--- Koda --- Suddenly there is nothing but Darkness. There are roars of anticipation, as thousands of flashbulbs cut through the seemingly endless black void. After a few moments of silence, the stage is ignited with a flurry of pyrotechnics, revealing a blue-lit stage blanketed in mist. Cats Foot Iron Claw Neuro-Surgeons Screams for More At Paranoia's Poison Door Twenty-First Century Schizoid Man! As the haunting voice of Ozzy Osbourne cut through the air, slowly from within the mist emerged the intimidating presence of the Seven-Foot Sensation, Koda. Trailing close behind was Mario "the Mind" Woosey, and none other than the dastardly King of the Commonwealth, Kalevala. Blood Rack Barbed Wire Polititians Funeral Pyre Innocents Raped With Napalm Fire Twenty-First Century Schizoid Man! The audience greeted the pair with the usual chorus of boos. Slowly marching down to the squared circle, the imposing Koda seemed poised to snap at any minute. It looked as if, despite the presence of both Mario and Kalevala, that they're control over the Monster was less than safely secure. Reaching the ring, Woosey and Kalevala cleared the way for the giant. Slowly climbing up the stairs, Koda slipped over the middle rope, and took his place in the center of the ring, ready to decimate any who dared share the ring with him. --- Tom Tyco --- The quick three-step musical talents of Chris Cornell blast through the speakers throughout the arena. Mind-blowing; absolute frenzy is all that can said about the people of this humble arena. In place, all swim with their own technique in "stroke." The three-step musical piece repeats. At the top of their lungs they push out the last shreds of oxygen in vocal manner. A third three-step ensues. In and out signs jive as to create a wave effect. The last of the three-steps sets up the song. If you take a life do you know what you'll give? Odds are, you won't like what it is When the storm arrives, would you be seen with me? By the merciless eyes of deceit? I've seen angels fall from blinding heights But you yourself are nothing so divine Just next in line ... Yes! He appears, top stage; body covered in pure darkness. Only his pure hues at the coincidental start of the song's chorus can send the embassy crumbling. His body still in shadow, one can only imagine what his appearance may contain. Patience is kindly rewards in the most unlikely way ... with a sudden deafening BOOM and bright pale flash. A single light adjusts itself upon this man of mystery. Arm yourself because no-one else here will save you The odds will betray you And I will replace you You can't deny the prize it may never fulfill you It longs to kill you Are you willing to die? The coldest blood runs through my veins You know my name Darkness hides itself at the rim of the lone light; a spotlight. The figure's formed stride holds steady without the slightest of miscue. Head sits upon his broad shoulders cocked forth into place, although slightly tilted forward. He walks in in his two satin black boots, laced from atop about mid-shin. The spotlight captures an image of itself reflecting from the gloss black plastic knee pads in several different perspectives in result of stride. Below the character's torso, his pure black trunks fit snug, all the while exposing his whole thighs. One can catch his signature symbol in crimson as he slithers on by them. His march halts; he quickly rolls himself into the ring. As he relinquishes himself to vertical base, his entrance music fades away. The prolific Hardcore Legend majestically stands amongst ropes. He cocks his head and shrugs his shoulders to warm up. Alas, the time has come. Silence drains. --- Good luck |

The bell sounded. The match between the Mountain of Madness Koda and Tom "The Pick" Tyco was officially underway. Wasting no time, the Hardcore Legend approached the massive Canadian Monster and made first contact in the form of a classic collar-and-elbow tie-up. The two superstars jockeyed for position for a few moments before bearing down and digging their heels into the canvas. Being a large man himself, in addition to being tough as nails, the Pick could easily hold his own against his larger opponent. Eagerly watching the action from ringside was none other than the devious Kalevala and his rather attractive bodyguard Nattie Neithard. The King of the Commonwealth having wrestled the Pick on numerous occasions undoubtedly shared some of his wisdom with his cousin Koda in preparation for tonight's match. Showing an early flash of technical savvy more characteristic of his cousin, Koda managed to work Tyco's momentum against him, slipped his arm down, and managed to securely wrap his free arm around Tyco's head, locking it firmly in