Koda
-------
Suddenly there is nothing but Darkness. There are roars of anticipation, as thousands of flashbulbs cut through the seemingly endless black void. After a few moments of silence, the stage is ignited with a flurry of pyrotechnics, revealing a blue-lit stage blanketed in mist.

Cats Foot Iron Claw
Neuro-Surgeons Screams for More
At Paranoia's Poison Door
Twenty-First Century Schizoid Man!

As the haunting voice of Ozzy Osbourne cut through the air, slowly from within the mist emerged the intimidating presence of the Seven-Foot Sensation, Koda. Trailing close behind was Mario "the Mind" Woosey, and none other than the dastardly King of the Commonwealth, Kalevala.

Blood Rack Barbed Wire
Polititians Funeral Pyre
Innocents Raped With Napalm Fire
Twenty-First Century Schizoid Man!

The audience greeted the pair with the usual chorus of boos. Slowly marching down to the squared circle, the imposing Koda seemed poised to snap at any minute. It looked as if, despite the presence of both Mario and Kalevala, that they're control over the Monster was less than safely secure.

Reaching the ring, Woosey and Kalevala cleared the way for the giant. Slowly climbing up the stairs, Koda slipped over the middle rope, and took his place in the center of the ring, ready to decimate any who dared share the ring with him.

AleXtreme
------------
"X-Stream" by Voivod hits the PA System as the crowd starts to cheer. They all know AleXtreme is about to make his way to the ring. By the curtain, red and blue fireworks burst out. They hit the roof and explode into beautiful dust. Sparks come out where the fireworks just did as AleXtreme bursts through them. He looked at the crowd and was satisfied as to what he saw. He raised his hands up to his X Cross Arms taunt as the arena lights soon flash red and blue very quickly. AleXtreme walks down the ramp while slapping some of the hands of the audience. The announcer then starts to speak into his microphone.

Announcer: Introducing, from Chicago, Illonois, weighing at a 270 pounds, THE EXTREMINATOR, AL,EX,TREEEEME!

He rolls into the ring again and does his X Cross Arms taunt. The Lights go to normal as he does a few warm up stretches.

"The King of the Crosshairs" climbs onto the apron and walks to the corner turnbuckle.

Announcer: Weighing in at 225 lbs, HE IS "THE PROTESTED HERROOO"..... SEEEERIAAAAALLL!!

"The Zodiac's Apotheosis" stands on second turnbuckle, and looks at crowd as he raises an arm in the air.

Serial jumps off of the turnbuckle and awaits the bell.

After two impressive displays from both teams last week we kick off the semi finals with Serial and Alex Giltinane against Koda and Alextreme in what should be one hell of a contest. Four young men who all want to be big parts of the future of the PWA. After much debating two men get out of the ring, the two leaving are Serial and the cruiserweight Alextreme leaving Koda and the much smaller 240lbs Alex Giltinane. Koda smiles as the bell is rung signalling the start of this match his smile broadens as he walks closer to his “prey”. The arrogant former hardcore champion shows no fear as he cautiously walks towards his menacing foe. Suddenly the two men are as one as their arms become entwined in a collar and elbow tie up. Using his size advantage Koda easily pushes Giltinane to the ground before pounding his chest in a show of dominance. The “Glorificent One” doesn’t take to kindly to this and is back to his feet quickly and is again involved in a collar and elbow tie up with the monster who, just like before easily forces Giltinane to the ground. Shaking his head the twenty three year old gets to a knee before beginning to slowly get all the way up to his feet once again ready to lock horns with Koda.

This time Alex uses his brain, which makes a change! He pretends to go for another collar and elbow tie up but instead quickly forces his way to the back of Koda and delivering a vicious forearm to the behemoths’ muscular back. Alex quickly follows up with a dropkick to the back of Koda’s knee which slightly staggers him, the Englishman continues his momentum with another dropkick this time it nestles into Koda’s back. The giant, who is now on one knee attempts to get back up but Giltinane anticipates this and quickly downs him with a nasty looking lariat to the back of his head. Pleased with his performance thus far Giltinane drops a knee onto Koda face, pissing the monster off more than anything. With his arrogance clouding his brain Alex pulls Koda to his feet in an attempt to deliver more offence, his attempt is in vein as Koda quickly drops Giltinane with a stinging chop. Alex gets to his feet but is knocked down by another hard chop. With nobody quite sure why Alex once again get back to his feet this time he charges at the monster who catches him in a breathtaking tilt-a-whirl which he evolves into a slam! Koda again beats his chest before setting his sights back on Giltinane who is still laid out on the mat. The monster roars at Giltinane who begins to get back up to his feet Koda goes for another chop but Alex ducks it! The former TFW wrestler delivers a quick knee to the gut of his large opponent causing Koda to double over in pain. Giltinane then delivers a stinging knee to Koda’s face which is followed by a couple more with Koda slightly dazed Alex quickly runs against the ropes springing back as hard as he can before charging back towards Koda once near enough to Koda Alex lifts his right foot into the air delivering a firm boot to the head of the monster. With Koda down Alex wastes little time in tagging Serial in a bid to give himself a little rest.

Quickly taking his place on the apron, satisfaction washes over Giltinane. Despite his small stature, he had succeeded in momentarily grounding his much more physically imposing opponent, and had thereby given his team the early advantage. Making a quick tag in order to keep his legs fresh, 'The Natural' stood patiently by as the Intercontinental Champion went to work. A high-flying luchador by trade, the Protested Hero Serial couldn't help but vault into the squared circle over the top rope. Intelligent, crafty, and highly talented, the Serial Killa' promptly approached the recovering Koda with caution; he wished to continue right where Giltinane left off, but only fools rush in. Priding himself on not being a fool, Serial carefully assessed the downed Giant before making a move. Despite having recovered enough to haul his massive frame up to one knee, the Canadian Monster Koda remained in his own little world; not having expected that much fight from the so-called 'Glorificient One'.

Despite the many comedic parallels one could draw regarding Koda being described as a fruit, the Big Man was ripe for the picking. With Koda in no position to offer any sort of resistance, Serial cocked back his left arm, and drilled Koda right in the jaw, snapping the big man's head to the side. More of an experiment to see if he could get away with it, the liberty that the Masked Marvel just took may have been a little misguided. Undoubtedly however, Serial had carefully weighed the pros and cons of such an action, for he was still in control of the match. Helping the Big Man up to his feet, Serial firmly grabbed a hold of his massive wrist, and forced him back into the ropes. Surprising everyone in the arena, the valiant cruiserweight managed to successfully Irish whip the Tower of Power across the ring! Bounding over the short distance in seemingly record time for a man of his stature, Koda was welcomed by the springy embrace of the opposite set of ropes. Launching him back towards the centre of the ring, Koda was unable to stop himself. Capitalizing on this, the spunky Intercontinental champion spring-boarded himself off of the top rope, and soared majestically through the air for a Cross-Body Block! Alas, the Beast had been awakened. Snatching his opponent out of thin air, the Seven Footer had the King of Crosshairs locked firmly in his sights. Apparently, or so the story goes, that while he was down and out, with nothing but cobwebs populating the inner regions of his mind, Koda was suddenly snapped back to reality by one very stiff haymaker to the jaw, provided free of charge from the man known as Serial. As he was being held in the iron grip of one of the largest men in the business, the Intercontinental Champion couldn't help but think about how careless he had been, and silently vowed to himself to never let it happen again. However in the meantime, Serial had to focus on how he was going to get himself out of this mess, and if not, then how he was going to minimize the damage he was about to take. Thinking through the possible moves that could be executed from the position he was in (the Fallaway Slam position), the Killa' was trying to stay one step ahead of Koda, who was still holding him tightly, no doubt playing to the crowd. After a few more moments of psychological torture, Koda let the hammer drop. Instead of connecting with a more visually spectacular move like a Fallaway Slam or a Javellin Throw (which had both been high on Koda's list), or even a potentially crippling manoeuvre such as a piledriver or a back breaker, the Masked Monster opted instead to head back to his team's corner, leading Serial right into the dreaded Tree-of-Woe. Immediately the blood started to rush towards the Intercontinental Champion's head, as he desperately tried to untie himself from this terrible predicament. Once Koda connected with a brutal foot stomp however, the escape attempts quickly subsided. Making the tag to his partner AleXtreme, Koda left the ring. Taking his place on the apron, Koda made sure Serial wasn't going anywhere, as he waited for his Six-Foot-Six, Two-Hundred-and-Seventy Pound partner to finish what he had started.

