Most supermarkets have gluten-free sections.

Usually, the bread is made from snozzwangers, the cakes hornswogglers and everything else rotten, vermicious knids, which you won't notice with tomato ketchup.
Haha! Yeah I was surprised by the wide selection in Tesco actually. Looking forward to checking out sainsbury's.

Gluten free bread is well mank tho.

Don't patronise me. I've been in pain for a while now and I'm willing to give anything a go. Excuse me if I take the advice of a GI consultant surgeon over you.

Odd response.

The gluten-free bread today is a big improvement on even a couple of years ago. I tried a slice of GF bread when my mother was first diagnosed and it was like eating foam. The bread felll to bits and was utterly tasteless.
Today the bread is better and has rather a nice flavour, but GF bread is expensive, it can cost £2.00 for a small loaf.

That was just your interpretation. I do think that the gluten-free hoax is one of the biggest scams in the past ten years or so though.

Yeah, diets are hard to stick to. Belive it or not I was considering going to try the 'Human Carnivore' diet. No joke- there are people who say its great but after I read everything I could I don't think I could follow it for a long time. A gluten-free diet would be better, I imagine.

If being right makes me 'superior' then so be it. :dragon:
