I saw a bit of some of Blues Brothers yesterday!! I saw the bit with the line that goes something like: It's dark, We're in a cool car and we're in shades. Let's do it. And then they crash through that shopping centre! 'Twas good!! |

But keep it away from direct sunlight, it will bleach the colours over time, but you probably already know that. |

It's true, poor guy. I guess it's because Meg liked him, and she ran the brothel. He was pretty lucky to find Meg, she put up with his Gabrielle obsession and loved him anyway. Plus, she looked like Xena... he did pretty well for himself.
Yeah, it really doesn't make sense sometimes, the good guy will be fighting one guy, and you can see other bad guys in the background just pointlessly twirling their weapons around, but they don't attack. No wonder good wins so often. It's really the opposite of the Spaceballs quote that's true: good will always triumph because evil is dumb.
The pic is awesome. Aw, you're too sweet to watch after your niece. What a good uncle you are.
Yay Dizzy! Yes, watch the whole thing. It's just such an awesome movie.
Aw, you two are so sweet and halpful. For some reason it reminds me of when I saw the constitution in real life. It was in this special temperature- and light-controlled box with super thick glass over it to keep it safe. Really cool to see, though, even with everything still between me and it.

I know, I got all my rarer ones out of the light, I have them in a box full of comics, random issues and all my ones in protective wrapping and at the top I have newer issues so the light doesn't hit the ones I don't want light to hit, which is weird, but that's just me.
How many Xena lookalikes are there? there was that princess Xena switched with for a while, and then there's the slightly crazy one who I guess was Meg, I just forgot her name, she does get around but within her travels that's two people who look like her, she should have dropped the warrior act and started a career as a singer or something, like the Five Peters, only Three Xenas instead, and that would have been awesome. ![]()
It happens in so many movies, one of the worst for it is the first Blade film, there's guys hiding and watching the fights just waiting for their turn to jump in and get beaten, same thing with the ending of The One, films should do the one against many thing better, Matrix Reloaded did it ok, and Kill Bill, but most fail.
I thought you'd like, maybe when the movie comes out someone can make an animated version of the picture so we get to see the beating. I'm always having to look after my niece, but it's ok, we were watching old Transformers last time, those cartoons rock.
I just know about that from National Treasure, but it does seem well protected, made a good shield against gun fire for sure.

Tee hee, there are three Xena look alikes. There's Diana, the princess; Meg, the tramp; and Lea (which I'm probably not spelling correctly), the priestess. It really is amazing how many people were identical in that series. I mean, Gabrielle was identical to Hope, Joxer was identical to his two brothers, Jace and Jett. Yeah, they used that storytelling device to death on that show.
Ah, animated violence. So fun. Makes it seem less real, though, at least for me, and I'm kind of excited to see Bond tortured kind of realistically.Muahahahaha! Ooh, Steven, I your new sig pic!!! That movie rocks the hizouse! Ooh, I Aliens so much!
Poor thing, and it'll only get worse with time.

Spam? I always get confused by that word now since it has too many meanings, do you mean short replies which don't really add anything, or off-topicness? because our topic is the topic of all topics which makes that hard to watch out for.
That is a lot of doubles, Xena's not a common name, but obviously her appearance is a bit common, poor Xena, she's not so unique with all those lookalikes running around pretending to be her. Gabrielle and Joxer had doubles too? that's craziness, was any of the Joxer doubles really good fighters, or were they all bumbling comic relief characters? ![]()
All someone needs is a few pictures of the torture and it'd be enough to make an animation, no substitute for live action and screaming sounds, but it'd do. ![]() I'm glad people like my signature, I said I was going to change it at Halloween, the Army of Darkness one was cool but the Alien Queen stomps all over that, kind of literally in Alien Vs Predator, that was a mad thing, but I still got some more signature pictures to come, all loaded and ready to use, I just like using random movie moments.

There's plenty of movies to watch before Citizen Kane, Transformers and Tenacious D, since they said their movie is better and I can't argue with the Gods of Rock. ![]() You're not the only one who's confused, it happens so often, we have what I'd call spam and off-topic both seemingly gathered into one category, the two are separate and sure both are bad in places there does need to be two separate names for them to make things easier to understand, and most of us did come from IMDb, which wasn't really known for its on-topicness, anyway, I'd just like off-topicness and spam as two different things, one group for both makes it hard to know what's going on, not to tell people how to do their jobs or anything, just sometimes I think of things which can help make their jobs easier.

It seems like a slow film, you have to be in the right sort of mood to be able to sit through something like that, there's nothing wrong with skipping it and watching a load of faster paced and funner films instead. I'm still wondering what the spam was, to put this as a metaphore, it's like sending a message telling Jack to not do something, when there's about 50 Jacks in the building, sometimes things need addressing more specifically, because to me spam is a reply made entirely of
Or something equally short and not really adding anything, someone says to not spam and I guess most would think of it like that, so if by spam is meant off-topic then it'll continue, because they won't think it applies to them, I sound like I'm applying for office or something, but I do see the people in charge saying about spam problems and I think part of the problem is the confusion over what exactly spam is. ![]() Explosive Calm for President |