The four men in the ring are just one step away from being in the PWA CUP Finals. Tonight teamwork is of the utmost importance and completely necessary if either tandem wishes to advance in the prestigious tournament. Last week in what was clearly a test of speed vs. size, it was somewhat of a shocker as two men who had no idea of the other before that evening, through swift cooperation and a bit of luck were able to pull off what could considered one of the biggest upsets in the young year so far as they defeated the early favorite team of former Commonwealth Champion Hellfire and current Tag Team Champion, Mr. Anonymous. A quick witted pin attempt got them into the semi-finals, but this week will not be any easier on the lightweights. Their opposition this evening consists of a high-quality combination of both size and strength, as it is the Darkness, Koda along with the Extreminator, AleXtreme. The team advanced to tonight’s bout by defeating a team who suffered due to the lack of team chemistry.

“The Upset Special” is what smartmarks and rabid PWA fans alike have been calling the current Intercontinental Champion, Serial. After losing in his first title match on the biggest stage, the Man behind the Crosshairs has been on a roll, capturing his first title along the way. The Cruiserweight has been in quite a few predicaments, so as he hangs on the corner post with blood rushing to his head, the Champion must find a way to exit the dilemma he is in or risk taking further punishment from the new legal man, AleXtreme. As the Protested Hero attempts to break free from the compelling conundrum that is the Tree of Woe, it feels like the puzzles in the Saw movie series, and there is just not enough time as he feels the large boot of the Man with More Strength than Strength crushing his midsection as he is defenseless from the upside down, bat-like position. The pain does not end at just one bone crushing foot to the torso, as the Xtreme One continues to deliever blow after blow, kick after kick, concluding the violence party with a soccer kick to the mask covered face of the cruiserweight that had enough force to knock the Masked Marvel out of the precarious position that he was stuck in but at the high cost of the great amount of damage dealt due to the feet of AleX. Things would not get any easier for the Champion as he hits the canvas after the flurry of kicks he had just suffered, and the ache was not quick to leave his anatomy. Xtreme lifted his foe to his feet and with much ease, tossed the Killa’ to his team’s corner as he made the hot tag to the refreshed Koda. The arrogant Glorificent One could only watch as his partner was being tormented on the other side of the ring, which through the eyes of the former TFW superstar, seemed many miles away. The Darkness entered the squared circle as his temporary tag team partner exits the ring. The two seem to be working like a well oiled machine, making quick tags and isolating the smallest competitor of the four men, the Protested Hero, Serial. The Masked Mauler lifts his prey to continue where his ally left off, as he lifts the two hundred and twenty five pounder to his feet by grasping the Zodiac’s Apotheosis by his throat, causing more twinge to the already aching remains of the Intercontinental Champion, who by the looks of it, needs to tag out… DESPERATELY!

Johnny: Serial is looking worn out and beat up, if he doesn’t make a tag soon, then this match may end way sooner than expected. Giltinane can only watch as his partner is getting decimated by the team of Koda and AleXtreme.

Donny: Remember what happened last week? The cruiserweights pulled off the major upset… Well I don’t think lightning will strike the same place twice. Koda and AleXtreme are working too well as a team to not make it to the Finals of one of the most prestigious tournaments of this wonderful promotion.

As the Dark monster clinches the esophagus of the King of the Crosshairs, one can only assume the amount of damage that the Protested Hero may soon experience. The crafty cruiserweight must think of a plan, or else Serial may not move on to the next round and kill any momentum he has built for this Sunday. As Koda begins lifting him into the air, he realizes that he has only a few moments to act, and begins to become desperate, and desperate men do DESPERATE things. So in less than a second, the King of the Crosshairs acts quickly as he takes a page out of the Dirtiest Player’s playbook and gives a thumb to the eye to the big man, who immediately drops the Champion as he feels the throbbing pupil of his eye. The Protested Hero immediately rolls to his teammate and makes the tag.

The man with a mask had a strategy, but is left clueless when the official does not allow Giltinane to enter the ring.

“YOU ARE NOT THE LEGAL MAN ALEX!!!”

And with that statement, all of the hopes that Serial had about making a comeback this week, have crashed within a moment’s notice. He turns to see what is going on, and looks at the referee and immediately notices the lipstick on the face of the PWA official, he puts 2 and 2 together as he sees Nattie Neithard standing on the apron. Koda immediately grabs the bruised and battered cruiserweight and throws him to his corner, far from any chance of making the tag, and reducing any hope as the match progresses. A tag is made as Koda slaps hands with AleXtreme, as Serial can only watch, not having enough strength to do much else.

Johnny: What exactly is Serial going to do? Koda and Xtreme are isolating and are continually making tags? I really don’t know if the IC Champ can get himself out of this jam!!!

EDIT: Fixed a few TYPOs.

Based on the impressive showing thus far, 'The Perfect Storm' would be an apt description of the serendipitous pairing of the Darkness and the Extreminator. The team's rich blend of power, size, speed, cunning and co-operation, has for all intents and purposes, transformed this professional wrestling match into a school-yard mugging. While Koda and AleXtreme gleefully played the bullies, there was much more at stake here than milk money. The prize at the top of the mountain was the title of PWA CUP 2008 Champion; which was motivation enough to swing for the fences. After jumpstarting the match early with an industrious effort, the team of Giltinane and Serial had taken a wrong turn. Due to their asynchronous behaviour as a tag team, Serial has been left to fend for himself. To be fair to the Glorificient One however, the blame did not entirely fall on their team. Circling the squared circle, like wolves circling their prey, Kalevala and his new body guard Nattie Neithard were looking out for the best interests of the Dark One, Koda. Having already thrown a wrench into the works; the Kennin Clansman and the Hart Dungeon Hottie were primed to pull any strings they had to. This put the smaller and lighter duo of the Masked Marvel and the Natural at a stark disadvantage.