place. With his head now firmly viced in a head-lock, the Pick had unwillingly surrendered the momentum of the match. Attempting to pop Tyco's head like a zit, Koda wrenched in the elementary manoeuvre as tightly as he could. Jabbing the big man in the ribs as hard as he could, the Pick attempted desperately to create some space to wriggle free. After connecting with a few more well placed jabs, Tyco pulled back as hard as he could, and with him came Koda. Bouncing the big man into the ropes, Tyco attempted to use the momentum to launch Koda across the ring, and free himself from the dreaded head-lock at the same time. Unfortunately for the Pick, Koda put on the breaks, stopped dead in his tracks, and instead wrenched in the hold even tighter. With his arms flailing wildly, it was apparent that the Pick was in a bad way; he had to do something, and fast. Tightening every muscle in his body in preparation, Tyco secured a firm grip, and then lifted Koda up into the air as high as he could, before slamming him back down on his knee for an atomic drop! Feeling the jolt from his sacral plexus all the way up his spine, Koda's back tightened up, and he was forced to release Tyco! Quickly regaining his bearings as his head received a fresh batch of oxygenated blood, the Gargoyle intended to produce some offense. Slowly turning around to face the newly freed Hardcore Legend, Koda had but a moment to react. Having charged his larger opponent in an attempt to connect with a clothesline, the Pick was surprised when he was instead captured by Koda and subject to a lightning quick body slam! A chorus of appreciative cheers and hoots echoed from the Revolution Inc. members at ringside; Kalevala slammed the mat hard in approval. In firm control of the match, the Disciple of Darkness pressed his forearm across the Pick's face, making the first pin of the match. The referee quickly dove into position, but Tyco had emphatically kicked out, practically before the one-count. Not in any way surprised, Koda immediately removed himself from the mat, and lifted Tyco back up to his feet with great ease. Grabbing a hold of the Pick's wrist, Koda pushed the Green Bay native into the ropes, and sent him soaring across the ring with a huge Irish Whip. Going with the flow, Tyco took off with great speed, hoping to make use of his agility against the big man. As the Hardcore Legend bounced back from the ropes, the veteran spotted Koda's telegraphed clothesline from a mile away. Ducking easily underneath it, Tyco turned around to connect with a clothesline of his own, when suddenly he had a giant hand wrapped around his throat! For the second time of the match Koda had out-foxed the Gargoyle! It seemed as though Koda had either a knack for prediction, or he had listened well to Kalevala's advice; evidently Koda had done his homework. Instead of being knocked down to the canvas, Koda was again in control of the match, now with a blatant choke firmly locked in place. Sort of in a state of disbelief at the quickness of his opponent, Tyco reverted back to basic instincts and reflexes, connecting with a kick to Koda's stomach. The Mountain of Madness gasped as the Gargoyle connected with that well placed kick, and was forced once again to release him. Hunching over in pain, having had the wind knocked out of him. Koda watched as Tyco built up a head of steam by bouncing into the ropes as hard as he could. Anticipating a devastating collision, Koda needed to do something to counteract Tyco's charge. Attempting another body slam, Koda leaned over and managed to lift Tyco up somewhat, but the Pick's momentum enabled him to slide out of the attempted body slam, and land on his feet behind the Mountain of Madness. Wrapping his arms firmly around the Big Man's waist, the adrenaline fuelled Tyco forced his opponent forward, slamming Koda chest first into the ropes. Attempting to roll the Revolution Inc. Behemoth into a pin, Tyco pulled back as hard as he could. Koda held firmly onto the top rope however, which caused Tyco to roll himself over. Without an opponent to pin, the Pick ended up back on his feet, staring a hole through Koda, who slowly turned around to face him; his back still against the ropes. In an attempt to get something going offensively, the Hardcore Legend gambled with another clothesline attempt. This time however, he connected. Throwing his six-foot-four, two hundred and sixty pound frame into every bit of the move, Tyco sent himself hurling over the top rope, taking Koda along for the ride. Making one full rotation, both men managed to land on their feet; Tyco's momentum however carried him down to the floor. Koda on the other hand, stumbled back a few paces before colliding (albeit softly) with the steel steps. The crowd was slowly beginning to get into the action as it spilled over into the ringside area. Down near the guardrail, a plethora of fans were sending their well wishes and words of encouragement to Tyco, who had quickly recovered and was now on his feet. On the other side of the equation, Kalevala and Nattie were picking Koda up off the floor near the steel steps. The referee was sticking his head between the ropes, sending out a warning to the members of Revolution Inc. to stay out of it, and also to the participants of the match that they had to the count of 10 to get back into the ring. |

