Yes! See every episode you can! It's only the best show ever! (Well, it's my personal favorite, anyway.
)
Aw, poor Loonie! Luckily they're not doing that too much over here. like, I think I only saw the commercial for it once today.
But, I know what you mean. Sometimes you just see ads for something so often it's like, "Enough already!" and then you don't want to watch it.
Haha, yeah, it was pretty bad how she balanced on the rope, but she's Xena, she can do it. Really, each time I see that I think, "That is so unrealistic," but then I remind myself what show I'm watching, where a woman can jump straight up into the air about 40 feet, and I get over it. I dunno, I thought the ending was fairly predictable, that God really came and told him not to kill his son. Yeah, the first time I saw the episode that was what I was expecting to happen, so I wasn't disappointed. I can't believe you still haven't seen the ending. Poor Steven.
Maybe Pierce's Bond died, and the guy taking his place just happens to also be named James Bond, and since he's taking the old one's place that's why he's the same number, 007. But, it's a different guy, cuz he's some blonde loser. <_< Ooh, Bond being tortured?!?! Excellent.
Fo shizzle! Holla!
Aw, but I watched The Magnificent Ambersons last week, which was Orson's next film after Citizen Kane, and it wasn't very good. Pretty boring, really.

Dizzy, you could just watch Xena on TV if you have Bravo, it's on almost every day and today's episode is the first one with Callisto and Joxer, that's got to be the one I've seen the most, love that end battle on the ladders.
I'll see the ending soon, all episodes are being shown in order and pretty quickly too, I'll see it within the next few months which is better than nothing, since I've never seen any season boxsets here to see it that way. Xena does do some pretty crazy jump kicks at times, spinning around in the air to knock out a load of guys, but she's a warrior princess, so she can do those sorts of things. I don't know what I was expecting, but Xena was doing that slow motion run and not getting any closer, it was like Lancelot in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, which made me laugh, but I did want to see some sort of fight, or some sort of weapon throw to knock his dagger away, something like that.
It's still the same James, just a different version of the character, which is weird but I guess the series ended with the last one, that had so many references to the other films it did seem like the end, maybe that makes it a little better, although still confusing because it'll be the same theme and characters. ::blink: Yes, I heard about him being tortured years ago with it being part of the book, never actually got to read it but I may have it somewhere, I think I do hidden away, but it's in the movie, how much gets seen I don't know since he gets stripped and has his balls beaten but we'll see, that's just not the sort of thing you get in movies kids can watch. ![]()
I might watch it one day, but you have to agree that Orson Welles as a giant planet destroying robot sounds like a better role, Unicron was the basis for the Transformers parody in Spaceballs, that's who they were copying, see, Transformers the movie is a big part of pop culture so you really need to see that, it's more important than seeing Citizen Kane anyway.

That is sad, it's not the best channel in the world, but it's the only one which gets Xena now, and Robot Chicken, and next month Blade the series is supposed to be starting on it.
I saw Xena this morning, but for some reason they're putting edited versions of Sealab on before it, which I don't mind too much, I like that show, even if they do bleep out some of the language in the morning version. "Why! Why does all the crap we consume have to be tested on animals first? A rabbit doesn't need lipstick! A rabbit doesn't use hair spray! A monkey doesn't need pills to get pepped up for hot monkey sex!"

I can see ones about God and Jesus there.
Dirty Dancing, I've seen that years ago, it was ok, but you seem to be going through Patrick Swayze's back catalogue, first Ghost and then Dirty Dancing, the best one with him was Point Break, where Keanu Reeves goes undercover as a surfer to track down a group of bankrobbers, classic movie.

No Point Break?
Trailer! It's ok, he's been in some cool films over the years, Donnie Darko was the last one I saw him in, although a lot of people don't seem to like that one, it was weird, but fun too in it's own twisted way.

Dizzy, no offense, because I come across this with even my best friends, but Citizen Kane is a little hard to get unless you are a big cinema geek like me! But still watch it!

No Donnie Darko either? oh well, it is good, although most of the explaination for what was happening seems to be at the official site for it, it kind of makes sense but I'm not sure how much it counts since none of that was in the movie.
I'll watch Citizen Kane when it's on TV, no other choice really, I'm not rushing to see it anyway. |

Aw, poor Dizzy! That'd take a long time to watch. Well, if you do rent them I hope you enjoy them!
That episode is cool. I love it when Joxer's trying to attack Gabrielle. When he pulls out that freakishly small dagger I always crack up. That ladder fight was cool, too. I love it how Callisto's so disappointed when Xena doesn't let her fall to her death, lol. Well, at least you'll be able to see the end soon. It's weird, when I first saw it I was really disappointed that that was how they chose to end it, but now I rather like it. It seems an appropriate ending to the show. Yeah, Xena did throw her chakram at the end there, but since God stopped the guy from killing his son she missed, so nothing much happened. What was weird to me in that episode was how Karl's character let himself fall, and he was saying God would save him, and I'm just like, "You really think God's on your side in all this?" Meh, just made his character seem stupid to me, and I hate it when the bad guy's too stupid, unless they're freakishly stupid, like in Spaceballs or something. At least his character died, so that was cool.
Haha, I've never read any of the Bond books. Meh, I'm too lazy. They're more famous as movies, anyway. Haha, no, that doesn't sound like something they'd put in a PG-13 movie (that's what all the recent Bond's have been rated here in the US), but I think it sounds funny. I wanna have it happen! Maybe it'd finally curtail all his skirt chasing.
Right now for me they're all about PSP.

I love dirty dancing! it was on channel 5 the other week but that channel is anti scottish and you don't always get it, I couldn't that day
Sod the fact that Patrick Swayze is in Point break it's got a wet KEKE! (keanu) anything were he is wet is worth a watch! I really liked Donnie Darko, but it's something you have to watch or it will all go straight over your head. |