Never one to be shy about expressing himself, the English Engimatic Phenom cursed the referee out. Livid at the injustice that just transpired, the Glorificent One was denied entry into the ring, and was forced to once again sit on the sidelines and watch as the two giants took it to his partner; Kalevala and Nattie couldn't help but share a chuckle. Shifting his focus from the raving Giltinane, the referee turned back towards the action at hand. Having made the tag-in, AleXtreme had taken his position in front of the temporarily debilitated Serial, ready to continue the assault. Once again demonstrating their dedication to a common goal, Koda wrapped his hands around Serial's chin, and yanked back as hard as he could, hyper-extending the Intercontinental Champion's neck over the top turnbuckle, and holding him in place. Taking advantage of this situation, the Extreme One took a few steps back towards the centre of the ring, and sized up the Protested Hero. After a few seconds, the Man with Strength Beyond Strength drove his shoulder hard into the prone Masked Marvel's gut, connecting with a huge shoulder thrust! Peeling the Masked Cruiserweight off of his shoulder, AleXtreme let Serial collapse down to the canvas in a heap. Hunched over, using his arms to brace his rib cage, the King of the Crosshairs was in a bad way, gasping for air amidst a coughing fit. If you were a fan of Koda and AleXtreme, you were all smiles. As it stood however, not many people were too happy with the situation. Born out of the necessity to cheer for the underdog, the crowd couldn't help but support whatever Serial and Giltinane did, and express nothing but discontent with Koda and AleXtreme. Both teams benefited from this in different ways; one team had the fuel of the fan's support to mount a comeback, while the other welcomed the opportunity to prove the fans wrong. Continuing from where he left off, AleXtreme grabbed a hold of Serial's ankle, and pulled him a few feet towards the centre of the ring. Unable to mount any sort of defence, the Masked Marvel was completely at the mercy of his opponent. It appeared as though the Extreme One was going to attempt a leg submission, maybe a single-leg Boston Crab, but instead he opted to drop a thick elbow down across Serial's chest (a submission move would have just given Giltinane an excuse to interfere). Quickly rising back to his feet, and hauling the Protested Hero back up with him, the Extreminator proceeded to quickly secure an arm around Serial's head for a front face lock, before quickly making the tag to his partner Koda. Another quick tag to keep the match flowing smoothly to their favour, AleXtreme held Serial in position, raising up the Killa's free arm, giving Koda a clear shot at the IC champ's rib cage. Ominously straddling the top rope as he entered the ring, Koda made sure to briskly capitalize on the opportunity before him, dropping a sledge-like right fist deep into the left side of Serial's rib cage. Letting the man fall to the canvas before taking his place on the apron, the Extreme One had full confidence in his teammate to get the job done. Taking his position as the legal man for his team, Koda carried the weight of great expectations on his broad shoulders. Reaching down for the Masked Marvel, the Canadian Monster quickly went to work. Connecting with a few quick chops to the rising Protested Hero, Koda used his size to his advantage, forcing the much smaller man into the ropes. Generating quite a lot of momentum using his size, the Dark One executed a powerful irish whip, sending the Killa' hard across the ring. Intending to acquaint the returning Serial to the heel of his Big Boot, Koda took his position in the centre of the ring and raised his right leg high into the air. Bounding back with the speed of a thousands hiccups, desparation once again took over, as the 'Upset Special' went to work again, dropping down from his vertical stance, using his momentum to carry a blistering drop kick right into Koda's left knee! Letting out a howl of pain, Koda buckled over, collapsing like a towering timber right down to the forest floor. The audience's response was a clear indication of who was in their hearts, as the roars drowned out everything else in the arena. Having had knee problems in the past, Koda was holding onto his throbbing synovial joint like it was his job. Serial in the meantime, was laying on the canvas, resting in a heap. With both men down, the inevitable race to their respective corners was in full swing. The next few moments of the match could end up being the deciding factor.

Serial now finally has a chance to tag in Alex Giltinane who is extremely fresh on the outside and is becoming rather impatient and agitated at the fact that he has been on the outside for so long. Koda is the first to move, the ferocious monster begins to slowly crawl towards his much more agile tag team partner who has his arm extended ready to accept a tag if one should present itself. Now Serial has mustered enough energy to begin to move himself he lifts his arm and just like that, finally he has made a tag!

Like a house a fire the English athlete leaps over he ropes to make his entrance into the ring. His first action is a smart one in delivering a stinging and well placed dropkick to the face of Alextreme knocking the inactive grappler from the apron and devastating any chances of Koda making a tag at this precise moment. With momentum fully on his side Alex begins to attack his foe who is in the ring, showing no fear “The Glorificent One” delivers a vile kick to the face of the downed Koda. With his tag team partner no where to be seen Koda appears to be the proverbial sitting duck. Alex Giltinane pulls his opponent to his feet where he engages him in a collar and elbow tie up, following his extensive rest period Giltinane uses his freshness to take the advantage nailing his opponent with a fireman’s carry which puts Koda on the mat from maintaining his advantage Alex applies a sleeper hold to his prone yet dangerous opponent and in doing so slows down the match which may not turn out to be such a great idea!

With his arms wrapped around the neck of his opponent the would be submissionist Alex Giltinane feels the mach coming to an end and feels another impressive victory for both himself and his tag team partner Serial. Unfortunately for Alex his plan is flawed, flawed in the fact that Koda is not weakened enough for this manoeuvre to cause any real damage or have any real impact. The impressively sized monster slowly begins to stand, still with Giltinane attached to him like a rat clinging helplessly to a sinking ship. In the back of Alex’s mind maybe he has a plan, although highly unlikely that theory proves to be true as Koda attempts to rid himself of the pest who is Alex Giltinane, Alex acts quickly as he sees Koda backing up towards the turnbuckle Alex slips off of Koda’s back and the monster smashes himself against the metal frame much to the delight of the capacity crowd. Seizing the opportunity Alex delivers a dropkick to the monster which sends him to the outside of the ring where Kalevala and Nattie come over to console him. Meanwhile it becomes apparent that in the last exchange AleXtreme somehow managed to tag himself in. The young cruiserweight races towards Alex Giltinane but is stopped in his tracks by a devastating kick to the gut from Giltinane which is closely followed by his patented GDT! Alex wastes no time in locking a sleeper on the newly downed Alextreme in another bid to end this match via submission.

Unfortunately for Alex’s plan the monstrous Koda is still at ringside and has recovered from his earlier dropkick to the face, now extremely pissed off the monster enters the ring where he delivers a vicious boot to the face of Alex Giltinane who immediately releases his hold on AleXtreme. In total fear for his life the referee fails to restrain the monster and in doing so allows the rampaging beast to carry on his assault on the main event. “The Darkness” Koda looks at the downed Giltinane menacingly before reaching down to grab him, thinking quickly and relying only on his instincts Alex grabs Koda’s arm and attempts to pull him to the mat, using his inhuman strength Koda pulls back his arm, pulling Giltinane up with it. Alex does he only thing he can and releases his hold of Koda’s arm, upon releasing it the former hardcore champion shocks everyone by delivering a stinging left hand to the monster. The shot, which would have downed any normal man merely tickled Koda who appears indestructible in this match, Alex however is not deterred and does not relent from his attack delivering a well placed European uppercut to Koda which is closely followed by another from the London native. Having now had ample time to recover Alextreme notices what is happening and attempts to help his tag team partner who as we speak is on the receiving end of yet another uppercut which like the others barely fazes him. Alex uses his mind to get the better of his opponents as he somehow senses Alextreme behind him, the 23 year old side steps the oncoming assault of the Xtreme one who then comes face to face with Koda. Alextreme looks up at his “tag team partner” and shakes his head seemingly apologising for almost making contact with him, unfortunately for him Alextreme does end up making contact with Koda but through no fault of his own, he is knocked into his partner courtesy of a missile dropkick from the newly recovered luchadore Serial. Alex Giltinane nods to thank his tag team partner as they watch Koda go crashing against the ropes the two men then charge at the monster and deliver a double clothesline which sends the beast over the top rope. Knowing Koda wont stay down for long Serial dashes against the ropes before performing a suicide dive to the outside taking out the still frail Koda. On the inside Alex Giltinane has begun stalking Alextreme, watching and waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike, suddenly that opportunity presents itself…

