony was slow to recover from the impact, giving Tommy Dragon the perfect opportunity to lift himself off the canvas. He quickly moved towards Showtime’s now extended arm, and tagged him. However as the two finished switching sides between the ropes, Anthony had turned around himself, tagging his tall partner, although seemingly reluctant just as Showtime started walking towards him. The two bigger men out of the four were now in the arena, ready to rage war once again. |

Two powerhouses meet, each delivering devastating fists to the maw of their adversary. Black Dragon easily holds his ground against a four-time World Champion, even gaining some room as he backs the gladiator into the nearest corner. Eventually, the Iconic Legend is unable to lift his massive arms - each blow from the gargantuan taking their toll on the veteran brawler. Seeing no other way of escape, the smaller behemoth leans forward to charge his shoulder into the midsection of the unsuspecting beast. This impromptu Spear lacks the force of it’s other variations, but is more than enough to knock the receiver off his feet to the roar of the crowd. Not wanting to cost his team the match, the masked monster instinctively rolls to the outside with his attacker in pursuit. Only on rare occasions can one witness Black Dragon moving in the opposite direction of his enemy, as the size, strength and general lack of cowardness in the athlete usually pulls him through his contests. Although watching the warrior take time to recover may seem insignificant, the fans in attendance are witness to one of these unique instances - at least up until Showtime continues his assault with a clubbing shot to back of the head. He stumbles towards the barricade, receiving slaps across his back by overzealous fans who respect him merely for being in reach of their outstretched hands. As they chant in their native tongue - Mexican (<_<) - the veteran pulls his dazed foe away before heading back towards the ring. Inside, the referee demands the action continue between the ropes and so both make their way closer to the apron. The official doesn’t let up on his count, in his mind having allowed the combatants on the outside for long enough as it is. When the count reaches seven, a desperate Northeasterner scrambles beneath the bottom rope, leaving his opponent momentarily behind before rolling right back out to begin a fresh count. When the Hellraiser returns to his opponent, he is met with several punches to his midsection from a stubborn giant. These simply force him to exert more energy in pulling the frame of Black Dragon into the ring while his innovative mind attempts to produce some sort of follow-up. Instead of something overly complicated, Showtime sticks to his hoss-like roots and smash the living daylights out of his challenger’s skull. The spectators watch in amazement as the future Hall of Famer continues clubbing away at his victim’s skull, these strikes hopefully enough to administer some potential match ending agony to the monstrous competitor. Once this bores his hunter, the former Tag Team Champion finds two serpents wrapped around his neck in the form of a classic Rear Chinlock. With each violent twist, sudden waves of pain circulate throughout the anatomy of the enslaved combatant. Knowing that the participant was far too experienced to be finished off with such a simplistic hold, Showtime drives his bent knee further into the spine of his cohort. This does little to prevent the warrior from crawling towards the ring ropes, the vinyl covered cables appearing to be the only hope for the increasingly desperate athlete. Black Dragon feels himself closing in towards the boundaries of the squared circle, but it seems worthless as the behemoth appears moments away from slapping the canvas. Although these events would normally lead to the aggressor panicking on whether the conclusion of the match was drawing near, the reaction from the Boston Bad-ass is one of enjoyment as he envisions slaying this self-proclaimed dragon. Needless to say, the physical being of the giant has seen brighter moments and this knowledge made the lighter powerhouse even more satisfied with the progress of his technique. He would stay there, in a moment of dominance and power if not for the abrupt thrust made by the supposed carcass of his slave. Johnny: Showtime using some basic wrestling here to keep Black Dragon down. This isn’t something we normally see out of the Bostonian. Donny: Yeah, I’m surprised he even knows what he’s doing. The legendary wrestler takes full control of the man who challenges his authority; possessing the combatant’s body with all the energy he can muster while continuing to wildly crank his head to and fro closer to the canvas. This forces the victim’s best effort in ignoring the pain inflicted to his upper body, fans watching as the large fighter begins biting his lip, trying to look passed this agony as he inches towards the cables only inches away from his grasp. With all his remaining strength, the Monstrous Technician extends his arm outwards as much as possible, finally feeling the smooth surface of the padded ring wire with his fingers. A sense of accomplishment fills the warrior, who with one final thrust holds the bottom rope firmly in his hand, something that sparks the referee to force a release of the hold. Not wanting to be disqualified, Showtime releases his hold and backs away to the corner, where an eager Tommy Dragon tags himself in. While neither of the two friends would consider themselves leader, it is the Patron Saint who acts as ring general for his team. He guides his partner over to the recovering monster, each one applying a facelock to the kneeling warrior and pulling him up onto his feet. Unfortunately, now Black Dragon can stand firmly and pushes into his two would-be attackers; The Hotshot knocked down to his knees while Showtime is simply shoved backwards. Having lost their opportunity at their first tandem maneuver, both representatives of Heaven and Hell begin to batter the massive frame of their opponent before each clasping an open hand around the throat of “He Who Arises in Might” (Best. Moniker. Ever.). When their captive raises his arms in protest, they push with all their ability before allowing the heavy mass to crash into the mat following their Double Chokeslam. While neither have ever used the single version of the move, their combined efforts seem enough to put away the inaugural receiver of the slam. Tommy pushes down on the chest of his foe, Showtime falling to his knees and covering his partner for leverage in an attempt to finish this match. 1... 2... (OORP: @ BD's commentary. I'm booking you in a title match for that. Anyway, good luck.)

3! Ring Announcer: Here are your winners via pinfall, Tommy Dragon and Showtime...HEAVEN AND HELL! Anthony Pelizzoli - who despite how stupid I made him look in not having him try to break the count, sorry - actually did attempt to save the match, but was inches away. Therefore "Lonely Souls" by UNKLE begins to play, partly because last time Showtime got his music and partly because we still have no tandem theme. The Iconic Legend helps his partner stand, both ignoring the homo-erotic sequence that involved the veteran mounting his partner for a victory as they head up the ramp. |
