--- Alex Giltinane --- Alex G. enters. --- P.Y --- The crowd falls into a hushed silence - that is, right up until the moment Unsane’s “East Broadway” commences, with dominating authority. The sole sound of a low tuned, down tempo riff has never hit anybody with as much rage, as much hatred as this before, but each night it rings out loudly through the PA system, it proves to be a song associated with nothing but pure evil. A sole spotlight drops down upon the top of the ramp, now revealing a sole figure, paired with a menacing stare that glares into the darkened abyss before him. Welcome P.Y, the definition of the word 'monster'. He stands there, deadly still, arms falling by his waist as the crowd start to become more and more impatient with the volume of their boos, increasing by the second. RING ANNOUNCER: Making his way to the ring – From the United Kingdom, he weighs in at 315lbs, standing at 6 feet 11 and a half inches tall. He is the English Monster, the British Behemoth – P.Y! Never before has a Ring Announcer been met with such a loathsome response. In darkness, he quickly flees the ring before the Englishman arrives, slowly being guided to the ring under the bright spotlight from above. Where fans once craved to extend their arm over the barrier and throw their hands at him, now it’s a completely different story. Everybody stays back. They’d rather keep well away from this man, at all possible costs. Instead they decide to observe whilst exhaling all of the air from their lungs in a collective boo, throwing all their hatred at the man now at ringside. The English Monster grabs a firm hold of the tope rope, able to hoist himself up onto the canvas by his sheer size and further enter the battlefield by stepping over the three tightly strung cables. Slowly but surely, he steps into the centre of the ring. The lights eventually fade in, as the British Behemoth resorts to a few moments of warming up his limbs in the seconds he has to spare. |

For the second time in less than 24 hours, one Englishman stands in front of another – yet even though the circumstances are dissimilar, nothing can hinder the seemingly newborn mindset the World Champion now adheres to. His earlier words were clear enough, but perhaps Alex is proving to be just another example to P.Y’s lectures; ignorant, cocky and more importantly, disrespectful. Well, in the eyes of the English Monster anyway. To the rest of the world, the cruiserweight does nothing more than a few stretches, uncoiling the tension that surrounds the muscles in his arms and legs. To the behemoth, the back of his opponent, the part of his anatomy that reflects his gaze shows pure insolence. The longer time progresses without any action, without the Natural actually acknowledging his adversary further adds to the champion’s torment. His eyes bulge. His teeth grind. Soon, his legs send his feet stride across the canvas. The crowd’s rising tension could well have been the indicator, so too, the sudden large vibrations beneath his feet; either way, a simple urges causes the Natural to turn around. What he sees is a flicker of light, a quick image flashing before his eyes prior to black surrounds him; when he eventually comes around a few seconds later, he seems to recall seeing the image of an oversized shoe sole flying his way – and thanks to the benefits of a replay upon the Tron, he can confirm just that. One enormous Big Boot to the side of his face. JOHNNY: “My god, Donny! I know P.Y was well and truly fed up with the supposed ‘lack of respect’ people are showing to him, but I didn’t realise he was going to start taking it all out on anyone who crosses his path!” DONNY: “Did you even listen to what he had to say earlier?” JOHNNY: “He said something earlier?” (OOC: Yeah, that promo is coming up later >_> I’ll let Alex post past the deadline if he needs to.) |

P.Y is quick to peel the lifeless body of Alex Giltinane from the canvas, quickly putting him in place for one of his rarer finishing manoeuvres; in the setup of a Fisherman’s Suplex, it comes as much surprise to the cruiserweight when the English Monster pulls down on his legs, brining him down to earth spine first with a sickening move he still calls Untitled Trademark #4. Nameless or not, it appears to have the job done. Rex yells at his associate from the outside – but he’s not quite done yet. Although Alex may be out for the count, the World Champion isn’t ready to make the fall just yet. Once again he scoops up the body that lays at his ankles, where again he puts his opponent through a harrowing replay with a second dose of the Untitled Trademark #4. Thankfully, this time is the last. … ONE … TWO … THREE! “East Broadway” by Unsane hits the arena as the English Monster stands up, eyes forever fallen towards the figure laying motionless upon the canvas. Rex soon jumps into the ring also, not wanting to miss any chance to celebrate. RING ANNOUNCER: “THE WINNER OF THIS BOUT AS A RESULT OF A PIN FALL – P.Y!” The champion, despite many moments passing since the bell’s chime, continues to stare down. Even as Rex tries to snap him out of it, it appears he is frozen solid, leaving the production crew no choice but to cut to the back for the final time this evening. |