With The Man with Strength Beyond Strength on the outside, just getting to his feet and still groggy from the teamwork of the impressive tandem of Giltinane and Serial; the highly skilled twenty three year seizes the moment and springboards to the top rope quickly to the outside dropping down onto AleXtreme but not before rotating with a moonsault while in freefall. The momentum built from the high dive to the outside is strong enough to send the Extreminator crashing into the steel guard rail. Shades of last week must be flashing through the minds of the fans both in the arena and watching on television as the Glorificent One and the Killa’ performed a spot similar to their last opponents, a match that came out of… with a win. A win is of the utmost importance because the only way to make it to the PWA CUP finals, is by earning a spot with a victory, and that victory is only a three count or a couple of taps away from achieving for either team.

As the carcasses of the four competitors lay wasted on the outside of the squared circle, the eight eyes can be seen gazing up at the beautiful stage lights as they try to recover from the high risk aerial maneuvers. The Main Event is the first of the four men to get to his feet, with Serial able to stand on his own free will just a few moments later. The tandem grabs hold of the fallen AleXtreme and tosses him into the ring, beneath the bottom rope, with the tag team also entering the squared circle, looking to continue their assault. Nattie and Kalevala quickly check on their ally as they need him to recover as quickly as possible if they want a possible all Revolution Incorporated tournament Final. The way the match has gone in the past few minutes, things are beginning to look grim for Monsters Inc., as Mr. Extreme himself is getting lifted to his feet with assistance from his enemies as they look to put the hurt on the isolated behemoth. The Natura accomplishes his short term goal andl completely gets the woozy Extremist to his feet, but it is not for Xtreme’s benefit as Serial hits the ropes and builds speed in order to send his much larger foe straight to the canvas. The Darkness Falls forces the two hundred and seventy pounder crashing to the mat, with his head being the first part of his anatomy to hit the ring base. Not to be outdone by his team mate, the Enigmatic Phenom gets a running start before completing a few cartwheels and hitting the midsection of the Extreme One with a beautiful standing moonsault. Giltinane immediately goes for the cover and the win, but Kalevala’s beautiful bodyguard jumps onto the apron and calls the referee, distracting him from his duties and making what could be the match concluding pin attempt. Serial knows that as the moments pass, the chance of the match ending soon, diminish, and he did not work this hard these past two weeks with a man he did not know, to get it all thrown away by some bimbo with a short skirt and a guy with a broken arm. The King of the Crosshairs gently pushes the ref aside as he has a few words with the Rev. Inc. bodyguard, who quickly reacts with a slap, sadly for the female defender she misses, but Serial does not miss as he pushes her off of the apron. A shriek later and she falls onto her client, Kalevala, who makes his presence known when “AH MY FUCKING ARM!!!” is heard in a very loud manner, causing a mother to cover her son’s ears, as the family watches the action just a few feet away from them.

With the official no longer distracted, he begins to make the important three count. Could the teamwork be enough to send the team of The Zodiac’s Apotheosis and The Natural to the finals of the prestigious tournament that began last week and concludes next week?

ONNEEE!!!

TWWOOO!!!

The count is broken up by the man who came from almost out of nowhere, which is unlikely especially due to the large stature of the seven foot, three hundred and forty pound masked ogre that is known as Koda. The fiend gives a new meaning to the term “Angry Stomp” as the stomps are strong enough to not only break the count but also leave a footprint stamped onto the back of the London native. The ref loses complete control of the match and can only watch as the destruction unfolds before his very eyes. Serial runs toward the Human WMD, but the humongous size is just too much for the Killa’ as he attempts to take the immense warrior down, the physique of Koda has led him to multiple title reigns, including a dominating Total Kaos Wrestling World title reign that lasted well over half a year. The STO attempt is unsuccessful and all it accomplished was placing the victim into the loving arms of the gargantuan. The giant places his much smaller opponent into a torture rack. A position that Serial places many of his opponents in, as it sets up for his finisher, the infamous Serial Killa!.

Johnny: Koda’s going to try to finish Serial off with the Serial Killa! What a way that would be to end the match and break any momentum the Protested Hero has going into this Sunday’s Pay Per View, Pandemonium!

Donny: It’s not the Serial Killa!, it’s Koda’s trademark move…. Special K. He used it during his run at TKW. You know TKW, that crappy promotion I was telling you about yesterday, that had all the stupid Pay Per View names. Remember Johnny? Rings are for Dings?

Johnny: Wait, you weren’t making up those cruddy names? Wow, that promotion must have sucked, no wonder it closed down!

Before the massive Rev. Inc. member can obliterate the King of the Crosshairs with the Torture Rack Piledriver otherwise known as the Serial Killa! or the Special K, the man with boot marks across his back makes the save for his partner as he chops the back of Koda’s right knee, causing him to fall back onto the mat, where Serial lands on top of him due to gravity existing on this planet. The Masked Marvel takes advantage of the situation and makes the pin attempt. The ref slides down to the mat and raises his hand high into the air, as the Main Event and Zodiac’s Apotheosis are just three counts away from causing another major upset in the tournament. The crowd can not help but cheer for the Intercontinental Champion and the man undefeated in tag team matches… The Glorificent Alex Giltinane.

Johnny: Do you smell an upset? And you said lightning couldn’t strike in the same place twice!!!

ONNNEEEE!!!!

TWWWOOOO!!!!

THRR--- AWWWW!!!

The awes and boos fill the arena as the Revolution Inc. affiliate is able to get his shoulder up at what looked to be tenths of a second away from reaching a three count. The camera focused on the Kennin Warrior, Kalevala’s reaction which is that of relief as he knows his stable mate is still in the running.

Donny: See, I told you lightning doesn’t strike in the same place twice!

The camera zooms out and fades to black as Insanity cuts to commerical.

Returning from the commercial break, those watching from the comfort of their living rooms were treated to quite a sight. Despite having been ripped away from the action for the requisite 'two minutes and two second' commercial spot, the energy in the arena had risen; the sound of the audience now but a cacophony of applause and cheers; there was not a single seat that remained occupied. The seemingly endless ovation was geared towards four men in the squared circle, who were putting everything on the line for nothing more than bragging rights; quite a noble display of sportsmanship if you think about it. Despite the glaring lack of honour that the participants lacked individually; the show that they were collectively putting on was one for the history books. Having slowly chipped away at each other's foundations, both teams had finally collapsed. The match had degraded into an all out war, and as the capacity crowd rained down applause and adulation, the toll taken by the aforementioned battle was unmistakable. Bodies lay strewn about the canvas in all directions, some crippled from various impacts and assaults, others brought to the brink of exhaustion. In the aftermath of such chaos, the official was finally awarded an opportunity to regain his bearings, and attempt to exercise a bit of control over the situation. Surveying the damage and coming to his senses, the referee finally realized that neither the Masked Marvel nor the Canadian Monster were even the legal men, and that the last pinfall would not have even resulted in a legitimate victory. Having realized his fault, and wishing to eager to remedy it, the referee quickly attempted to usher the guilty parties to their respective corners. This was easier said than done. Serial was in no state of mind to be brushed aside; he wanted desperately to continue his attack because he had Koda right where he wanted him. Koda meanwhile, was a three hundred and forty pound Monster of a man who was on the verge of losing consciousness. Despite Serial's strong wishes to continue, the referee, at long last, decided to assert himself; it was the ref's turn to clean house.

After a few moments of argument, the Protested Hero took his place at ringside. The Canadian Monster put up less of a fight, more thankful than anything for the unexpected opportunity to regain some much needed breath. After everything had been straightened out, and order partially restored, the two individuals remaining in the squared circle were The Natural, and Mr. Xtreme. Still reeling from the Darkness Falls, AleXtreme was crouched down near a neutral corner, attempting to regain his bearings. Worn out, and fed up, the Glorificent One regained his vertical base, standing defiant amongst a sea of swarming spectators, on a battlefield of sweat and blood. Wiping the sweat and spit from around his mouth with his right arm, Giltinane marched towards his apparently incapacitated opponent. Looking to his left, he noticed Koda breathing heavy. Looking to his right, he noticed that despite a menacing glare, the Masked Marvel seemed withered, almost broken; he had given it his all. Thinking to himself that victory for his team may now very well rest on his shoulders, Giltinane zoned in on AleXtreme. What better person to finish strong, than the person who started strong. As he neared AleXtreme, the stars seemed to align, and everything slowed down. Peaking up over his arm, the Man with Strength Beyond Strength glared at Giltinane; he had fallen right into his trap. Catching wind that things had gone awry, the Natural began to pull back and turn around, but it was too late. Rising with the speed of a piston and the strength of 20 horses, AleXtreme barrelled into the much smaller Giltinane, turning him completely inside out with a huge clothesline! Letting out a primal roar, and looking down at his victimized opponent, it seemed as though AleXtreme's muscles were going to burst through his skin. Positioned around mid-ring, AleXtreme was in firm control. Staring at his opponent Koda, the Xtreme One grinned. Seeming to line up the downed Giltinane, the Chicago native took two big steps backwards. Instead of running towards his British foe, he opted to make a B-Line right for the Intercontinental champion. Grabbing Serial by the back of the head, AleXtreme hauled the cruiserweight over the top rope in one fell swoop. With no plan's to release Serial from his grasp, the AleXtreme knocked the Masked Marvel back, forcing him into his own corner. As Koda stepped over the top rope, all hell was officially breaking loose. Ignoring the official's attempts at restoring order, Koda viciously kicked the downed Glorificient One to the side, clearing a path. Giving his opponent the signal, Koda prepared while AleXtreme proceeded to irish whip Serial towards him. At the exact same moment, the Masked Monster Koda proceeded to charge towards Serial, looking for a disasterous big boot! However, right before the moment of impact, that would have surely broken Serial's jaw and ended the contest right then and there, the Protested Hero ducked beneath it. Following through, Serial ran towards the opposite turnbuckle, scaled it as if he had been running up steps, and proceeded to vault backwards off the top turnbuckle, turning in mid-air, attempting a cross-body block! Turning around, having missed the big boot, Koda was right underneath him. Bracing for impact, the much larger Koda caught the Protested Hero, in a spot that mirrored one earlier in the match. Serial had sworn not to repeat the mistake; but he was improvising. Koda only had Serial in his grasp for but a moment however, as AleXtreme had been sizing Serial up. As soon as Koda had caught him, the Man with Strength Beyond Strength rushed towards Koda, jumped into the air, and hit another huge clothesline, this time on Serial, with a move that greatly resembled the Hart Attack!

Putting on a tag team clinic, this may have been the move that ended it all. With both Serial and Giltinane down and out. What more did they have left to give? As Koda walked towards his corner, to take his position back on the apron, AleXtreme pinned Giltinane, leaving the prone Serial in a pile of his own flesh. The referee took position to make the count. They were bringing down the house, as nothing (not even Johnny and Donny) could be heard over the roar of the crowd.

With Giltinane in an this precarious position and Serial down, it seemed as though AleXtreme and Koda were poised to move onto the finals of the prestigious tournament. The will of the PWA superstars should never be denied, though, and Alex was about to show that. As the ref's hand was about to slap the mat one last, final time, he managed to somehow lift his shoulder into the air, ending the pin attempt. AleXtreme shot back up to his knees, a very frustrated look painted on his face. Even after the devastating clothesline, he was unable to put away The Glorificant One. Thoughts began rushing through his mind, wondering what he had to do to win this extremely drawn out match. The current situation signified that AleXtreme's team was still in the driver's seat, seeing as both of them were up and both of their opponents were down. AleXtreme resumed the position back to his feet. Looking down at Giltinane, he finally had thought of something that might be able to put him away once and for all. The Extreme One reached down and grabbed Alex by his shirt, beginning to drag him back to a shaky vertical base. After doing so with great ease, he hooked Giltnane's arm around his shoulders. After doing so, The Man with Strength Beyond Strength lifted Alex's body high into the air, in a position similar to a Vertical Suplex. This was not the case, though, as AleXtreme's actions destroyed these assumptions. The Extreme One left Alex's legs fall from a straightened position. AleXtreme then hook his arm around one of his folded legs, and it was now clear what The Extreme One's plans were. The crowd began to go into a frenzy before the execution of the maneuver even occurred, if it were going to. The Man with Strength Beyond Strength let out a mighty roar that showed his almighty dominance, and with that, he threw his own body backwards, taking Giltnane along for the ride. The Glorificant One's body crashed to the mat, signaling the successful execution of the Muscle Buster!

Johnny- Holy crap, Giltnane was just destroyed!!!

Donny- That could be it!

An amazing flow of adrenaline rushed through The Extreme One's body after dropping his smaller opponent with the powerful move. The energy was so powerful in fact, that he did not want to end the match right there. AleXtreme wanted to risk something, make things a bit more interesting, and he knew exactly how he wanted to do it. AleXtreme leaped to his feet and quickly proceeded towards the turnbuckle. The crowd once again burst into a flurry of cheers, wanting to see AleXtreme fly through the air. The Extreme One quickly ascended to the top rope, finally perching himself on top like a hawk stalking his prey. AleXtreme, not wanting to wait for anything, leaped off the top turnbuckle. He seemed to be trying to do the motions of a Frog Slash, but it didn't look quite right. His fans knew, though, this was one of his signature maneuvers, the Reckless Frog Splash. It seemed to be going without flaw as AleXtreme ungracefully glided through the air. Everything was about to fall apart, though, as he realized his target was no longer in the same spot as he was when he flew off. Gravity was showing how much it can really suck as AleXtreme tried everything in his power to stop himself. Unfortunately, no solution could be found, and the Chicago Native's huge frame crashed into the mat below! It seemed as though the risk AleXtreme wanted to take wasn't worth it, and the team of Alex and Serial still had a shot.

OOC- Sorry for short, crappy, last minute reply. My mom passed away on Monday and yeah, you guys understand.

It is no wonder why moves delivered from the top turnbuckle are known as “high risk” maneuvers, it is because although they give the prospect of concluding the match if they connect, when they are not successful, the cost is high and can potentially plummet any possibility of winning. As AleXtreme lays incapacitated on the canvas, his opponent, the Natural, slowly but surely makes his way to the corner, where his partner awaits the slap of their hands in order to take advantage of the situation that was given to them. It would be foolish to not go for the win as the Xtreminator is yet to move an inch since hitting the canvas. The crowd can only look in anticipation as they have an idea of what will happen next. Even Miss Cleo could have told her callers that the tag would be successful… and moments later, it was. After the tag, a seemingly revitalized Serial rushes the ring, and goes directly after the unsuspecting silent giant known to the world as Koda. The Masked Marvel hits his much bigger enemy with a face crushing forearm smash, concealed with enough power to knock the former TKW World Champion off of the apron. With one of the opponents now out of the picture, the King of the Crosshairs can now focus on his fallen opponent, as he is utilizing a strategy that many nations have utilized before him, divide et impera, also known as divide and conquer. By not allowing the two larger men to work together, it is much easier to finish off the weaker AleXtreme. Serial lifts his prey onto his feet, in order to commence his attack so that he and his partner can move on to the finals which will take place next week. Like a predator planning its attack on his prey, the Killa’ successfully gets the dead weight to stand on its own feet, as like a chess player, the masked warrior prepares for the next move. The Protested Hero Irish whips his enemy, but does not allow the Man with Strength Beyond Strength to hit the ropes, as he is still clinching onto AleX as he grabs onto the turned body of Mr. Extreme and places the two hundred and seventy pounder’s head under his right arm, looking to finish off the remains, as a vulture would a freshly ill fated animal. With the six and a half footer now in reverse chancery, the Zodiac’s Apotheosis is looking to conclude the match with one of his signature moves… The Protested Hero’s Welcome. But yet another distraction does not allow a conclusion to this hell-bent match as Nattie once again makes her presence known with the official, not wanting the ref to become sidetracked with Kalevala’s bootylicious bodyguard, Serial does something he may regret in a few minutes. He becomes the mastermind behind the chaos that is about to ensue in the squared circle. The Intercontinental Champion tosses the groggy AleXtreme down to mat, not connecting his trademark finisher just yet, as he has other business to deal with at the moment. The current champ goes to the apron and grabs the lovely valet by her professional looking hair and tosses her into the ring by her locks causing her to fall on top of the punch drunk Extreminator. An outraged Kalevala jumps onto the apron, angered by the fact that Serial would even have the audacity to grab his guardian and pull her into the carnage infested ring. The King of the Crosshairs calls out the Kennin Warrior to enter the squared circle, which only further infuriates the first ever Commonwealth Champion, who exchanges a few words with the Masked Cruiserweight. The referee is forced to stand between the two men, as they are now only a few inches apart from each other. The disorder continues as the Glorificent One takes full advantage of the referee turning his back as he lifts the unsteady Extremist and goes behind his opponent and places him in a rear chin lock while jumping up to place both his knees against the foe’s back, with both wrestlers falling backward towards the canvas, forcing the Main Event's knees to push up into the back of Mr. Extreme himself. Giltinane gets to his feet with a smirk as the argument is still taking place on the apron and his dishonest work will go without punishment. Alex was in for a taste of his own heelish tactics because as he turns to go back to his team’s corner, he bumps into the wall that is Koda. The Human Weapon of Mass Destruction takes a swing at the Natural, but catches wind as the former PWA Cruiserweight Champion backs up. The monster runs toward the London native, who quickly reacts by side stepping. This causes Koda to act like a Human bowling ball as he inadvertently crashes into the men involved in the heated argument that the ref was in fact losing control of. The mass of the seven foot ogre hits the men with enough force to send all of the beings to the outside of the ring with an ugly crash. The crowd can not help but react with laughter as Giltinane celebrates his quick witted reversal that led to the clearance of the ring.

Johnny: What the hell just happened? This match is chaotic, the ref is out as well as one of the legal men. Meanwhile in the ring, the other legal wrestler is out cold.

Donny: This match is classic! It’s like the rules of a traditional Tag Team match have been thrown out. The ref is down, that means that for right now ANYTHING GOES!!!

Natalie quickly checks on the condition of her men as she sees the result of all of the carnage that took place because of her jumping onto the apron. The Enigmatic Phenom is not one that wants to be left off of the camera for too long and looks to steal the flash of the cameras once again as he dives over the top rope without the assistance of his hands, crashing onto the fallen men just outside the ring. Natalie shrieks as she witnesses her men taking even more damage, as the six foot, one inch anatomy was mere inches from hitting her as well.

Johnny: Now all the men are down on the outside!!! How the hell is this match going to ever end if everyone is out cold!!!

AleXtreme begins to move, as he tries to stand, although wobbly at first he is eventually able to get it together. Mr. Extreme looks around and sees no one in near sight, a look of confusion comes across his face as he wonders if the match is even going on still or if he was pinned. He then sees Nattie, his partner’s valet, with a nervous look on her face. AleX looks to the outside of the ring and is stunned by the sight, as all the men including the referee are down on the outside. Wanting a piece of the action himself, the 270 pound man climbs to the top turnbuckle just to the right of him. It is not everyday he goes to the top turnbuckle, as he takes a bit longer to finally reach the top, but time does not seem to be much of a concern as all the men are laid out on the thin mats in front of the crowd. Xtreme does a Snuka like pose before diving off the top to the outside. Although not gaining much air in the process, he still hits the downed bodies hard with his Swan Dive that was not in anyway graceful or photogenic, but hey, it did its job. The official was lucky enough to not be involved in the sickening collision that was seen worldwide and that was heard throughout the arena when Xtreme hit the corpses and caused a THUD to ring in the ears of audience, and the ref is the first man to get to a sitting position. He uses the rail to stand up and slowly rolls into the ring. After a few deep breathes he stands up leaning against the ropes, to assist him, and begins the ten count, meaning that the two legal men, have up to the ten count to enter the ring or will be disqualified.

ONEEE!!!The ref slowly counts as he still not a hundred percent at the moment. The bodies on the outside still have not moved, as Natalie cheers her team on. TWOOO!!!Bodies are beginning to twitch around, but are still a long way from being healed. The crowd is electric and really into the contest as they cheer all four men on chanting “PWA!” “PWA!” “PWA!” THREEE!!!The official’s count has now reached three and the men are now clearly showing signs of life, with Natalie helping her boss get to a sitting position, as she checks the condition of his broken arm. The chants are seemingly endless at this point.FOUUURRRR!!!The camera zooms onto an arm reaching for the rail, whose arm it is still unknown but the other arm is now clinching onto the steel guard rail as well. The man although woozy is now to his feet, and it’s a man with a mask. That can only mean one thing… IT’S SERIAL!!! The crowd goes wild as Serial looks down at the others and has no idea how all of this destruction took place.FIVVVEEEE!!!With the official’s count now halfway done, Serial looks to enter the ring, but stops for a moment. He turns around and sees Kalevala in a sitting position, favoring his broken arm. The Protested Hero’s mind flashes back to moments before everything went black. SIIXXX!!!Serial begins to stomp a mudhole onto the injured Kalevala, continuously hitting the draped arm as Nattie screams in horror.SEVVEENNN! Koda is now almost to his feet and the other two contestants are now on their knees. Serial now backs away from Kale as he now hears the referee’s count loud and clear. EIGGHHTTT!!!Koda assists his partner up and rolls him into the ring, as Serial enters on his own will. Koda now turns to face Alex Giltinane, the man who outsmarted him, well now it’s time to avenge his mistake as the camera focuses on the action in the ring.Serial looks to be in control, especially after the knee to the jaw of the Xtreme One. The Masked Marvel grabs an arm of AleX and places the big man into an air tight Triangle Choke.

