Tonight’s atypical main event will showcase the top two champions in the Pojo Wrestling Alliance, in a one on one, mano a mano contest. To think that just a few weeks ago a chair shot heard ‘round the world’ assisted Tommy Dragon in finally captivating the accolade that has secluded him for the last four years, the PWA World Championship. Now, the overconfident World Champion will face off against the man who lent the assist, the determined Intercontinental Champion, Serial. The Incredible Incognito will be the Throat Slitter’s first true test as a World Champion, as he will attempt to defeat a man who has unbeatable as of late. Ever since winning the Intercontinental Championship, no man has been able to conquer the luchadore in singles competition. A victory tonight for the World title holder would surely boost his ego as he enters Three Hours of Power to defend his championship against the fan favorite, The “Hood Hero,” Kendo. On the other hand, if the Intercontinental Champion were able to overcome this tedious task set in front of him, he would prove his worth to the PWA Administration and be a potential challenger for Dragon’s title in the near future. The two title holders glare into each other’s eyes as both are deeply focused on the task at hand, and ready to do battle in front of the intense sold-out crowd here in the Petersen Event Center, as Insanity is live from Pittsburgh.

DING DING DING!

All of the fans settle down to their somewhat comfortable seats, eating their overpriced snacks and drinking their sugar filled cola, knowing full well every penny they provided in tickets or concessions will be well worth the investment as the two champions commence their bout. Although the two may not be enemies or have any ill will towards the other, the two competitors have something to prove and a victory tonight would help that cause. The Revolutionaries circle the ring and jock for position with physical contact first initiating via a solid grapple in the center of the ring. To the unaided eye the obvious size and strength advantage would lean towards the World Champion, but somehow Serial has the upper hand in the tie-up. The advantage does not last for long though, as The Patron Saint breaks away from the bind with a kick to the cruiserweight’s midsection. The Revoluchador bends forward due to the force behind Dragon’s boot, and is quickly sent crashing down to the mat from a proceeding European Uppercut. The Incredible Incognito rolls away and to a kneeling position; checking on the condition of his jaw while getting to a standing position. A smirk is seen across the face of Tommy, seemingly proud of his offensive combination. The Masked Marvel rushes the arrogant champion and the two try once again try for a tie-up, but the King of the Crosshairs has ulterior motives as he shoots down for a takedown. It is to no avail as the New Revelation is able to block the martial arts maneuver causing the Zodiac’s Apotheosis to hit the canvas just front of Tommy's feet, his bid for offense being swiftly denied. Serial does however get a set of paint brushes to the back of his head for his efforts. The chorus of boos ignite as the ego of the Personal Jesus grows with every moment that passes in this match. Meanwhile, a look of confusion is seen through the covered face of the agile Campeon. Tonight in the biggest match of his career, he is not able to find any sort of rhythm or get any type of offense going. With the many light gestures that the World Champion has used so far, one must genuinely consider whether the Psycho Killer is even taking his opposition seriously. The Protested Hero once again attempts to dish some sort of damage to his Revolution Incorporated counterpart, this time with a flurry of stiff kicks to the legs of his slightly taller opposition. The Paradigm of Professional Wrestling grimaces in pain but quickly retaliates with a furious forearm shot to the fiber covered face of his opposition sending the Intercontinental Champion back towards the parallel side of the ring. Without a moment to spare, the Technical Spectacle boosts himself into the ropes using the built momentum to his benefit as he smashes his bulging arm into the skull of the Killa’. The anatomy of the Intercontinental Champion soars high into the air, and due to the amount of force, completes an entire rotation while in freefall before crashing face first onto the canvas. The heartless title holder taunts to the crowd as his comrade turned opponent lays lifeless on the mat. The Stunning Submissionist lifts the carcass that is his opposition off of the mat and lets out a chuckle before kneeing the ribs of the Masked Marvel. While bent forward like a straw, the New Yorker clinches onto the head of his current foe placing him in a three quarters face lock before dropping down to the mat; smashing Serial’s cranium in the process. The jeers of the crowd grow to an earsplitting volume as they are obviously disgusted with the World Champion’s actions. Ever since winning his first World Championship at Massacre, Dragon has become an even more arrogant prick, and using another man’s finisher is just more fuel to the fire for the audience. After successfully connecting the K2Kutter, Kendo’s signature move, the self proclaimed “Saint” covers his Revolution Inc. comrade, the same man who helped him win his championship. The ref quickly settles down to the canvas and begins what should be academic… a three count.

Johnny: That is despicable! Why is Tommy Dragon obliterating his “partner” in such a brutal manner? Yes, he may outclass Serial, but to go this far?!? He’s taking out all of his frustrations that Commissoner Smalls and Kendo have caused, on Serial, Revolution Incorporated newest signee.

Donny: You DAMN RIGHT Tommy is on another level! Someone is finally gonna end Serial’s hot streak! Who better than our champion? That damn monkey better be taking notes for Three Hours of Power!!!

Johnny:…

The crowd is dead silent as the count initates…

ONE!

TWO!

SHOULDER UP!!!

The sold out audience is in complete harmony as the heart of the Intercontinental Champion is shown once again, but one must wonder if it is in fact too late for Serial to make any sort of comeback?!? How much further will Tommy Dragon go to prove that he is the best in the business? Can the other champion find a way to live up to his moniker… the Upset Special? Will Anthony Pelizzoli ever comeback to wrestling? All of the preceding questions may in fact be answered but not before Insanity cuts to a commercial break.

OOC: Good Luck in the polls TD. Go Rockets!