All of the wrestlers are now outside the ring looking at one another. The mainly focus in not Tom Tyco and Koda, but rather Tom Tyco and Kalevala. This iconic stare mocks a stare from last year's battle in the finals of Three Hours of Power where neither man won. Tom inches closer to his most exciting adversary in last year while fans begin to scream "Punish him! Punish him!" Kalavala almost drops Koda while inching closer to Tom. Both men come within inches of each other, nose tip to nose tip. Suddenly, the stare is abruptly broken when Koda charges out from behind his fellow Revolution, Inc. teammate and clocks Mr. Tyco in the head with his massive fore arm! This causes the man-beast to stagger back and into the ring post spine first. Once again, Koda thrusts forth, fore arm leading and connects with steel! The Hardcore Legend ducks while he lets out a quiet chuckle. His attacker holds his own arm in sheer pain while his eyes willow up with tears. In the meantime, Kirk Fitzpatrick has committed an Eight count to the two wrestlers directly involved in this match. Tom is the first to slither into the ring, but he decides that the outside is where his true advantage lies right now if he expects to defeat his towering foe - he slithers right back out toward Koda. Koda sees his charging, but can't do anything but howl at him. The howl can be described as a release of pain and a "get the hell away from me" sort of howl. But Tom does not back down. In fact, he grabs hold of the hurt appendage and leads the Canadian Behemoth like a little child to the very ring post that nearly broke his arm a second ago. It is Mr. Tyco's turn to yell, but rebelliously. He pulls back the appendage and pushes it forth back into the steel ring post elbow first! The awkward bend of the arm intensifies Koda's yell to a deafening high pitch. Donny: What's going on? I thought Tom was one of the good guys! He's trying to break Koda's arm off! Johnny: He's just doing what he has to do to take down this monster of a competitor. If I were him though, I'd go for the legs. At least he got the "Darkness" arm. Koda won't be Mandible Clawing any opponents in this match, or perhaps anytime soon, but all is part of the devious strategy Tom has planned. Rather than attack Koda's arm any further, the Man-Beast steps behind the presumed Canadian native to administer a stomp to the back of his knee! That's two appendages down. Koda falls to the kicked knee while the constant wailing continues. Meanwhile, Tom reels away from his opponent, about ten feet behind him, before running forth. He is stopped by Kalevala! The official takes careful notice of the situation, but Kalevala merely throws his body in front of Koda's own without altercation. If Tom was smart for that moment, he would've leveled Kalevala into Koda, but a split second of surprise destroys that idea. Tom winds to the side of the Disciple of Darkness, but Kalevala shields him from that side as well. Kirk begins to scowl at Kalevala, but he cares not to listen. So instead of trying to get the bodyguard to move, Kirk counts twice as fast, giving an Eight count within seconds. Mr. Tyco crawls back into the ring to await his battered opponent. Revolution, Inc. has no choice but to unshield their fiercest ally, so Kalevala and Nattie Neithard lift him to his feet and help him back into the ring. The out of bounds count deceases. While the giant foe is down to one knee and clutching his torn arm for dear life, Tom backs up as far as he can to once more try what he was going to attempt to try outside the ring before Kalevala interrupted. This time, there is no stopping this wild Man-Beast. He pushes hard against the ropes to get their fullest elastic effect, and veers off of them. His stride is strong, his idea is brilliant, but what he doesn't take into mind is that Koda is one big Mother F'er, and he can take a lot of damage. As Tom's foot sails from under him and at the Canadian Behemoth's head, Koda shifts in direction and catches the foot with his healthy hand! Tyco's eyes pop out of his in surprise as the Mountain of Madness arises from his perching poise. The higher he inches to full height, the higher Tom's leg goes until this joke of a Hardcore Legend falls over backwards! His head hits the canvas, but his lower body remains elevated by one hand of his dark opponent! Tyco begins to squirm about, but his foot seems set on being a part of Koda's ultra-firm grasp. Then, the giant walks. His pace leads him to the nearest ring post while Tom's head drags about the canvas all the way there. Then, the giant climbs. "The Pick" is hung upside down, finger tips touching the ring surface. He starts to grab a rope and pulls himself up using the strength of his abdomen to arch in place, but it is too late. Then, the giant flies. Koda does a very agile front flip tumble in the air, landing on his posterior. Under his posterior is Tom's thigh. The craziest, throatiest scream pushes from Tom's lungs as the intent of the move has come to life; his knee has been driven into the canvas with the weight of Koda to help support the altercation. The replay shows the move again. All 340 lbs of the Mountain of Madness crash atop the back of Tom's knee while it connects with canvas. It will be amazing if the Man-beast escapes this move without serious injury, especially considering the incredible wailing and fist pounding coming from his mouth and hands. Then, Koda pins. He rolls Tom over and covers. The official chants "One!" "Two!" "Thr - " Tom latches onto the rope to escape the cover. Outside, Kalevala and Nattie can be heard laughing their asses off at the miserable Tom Tyco and his efforts to defeat one of the best giants in the world. Even Koda lets out a rare millisecond chuckle before quickly becoming serious again. He knows the match is his to win. Tom gave it his best, but the Gargoyle could very well be next to incapacitated for the rest of the match. Koda staggers back to his feet while still holding his soar arm. He backs up two feet, which leads him to create a quick burst in stride and jump to free fall. His legs erect, he lands atop Tom's torn up knee to connect a devastating Leg Drop. The expression on the Man-beast's face is pain, with a hint of bright red surrounding it at every crevice. Does Koda continue to pick apart Tom's leg, knowing it's nearly destroyed? Stay tuned. |

Despite being in firm control of the match, the Mountain of Madness was not about to start going easy on his opponent. Kalevala had surely warned his cousin about Tyco's explosive nature, and the Pick's reputation as being a 'Hardcore Legend' speaks for itself; the tides could turn at any moment. Furthermore this was Koda's chance to do something his cousin failed to do last year: win the Three Hours of Power Tournament and earn a shot at the World Champion. A great man once said, 'to be the man, you have beat the man', and that's exactly what Koda intended to do. As such, the Big Man quickly proceeded to continue his assault on the currently incapacitated Tyco, paying particular attention to the Pick's injured leg. Clearly in a substantial amount of pain, it did not appear as if the Hardcore Legend was going anywhere any time soon. This tempted Koda to take a moment's rest, but a few 'words of encouragement' from Kalevala and Nattie jolted the Big Man back on track. Still nursing an injured right arm, Koda proceeded to zone in on Tyco's injured knee. Lifting up his huge boot, the Disciple of Darkness violently crushed the Hardcore Legend's knee with a vicious stomp. An agonized grunt slipped through the clenched teeth of his opponent, as Koda continued his assault with four subsequent stomps; each more painful than the last. Reaching down with his good arm, Koda snatched Tyco's injured leg, and hauled him over to the nearest corner. Placing the Pick's ankle (of his injured leg) on the middle rope, Koda proceeded to jump into the air as high as he could (holding onto the top rope) and dropped all of his weight onto the Gargoyle's knee. It appeared as though Tyco's leg was about ready to snap in half. As the Disciple of Darkness took a few steps back, resting in the nearest corner, he watched as the Pick cradled his devastated appendage. Clearing the hair from his face with a quick jerk of his head, Koda slowly clenched and unclenched his right hand, trying to regain feeling in his arm. Even though it was he who had all the momentum, Tyco had still done some significant damage. At the urging of his cousin, Koda once again pursued his downed opponent, who was now crawling across the ring in desperation. With no particular goal in mind besides distancing himself from his gargantuan opponent, Tyco had commenced a long, slow crawl across the canvas. Stalking his prey like a hungry wolf, Koda approached the injured Tyco silently, zeroing in to make the kill. Pressing the heel of his giant boot deep into the back of the Pick's injured joint, the Masked Menace attempted to grind his leg in two. Stamping his fists and kicking his free leg in order to deal with the blinding torture he was enduring, Tyco was in a bad way. Despite the unorthodox nature of the manoeuvre, the referee knelt next to Tyco and asked him if he wanted to give up. In a fit of rage the Man-Beast grabbed a hold of the referee’s collar, and emphatically rejected such a notion, before shoving him aside. Thankfully, there was a moment of relief for Tyco when Koda finally removed his foot from the back of his knee. Immediately the sharp, unbearable pain subsided, making way for the dull, throbbing aches that are oh-so-familiar to any professional wrestler. However this moment of relief was short lived, for in an instant Koda grabbed a hold of the nape of Tyco's neck and hauled him back to his feet, displaying immense strength, even with his right arm handicapped. Placing himself slightly behind Tyco, Koda tucked his head beneath his armpit and grabbed Tyco's injured leg, bending it fully. The Disciple of Darkness then took a deep breath, before lifting Tyco high into the air and then dropping his leg down onto one of his knees for a Shin Breaker! From the momentum generated from the impact, Tyco ended up hobbling a few paces before collapsing into the ropes, grunting as he could feel the cartilage in his knee start tearing. Even though he was in an incredible amount of pain, the veteran instincts of the Hardcore Legend ensured he never turned his back on his opponent. With his right arm draped over the top rope, and his left arm clutching his injured leg, Tyco glared at his massive opponent through bloodshot, tear filled eyes. Quickly building up some steam nearing the mid-point of the match, all the pieces of the puzzle were falling into place for the Masked Menace. In due time, he will have made quick work of his first opponent, and will have taken a giant leap towards his ultimate goal: the World Championship. Letting out a complacent little chuckle at the sight of a broken Tom Tyco, Koda approached to put the final nail in his opponent's coffin. The ever resilient Man-Beast wasn't about to lay down and die however, and as Koda approached, Tyco cocked back his good leg, and connected with a brutal heel thrust, almost dislocating the Big Man's right knee! Immediately Koda fell to the canvas and hollered in agony. It appeared as though some severe damage had been done. Now running on nothing but adrenaline, the shark-like Pick went into action; he smelt blood. Diving onto the downed Koda, Tyco proceeded to unleash a flurry of rights and lefts to the dazed behemoth's masked face. Attempting to pound his brains right out of his head, the Gargoyle was unrelenting in his assault. At one point the referee attempted to break up the action, but Tyco merely shrugged the official off and continued his bare-knuckled attack. Unfortunately for the frenzied Tyco, Koda's mask protected him from the full brunt of the assault, and also successful tore-up the Pick's knuckles. Regaining his bearings, the Giant (with the help of a more confident official) tossed the smaller Man-Beast off of him. Koda then quickly attempted to get up and regain his footing, but before he could reach his vertical base, Tyco swarmed him once again. Chaotically swinging his bloody fists towards the overwhelmed Behemoth, the crazed Tyco managed to work the Big Man into a near-by corner. As Tyco grabbed the middle ropes and began to repeatedly thrust his shoulder deep into Koda's gut, Kalevala and Nattie were about to lose their minds; they couldn't believe what they were seeing. Riding a wave of momentum, and encouraged by the roars of the audience, Tyco grabbed a hold of Koda's wrist, and yanked back as hard as he could, intending to whip the Big Man into the opposite corner. This was not meant to be however, as Koda reversed the whip, and sent the Man-Beast soaring across the ring. Before the Pick could reach the turnbuckles however, his injured leg gave out, and he collapsed awkwardly to the canvas. The audience gasped, and then booed as Kalevala and Nattie began laughing. Tom Tyco clutched his leg in frustration more than anything; not wanting to believe that his leg just gave out. Meanwhile Koda had wandered back over to the ropes, leaning on them for support as he coughed up a lung (that had been thrust to mush by Tyco). Shaking the cobwebs out of his head, and letting out one final throat clearing cough, Koda limped over to the once again incapacitated Tyco, and lifted him back up to his feet. From the outside of the ring, Kalevala yelled a few words of advice to his cousin. Nodding in agreement, Koda flipped Tyco around so that he was facing his back. Koda then locked Tyco in a half-nelson, and wrapped his other arm around Tyco's waist, before pulling back as quickly as he could, executing a picture perfect Half-Nelson Suplex! Under Kalevala’s tutelage, it appeared as if Koda was quickly being shaped into a lean, mean, killing machine. Although battered and bruised, the Big Man was in firm control of the match, and approached the downed Tyco for the pin. Firmly hooking his opponent’s leg, the Masked Menace had ‘Round 2’ written all over him. As the referee dropped to the canvas to make the count, Tyco showed no signs of movement. If the Pick had an ace up his sleeve, now was the time to play it. Edit: Tyco-->Pick |

Koda approached his prey while licking his lips and tightening his leather glove on his left wrist in anticipation. This pin over Tyco would be the sweetest one of all because it would not only mean that his chances of winning the Three Hours of Powers would be further than stellar, but also, it would mean that a certain degree of revenge has been served for the loss of Kalevala last year's Three Hours of Power. Both men did lose last year, but each man has to believe that there is blame to be passed at each other for the finale. To further solidify this revenge, Koda's plan is to embarrass Tom in the easiest way possible; he sets his foot atop the Man-Beast's chest for an effortless pin attempt. Kirk dives to the canvas with his hand tapping it once. Twice. Almost a third time, but the quit never dies in Tom. His shoulder shoots toward the rafters. Koda happens to be standing already, so he stamps his leather boot squarely in the chest at about the mid sternum region. The connection causes Tyco to jolt his upper body as though being resuscitated. Even Kalevala and Nattie can get bored with watching the same man die time and time again, so they shout to Koda "JUST FINISH HIM ALREADY!" in nearly perfect unison. The Mountain of Madness shrinks to a Hill of Madness while reaching down to click his hand around "The Pick's" throat, except his stature does not decline from there. His body rolls forth and into a ball that Mr. Tyco has tightly compacted for a Roll-up Pin! Kirk sees the canvas again and quickly counts to the beat of his hand! One! Two! Thr- the behemoth breaks the hold with a desperate full body writhe. Just as he is rolling away to recapture his composure, Tom finds relief by sliding through the bottom rope and apron to get to the outer ring area. He lands on his side, but the safety of remaining a contender in this match remains intact for now. Once the Canadian Behemoth rallies to his feet, his natural instinct is to charge at the referee's face. Fortunately for the official, Koda is distracted over the thought of wondering where the hell Tom Tyco went. To further his own strategy, Tom sluggishly pulls himself under the ring apron to hide from his towering nemesis! The frustration of Koda exposes itself through an array of massive stomps into the canvas, followed by a vigorous shaking of the ropes with his clinched fists. Kirk isn't even sure which direction the stealthy Man-Beast soared off to, so his stands at the middle of the ring and chants "ONE!" as loud as he possibly can. Luckily, Kalevala did see where Tom crawled off to and is already pointing a the location for Koda to focus his efforts toward. The masked giant decides rather than to wait for Tom to reemerge from Kirk's voiceful count, he will chase the limping adversary down and finish him perhaps via count-out. The win would be so much more simpler that way. Koda exits the ring over the top rope. He jumps to the mats surrounding the ring and heads to the end of Kalevala's finger. The official chants "ONE!" all over again, pointing to Koda. Johnny: Looks like there is nowhere for Tom to hide now! He's backed himself up into a corner! Donny: And to think, this COWARD is considered one of PWA's greatest Hardcore fighters. He should be ashamed to even show his face here after this match - win or lose! A sadistic grin. That's the only way Koda's face can be expressed as he reaches the area of his hidden foe. There is no happiness, no sorrow - just a meaningful sadistic grin. From the background, Kalevala shouts "LIFT THE APRON!" once Koda arrives on spot. Slowly, Koda's leather-clad hand reaches to the fabric with the PWA logo on it and tugs with a quick jerk. The closest camera pans in to find the the Man-beast is nowhere to be seen! Kirk shouts "FOUR!" A lack of understanding brings the Disciple of Darkness to look back at his cousin while shrugging his shoulders. The question is, should he crawl under looking for Tom, or wait for Kirk to end his count at a hopeful ten? Unwillingly, the masked giant performs the first of two actions in mind. He falls to his hands and knees and slithers under the ring. Suddenly, his posture becomes flat. His chest and torso collapse to the mat while his limbs flail out straight and erect his body. No one is sure what has happened, but many can assume Tom has a lot to do with this. Then, out of the next side of the ring apron comes the Hardcore Legend with his own grin pierced upon his lips! A light reflects off his right hand - a shiny reflection. The rafter and camera lights capture a set of brass knuckles housed upon his hand! When he pulls himself completely out from under the ring, Tom collapses to his face while pulling off the knuckles and tossing them to the side. Only the fans know exactly where Mr. Tyco is, seeing he is out of everyone else's peripheral vision. Those same fans are reluctant to cheer - some even boo at the underhanded attack administered by this beloved character. But Tom cares not, obviously. It's all about the victory, and making it back to the finals to finish what he started a year ago. Through all the time lapse, Kirk has counted to Seven. Koda had finally gained enough sense to rest upon his elbows while laying straight out on his front side while his entire head remains masked by the apron. Kalevala and Nattie are once again there to help him up. They each pull at an arm and help him to a knee. Koda pushes his hand across his exposed chin to indicted his point of connection presumably with the brass knuckles. A quick shake of his head gives him enough life to be brought back up to the heels of his boots. The official counts "EIGHT!" Without any more stall, the Canadian Behemoth is the first to enter the ring by Kalevala's push of his posterior. Meanwhile, Tom Tyco sits on one knee with his right arm draped over the edge of the ring while gathering as much strength as possible for the rest of the match and also giving his knee a well deserved rest before deciding to apply pressure to it again. A shouted "NINE" gives the Wisconsin native enough motivation to scramble back into the ring. Both men lay on the canvas now, almost unable to move. The slightest trickle of blood begins to drip from Koda's chin at the middle most point. The smell of his own blood causes him to perk his head up to view where his opponent may be and focus on his progress. Tom looks miserable. His torn knee sits upon his chest, wrapped up by his comforting arms. Regardless of how he looks, "The Pick" is in much better shape to compete than Kalevala whom had his brains rattled. Tom lets go of his knee with a final sigh and slowly crawls over to the downed Koda. His face gains determination as does his voice through a comforting groan. The staggering gargoyle arrives to where Koda lays. He does not need his leg now; all he needs are his arms if necessary. Rolling Koda into him vertebrate first, Tom hooks his arms under the behemoth's arm pits to lock a Full Nelson - but he is not done. Tom wraps his legs around Koda's waist in a Grapevine hold-like maneuver. His eyes intensify as he pulls all of his own limbs tight together with all of hell at his backside - the No. 1 Special is being executed. Koda screams, unable to move anything but his legs as he faces the heavens above. Can the giant escape, or will Tom Tyco be the next inductee into round 2 of 2008's Three Hours of Power Tournament? Stay tuned. Out of RP: That's all I got time for, bro. Good luck. Good match. |

With the No.1 Special locked in, it was only a matter of time before the Big Man submitted; things weren't looking good for Koda! Revolution Inc. had to act fast. Quickly, Kalevala took to the ring rope and immediately started to distract the referee by attempting to get into the ring. Being the good official that he is, the ref went over to stop Kalevala from entering the ring. This gave their enforcer, Nattie, an opportunity to strike. Quickly sliding into the ring, Nattie snuck over to where Tyco and Koda was, and quickly drove her brass-knuckle wielding fist firmly into Tyco's skull. By the time she slid out of the ring and disposed of the evidence, Tyco was out like a light. Shrugging himself out of the Pick's submission, Koda simply turned over and made the pin. At that moment Kalevala dropped his conflict with the official. The ref turned around, and made the three count! Johnny: Why those dishonourable hooligans! I can't believe they just pulled that off! They stole that, stole that! Ring announcer: The Winner of this match and advancing to Round 2 of the THOP tournament....KOOOODA! Kalevala and Nattie stormed the ring and celebrated with Koda to a chorus of boos from the extremely displeased audience. |