Johnny: HE GOT THE CRYPTOCHOKE LOCKED IN!!!! ALEX MIGHT BE TAPPING SOON!!!

After a few moments in the Cryptochoke, The Xtreme One begins to see darkness, and contemplates whether he should tap the mat and submit. As a last ditch effort the Man with Strength Beyond Strength makes his nickname factual as lifts Serial off of the canvas, causing Serial to break off the choke in an instant, as The Killa’ does not want to be slammed onto the canvas at the moment.

Johnny: If Serial would have tried to keep the choke locked, he may would have been severely punished as it looks like AleXtreme is mad, and has seemingly hulked up.

Donny: Serial is a smart man, he knows when to give up on a certain move.

How smart Serial was could be questioned as he broke off the choke, but left himself in front of his enemy, who quickly grabbed hold of him, and lifted him above his head in a Gorilla Press.

Johnny: Strength Beyond Strength!!!!

But it was not to be as the Protested Hero slipped out of his grip and landed on his feet behind him. The crowd is clearly in shock as this match has as many twists as a M. Night flick. The King of the Crosshairs delivers a stiff kick to the back and in an instant wraps his arm around the neck of AleXtreme, and with his foe now in reverse chancery, Serial twists his body while falling back and spins the two hundred and seventy pounder, causing him to crash head-first into the mat finally connecting his finisher.

Johnny: HE HIT THE PROTESTED HERO’S WELCOME!!! IT COULD BE ALLL OVER!!!!

The Masked Marvel quickly follows up with a cover as the crowd looks on nervously. The ref’s anatomy hits the mat and what should be an academic three count, now begins…

ONNNEEE!!!

We again find AleXtreme’s team in a very dangerous spot as Serial had just laid out AleXtreme with one of his devastating finishing maneuvers. He had since gone for the pin fall, and it seemed eminent that victory would fall into the laps of Serial and Giltinane. The crowd was silent in anticipation to see if the ref’s arm was going to hit the mat one more time. Despite the count only taking a couple of seconds, time seemed to take forever in the minds of the superstars in the ring. Serial’s heart raced rapidly since this last count was going to give him the win. After this simply remarkable and unbelievable match, AleXtreme’s determination was not going to let all the hard work and sweat he had put into winning this match be to no avail. With all of the inner power he could muster, he was able to muscle a shoulder up, ending the possibility of loss, at least for the time being. Serial crawls back to his knees after rolling off the huge mass of human that is AleXtreme. Despite wearing a mask, frustration was the clear emotion emanating from him. After negating the execution of one of AleXtreme’s finishers and nailing one of his own, he had still not won the match for his team. The Man with Strength Beyond Strength had shown his resiliency after being able to take any damage that had been thrown at him in this match, which was quite a lot, and it made The Masked Marvel wonder what exactly he needed to do to put AleXtreme and his teammate away once and for all. Unable to think of a sure-fire plan right away, Serial pounded a balled fist into the mat twice. His mindset began to change. He realized that in order to gain a check mark in the win column of his win/loss records, he was going to have to do something devastating enough to finish off AleXtreme in his weakened state. He decided that the only way to do so was to do what AleXtreme had done earlier- take to the air. The Serial Killa made his way up to his feet and began walking over to the corner of the ring. The crowd sensed that more risk was about to be taken, and they began to grow with anticipation. AleXtreme began to show some signs of life as he was attempting to roll over, very shakily. In the meantime, The Masked Superstar had made his way to the turnbuckle and was in the process of ascending to the top rope. The fans began to roar as Serial had managed to quickly make his way up to the very top. Instead of jumping off right away, though, he seemed to be waiting, possibly for AleXtreme to make it to a vertical base so that whatever cooky maneuver Serial had in mind can be performed more efficiently. The Extreme One had made it to his hands and knees, and was pushing with all he had to make it back up to his feet. Serial had decided this was a perfect time to jump, though, so any hopes AleXtreme had of victory would be shattered. The Masked Wrestler leaped off the turnbuckle with great intensity and determination- a determination to end the match in his favor. He had not anticipated, however, what was going to happen next. As The King of the Crosshairs gracefully glided through the air, he was suddenly put to a dead stop in midair. The reason- Koda had caught Serial in a Chokeslam position. The crowd went into a frenzy as this twisted match had taken yet another turn. Serial had a legitimate sense of fear, and with very good reason. Koda was not going to hesitate to cause Serial harm, and he was about to show that. The Superhuman lifted Serial’s small body higher into the air with amazing ease, especially considering he was only using one arm. Finally, Koda went with the flow as he dropped Serial down to the mat with an awesome Chokeslam, causing a loud thud upon impact. This match was still going.

Johnny- My God, this match is taking so many turns and the advanrage is being taken from both sides very frequently.

Donny- Well, whoever wins is certainly gonna be glad when this is over, because the winner moves onto the finals of the PWA Cup at Pandemonium.

Serial’s eyes could only show a fraction of the pain that was rushing through his body at the time of impact from Koda’s unexpected Chokeslam. The referee rushed over to Koda to address the situation and send a reluctant Koda back to his corner. As Koda began to walk to his corner, AleXtreme stared at Serial, just lying there. He soon realized his partner had saved them the match and had made a wide opening for themselves to win this match. The Extreme one wasn’t going to let him and his partner down, especially not now. AleXtreme began to inch his way up to his feet from his knees as he was thinking of things that he could possibly do to finish this match off. As he managed to get to a standing position, though, he was surprised that his body was moving him, not against his will, but not with any thought put into it. It seemed as though subconsciously, he knew exactly what he wanted and needed to do, and he was about to do it. AleXtreme was walking towards Serial with a serious reason. The crowd was all wondering what exactly was going to be done by AleXtreme, although they weren’t going to b kept in the dark for very long. AleXtreme began to lift Serial up, very swiftly. Now on his wobbly feet, Serial was at the hands of AleXtreme, who at this point were not very merciful. The Man with Strength Beyond Strength lifted The Masked Wrestler high onto his shoulders, letting out a mighty roar while doing so. The crowd broke out in loud cheers, letting AleXtreme now that they were behind him all the way. AleXtreme didn’t waste anymore time, knowing from personal experience what kind of mistake that can really be, as he threw the smaller superstar into the air. AleXtreme soon followed, only he rotated slightly to get into a convenient position necessary to complete this damaging maneuver. Both men were at the peak of vertical ascension, and AleXtreme was ready complete the last part of this move. On their way down to the mat, AleXtreme grabbed onto Serial’s head and with all of his power, he pulled down and dragged Serial with him. Serial’s head crashed down onto the mat, completing the Extreminator!

Johnny- The Extreminator!! That has to be it folks, the impact was amazing!