Following the commercial break, PWA cameras return at ringside to capture the action still talking place. While little in terms of momentum seems to have changed over the last few minutes, Serial appears to have crawled into a nearby turnbuckle corner with his adversary no less closer than he was before. Tommy Dragon seems intent on torturing his cohort; thrusting his leather-clad toe into his foe and watching as each of the blows forces the skull of their target to twist about in an unnatural spasm. In the span of only a few seconds the self-proclaimed Patron Saint has unleashed at least a dozen shots, something not expected from the once slow-paced submissionist. Of course, that was a man without a World Championship, without the honor that comes with that title and without this desperate mean streak.. Oddly it is the receiver of this attack that first appreciates any new strategy of his foe, who finally puts a halt to the onslaught once he feels his victim is no longer responding. As soon as the physical conflict stops, the battered cruiserweight drops to both knees in hopes of collecting himself. Tommy takes some time to measure his prey, quickly deciding that another sudden attack would be sufficient in keeping himself in control of the match. With some added momentum from the ropes, the New Revelation charges towards a still recovering “partner” before driving a running knee into the athlete’s chest. Watching the smaller competitor writhe in pain gives the champion an inhuman pleasure; the ecstasy from torturing a friend and fellow champion is beyond any orgasmic experience the technical wizard has experienced. Especially since the testicular cancer, it zaps the lift right out of you. Seeing a need to continue this intoxicating bit of ecstasy, the New Yorker backs away from the corner in order to survey the carcass before him. Instead of using his legs the catch-as-catch-can extraordinaire opts out for a far more accurate -and satisfying - forearm smash to his foe's defenseless crown in order to pursue an already open window of opporunity. The brutality is enough to open yet even more hearts to the agonized warrior, spectators even giving Serial some moral support unheard of for any Revolution Inc. associate. Unfortunately for the masked athlete, these cheers do nothing but incite more rage from the Technical Spectacle.

Johnny: Tommy Dragon is not letting up here, even when it’s one of his own comrades.

Donny: Well Johnny, he’s got to be the one to teach Serial a lesson. I’m sure it’s hurting Tommy as much as it’s hurting the Intercontinental Champion.

It’s almost as if Tommy Dragon wants to make a statement on just how truly evil he is, not giving anyone time to question his humanity as he peels a still aching Intercontinental Champion from the canvas by his wounded limb. Before he can fully stand the young athlete has his own limb push him down at an astonishing rate, a sign that he had just fallen victim to a trademark of our World Champion. The resulting arm-trap neck breaker is an ill omen for any person receiving it, that maneuver having been the set-up for some of the most infamous tools in Tommy’s ever-growing arsenal. As the combined mass falls down on the canvas once again, the attacker maintains his hold on the limb and begins to position himself for his first submission hold in what seems like a year. Despite his best efforts, the victim is placed with his stomach down to the ring while his arm is pulled towards his own throat. In one thrust everything comes together for PWA’s Personal Jesus, finally able to lock his hand over the bended concoction made up of his victim’s arms. The resulting hold is known as more formally known as the cut-throat crossface, but commentators and fans alike have come to term this hold not safe for wrestling; NSFW for you internet wrestling aficionados. With the champion’s trump card firmly applied, it seems all is lost for Serial. He grits his teeth in pain, an arm extended as if ready to slap the canvas for mercy. Surely he would tap in order to extend his career, is this victory so worth it that he would prolong his suffering? It seems so, as the luchador extends his hand out in a pathetic attempt at freedom. Tommy rears himself back, a certain sense aware that his captive will in fact reach those ropes if he lets himself up. It may very well exhaust the Intercontinental Champion’s remaining but the young man pushes forward to grasp the rope. Now the official steps in, counting away for the disqualification should Tommy Dragon not release his hold. Although the technician grants his victim’s freedom, he is sure to utilize every second given to him before the referee’s “five”. Can Serial prove he’s capable of an upset like so many times before is will this be a short, sweet little match for the wrestling masterpiece?

(OORP: There goes my undefeated streak. Good luck in voting.)

Tommy pulls his prey off the canvas, hoisting the defenseless champion onto his shoulders in anticipation for his newest finishing maneuver. While the patron saint drops down his opponent doesn't, Serial having grabbed the nearby ropes before pulling himself out onto the apron. Tommy rushes the opponent, but a quick elbow to the jaw is enough to send him away. With the crowd behind him, the masked warrior springboards himself across the ring before scoring with a spinning heel kick to the back of the skull. Tommy lands on the canvas, Serial covering him with the fans behind him.

The World Champion rolls his shoulder off the canvas, saving himself the match. As Serial begins to climb away, Tommy delivers a low blow that remains unseen by the official. Serial collapses, giving Tommy Dragon an opening for victory. Outside a ruckus from the crowd is followed by a surprise entrance from Kendo, who slides into the ring in order to avenge his earlier loss. But to the surprise of everyone, the number one contender doesn't attack. It is Tommy who starts the confrontation, delivering a surprise lariat to his challenger as Serial recovers. The World Champion turns around all is said and done following the Protested Hero's Welcome.

"Earth People" hits, marking the first time all year that the World Champion had been pinned. Serial watches as Kendo begins delivering shots to his "partner", coming to the side of the man he just defeated. Revolution Inc. members soon appear, Hellfire and Koda rushing into help in the beatdown of Kendo. But it is not just Kendo they're after as a big boot slams into the Intercontinental Champion's chest. Soon it's a three-on-two beatdown, boos echoing throughout the arena until another champion - the Commonwealth Champion - makes his presence known. With the numbers even, the faces are able to dispatch their opponents with clotheslines over the ropes. Revolution Inc. gathers on the outside, Serial once again an outside man - but this time he has friends at his side. There's a lot of gold on the screen right now, will Kendo be able to get some of it? Will Koda? Will Serial? Only time will tell as we move on to Three Hours of Power.
