I haven't got any POTC art up yet (but I intend to). I just got a new scanner and so I'm finally able to upload my art. This is all I have uploaded so far... so enjoy it! ![]() Sally Bowles from Cabaret ![]() a rough sketch of the Emcee (also from Cabaret) ![]() Still life, a la Lichenstein. ![]() "STOP EATING MY COOKIES!" - a rough idea of the Phantom and Sweeney Todd being roommates. |

Thise are really cool, Gen. The top two are very Burton-esque. Well done.

Aye! I'm glad you caught that! (for I deliberately drew them that way). I've always wondered what it would be like if Tim Burton did Cabaret...and that's where I got my inspiration from. Annnnnnnnnnnnnd.... HERE'S JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNYYYYYY!!! ![]() This one's been sitting in my sketchbook for a long, long while. |

Yeah, those first two remind me of Corpse Bride more than anything. The other ones are pretty good. I used to be really good at drawing, I kind of stopped... gotta start again... |

Most recent;![]() It's Alan Cumming from Cabaret. I experimented with shading, and I think it came out all right. |

These are really good. I definitely picked up on the Tim Burton-esque first two pics. The Johnny and Alan Cumming drawings are amazing.
I'm excited to see more.

Those last two are really really good. I like that first one (not sure who it is, but it looks kind of like Alan Cumming like you drew before... sorry if its not, don't know what Cabaret is) but in any case its really good. The eyes and the outfit are perfect. I really need to start sketching more, other than when I'm bored in class. I'll post some on here eventually. |

Thank you for the comments!
And yeah, it's Alan Cumming. I had originally found one where he was full clothed (wearing a jacket) but it was too small. So after sifting through five or so fansites, I came across this one. And my instructer was perfectly okay with me using it... which rocked, because I wasn't sure if I could fit my love of Cabaret into the class. |

Those are really cool, TSP. Your self-portrait is really pretty. Of course, how could it not be when it had such a beautiful model to work with.