AleXtreme wasn’t simply going to go for the pin, though. No, that was going to let Serial off too easy. Keeping the position he was in, he grabbed Serial’s closest arm to him and wrapped it around his shoulders. Then, the Man with Strength Beyond Strength locked his arms together around Serial’s nose area, locking in the devastating South Boarder Stretch! Serial began to let out screeches that only somewhat indicated how much pain he was really experiencing. AleXtreme wrenched more and more desperately, making sure that he was applying enough pressure to make the Intercontinental Champion tap out and finally win the match. On the outside, the Glorificant One began to make his way back to his feet, although this was a slow process, making it unlikely that he could save his partner his this situation. Serial’s hand went into the air, feeling the need to tap out. His heart just couldn’t let him do that, though, at least not just yet. In the corner, Koda looked on, hoping that Serial’s hand would eventually slap the mat, signifying the victory of him and his team. Serial’s bones would surly break if he were to be in this submission maneuver for very much longer, but The Masked Superstar still wouldn’t give in. With the rest of his remaining strength, The Extreme One wrenched back as hard as he can, making even himself scream. It might be the end of an epic match if this unbearable submission hold were to be on any longer.

OOC- Good luck guys.

The brutality of the match has done a number on each of the contestants, and as the match has progressed it has become more of an endurance contest. None of these men want to lose, none of these men will say DIE!!! With the Intercontinental Champion locked in a brutal submission maneuver, the crowd has gone from being electric to dead silent. It is as if at any moment, the Masked Marvel may have no choice but to surrender and forefeit his place along with his partner’s in the Finals of these year’s PWA Cup. As the King of the Crosshairs reaches as far as he possibly can, the ropes are not within his arm length. Serial yet again tries to pull himself towards the seemingly endless ring, the ropes are only inches away, but from the Champion’s position, it is like crawling through the Nevada desert. He tries yet again to reach the ropes as the official looks on closely, not knowing whether he is going to have to break the hold or ring the bell. The Zodiac’s Apotheosis reaches one last time and stretches his arm so far, it may very well be out of socket, but pain is temporary and glory is eternal. The Protested Hero’s fingertips attempt to grasp the ropes, but fall mere centimeters short and hit the mat. The perserverance of the Champion will not allow him to tap out of the lock, but the pain is starting to wear him out. Through the eyes of the Champion, the vision of the ropes as well as the crowd is getting darker, as he is starting to fade out. The pain is becoming too much for even his human anatomy to handle. The body can only take so much before it is forced to shut down. Now time and distance are most definitely not on the champion’s side, and as Kalevala as well as Natalie’s cheers continue, all hope seems to be lost. The Killa’ looks at the fans in front of him, and sees the look in their eyes, it is if they know he can not take too much and know he isn’t going to make it, his vision is becoming as dark the deep depths of the abyss, and everyone has counted him out except the PWA official who is waiting to ring the bell at any instant. Just as things begin to pitchblack, he is no longer in pain. The mind of the Champion can only ponder if the match has been deemed over? If Serial could not take any more pain and finally passed out. It seems as if there was hope as he begins to hear the fans cheering, and as he opens his eyes he sees his partner fighting off the man with strength beyond strength. The Intercontinental Champion may be dreaming, but it may be too real for it to be a dream. As the Protested Hero pinches himself, he realizes that the match has in fact continued. His partner, a man who he could not trust just a few weeks ago, clearly showed that he had his back and is in this match, in this tournament… to win. The adrenaline begins to flow through the King of the Crosshairs once again, and the cruiserweight gets to his feet as quickly as possible. His legs feeling as rubbery as the opposite tip of a pencil along with his torso that is still aching from the brutal submission can not break the mindset that the Protested Hero has, as moments later, he gains a second or third wind and is ready to continue the fight. Serial sees the Glorificent One trying to lock up with the Extremist, but the ref will not allow, as constantly repeats, “YOU AREN’T THE LEGAL MAN!!!” AleXtreme continues to mock the so called “Main Event” while the referee keeps holding the former champion back pushing him towards his team’s corner. Serial takes full advantage of the fact that Xtreme is not focused on him at the moment, and catches him off guard with a brutal Jumping High Knee to the jaw. The Protested Hero tries to land on his feet but his legs will not allow him to, and his body collapses to the mat. The Masked Marvel looks to his right and sees his enemy laid out on the canvas. The IC Champ crawls to him as quickly as he can and lays an arm over the torso of the fallen foe. The Glorificent One quickly notifies the official who turns around and drops to the mat to make the count…

Johnny: What a Knee by Serial! This could be it? The Cinderella Story may be making it to the PWA Finals! Will it be enough for the three count? Donny, what an excitng match it has been!!!

Donny: C'MON REF!!!! C' MOOONNN!!! You can do it Serial!!! I believe in you!!!

Johnny: The ref is making the count!!!! Who WILL WIN?!?

The crowd is eccentric as the ref’s right hand hits the cold canvas for the first time!

ONNNEEE!!!

TWWWOOOO!!!

After what seemed like an eternity, the referee's hand dropped for the third and final count! OR DID IT?! Mere moments before the official's hand signified the end of this epic contest, the Mountain of Madness had raced to his opponent's rescure, knocking his huge boot in the back of Serial's head to break the count. Now standing mid-ring, Koda wasn't planning on going anywhere, despite the referee's best attempts at coaxing the giant back to his corner. Grabbing Serial and raising the groggy Intercontinental Champion back to his feet, Koda hooked both of his arms, readying himself for the Kodak Moment! Telegraphing his intentions for all to see, Koda gave the Glorificient One a perfect excuse to enter the ring...in spectacular fashion. Hurling himself off of the top turnbuckle, Giltinane hit a beautiful missile dropkick right in the middle of Koda's chest. Stumbling backwards (releasing Serial who fell to the canvas), Koda proceeded to trip over his partner, and fall to the canvas as well. A few seconds passed, and it seemed as though the smelling salts had just been passed around, as all four men started to quickly gather themselves. Hauling himself up off the canvas with the nearest set of ropes, Koda turned around, only to be hit with a double clothesline, sending him over the top rope and out to the floor. Turning back around, the team of Serial and Giltinane rushed towards the rising AleXtreme, who proceeded to duck beneath the double clothesline attempt, and rush forward into the opposite ropes, building up a head of steam. As AleXtreme hit the ropes, the recovering Koda hit him, making the blind tag. Attempting once more for the double clothesline, Giltinane and Serial rushed towards the charging Extreminator. The Chicago native locked his sights onto Giltinane however, and knocked him to the canvas with a brutal Spear! Turning to see his partner bite the dust, the Masked Marvel didn't realize he was in a world of danger. Having entered the ring, the now legal Koda made a B-line for the intercontinental champion. Ramming his fingers into his mouth, and pressing down hard on the nerves below his tongue, Koda locked in the DARKNESS! Struggling to break free, Serial connected with a few stiff jabs to Koda's jaw, before settling on a kick to the giant's injured knee! This allowed him to break free of Koda's pseudo-iron grip! Bouncing himself into the ropes, Serial darts back with a purpose. However, the Big Man had an extra bounce in his step, and caught the Cruiserweight offguard, scooping him high up into the air, with a hand around his throat. Before he knew what hit him, Koda nails the Protested Hero with the huge Last Breath! Pressing his 340lbs frame down onto Serial, Koda made the cover. The referee made the count.

Announcer: WINNERS OF THIS MATCH, AND MOVING ON TO THE PWA CUP FINALS, THE TEAM OF KODA AND ALEXTREME!

As Koda, AleXtreme, Kalevala and Nattie left the ringside area, it wasn't long before the vultures moved in. Climbing over the barricade, having watched everything unfold, SULLY entered the ring and proceeded to beat on the downed Serial. The audience was not too impressed.
