My yearly student loan deferral forms arrived today. Blu did you know that if you earn less than £2318 gross in a month you can get your repayment deferred?
The jobs around here only pay £680 a month gross so I have no chance of ever making any repayments. By-the-way £680.00 is only 29.3% of £2318, that is less than 1/3 of the salary a graduate should be making according to the government.

I wonder what 172 makes of those figures? £2318 per month in theory; £680 p/m in reality!

I was looking through Bens paychecks yesterday (had to send away the annual tax thingy so I needed the end of year summary thingy - check me with my great terminology) and looking back at the ones from when we first moved in I couldn't think how on earth we managed to pay for everything. Then I remembered we barely ate. lol

The masters™ don't seem to realise that if you pay subsistence wages then the economy is going to be flat and we might even experience stagflation. The masters™ are constantly and consistently driving down wages and salaries and then they wonder why people aren't buying anything? They are determined to cut their own throat because of their devotion to a false economic theory.

Japan experienced a flat economy for years, they still may be experiencing it. They kept reducing prices and still people didn't buy goods in sufficient numbers. This is dangerous because employers having to constantly reduce prices are forced to trim costs to the bone to maintain sales and profitability, and one of the ways they do this is by cutting wages/salaries. However, people seeing their income reduced tightened their belts even more; this is a vicious circle.

I got a letter last year from the Student Loans Company stating that I would have to pay either £16.00 per week or was it per month if I earned the £2318?

I created that £16,000 sum when I signed that loan agreement form. My signature turned that form into a promissory note that turned out to be worth £16,000+ in the end. The SLC bundled up all those loan agreement forms(in reality promissory notes) and securitised them and sold 'slices' to investors.
I created that money and they want me to pay twice plus interest?! Should the SLC demand payment I'll simply ask them them to do the following:

(1) Swear on penalty of perjury and upon their full commercial liability that they have or will sustain a loss.

(2) All Student loans are invalid because of a lack of full disclosure. At no time did the SLC inform students that their signature on the loan agreement form created a promissory note for the eventaul loan amount. This is deception on its own, however.

(3) At no time did the SLC state that it was going to sell the your debt bundled up with other debts. They have sold the debt yet they still demand repayment from you!

(4) As I created the money in the first place with my commercial energy - my signature which is a very valuable thing, did you know that? I should have been paid a commission on the deal and NOT be asked to pay back any money plus interest.

(5) If you are not clear on this imagine if you borrowed say £10,000 from 172 and he asked for security on the loan. You offer him security in the form say of shares worth £10,000 or a rare gold watch. In time you pay 172 his £10,000 plus say £2,000 in interest BUT 172 doesn't return your share portfolio or your rare gold watch.

(6) The SLC bundled your loan up with others to a valuable of £100,000 and sold this to investors for £70,000. Now don't think that they have made a loss of £30,000 on the deal they haven't they've made so far a profit of £70,000. How? Well the money typed into your account was what is called 'Bank money' that is money that doesn't exist outside of computers. Did you know that less than 3% of M3 is in notes and coins? They rest exists solely in bytes on a computer screen. In other words this money they lent you was conjured out of thin air! They have never made a loss on their investment as they never risked anything, that is why I would ask them they to prove under oath that they have sustained a loss if I don't repay my 'loan.' As they have made a profit they dare not swear under penalty of Perjury(they will go to prison if they do) nor can they swear under their full commercial liability as they would be ruined if what they swore to was shown to be false and they knew it.
So, they sell your loan and make money that they never risked in the first place. Then they ask you to repay the debt with interest. That is getting paid more than twice over without risking anything on their part.

People you need to wake up and understand the predatory world that we are living in. You need to understand the law and know that the legal definition of words differs greatly from the common understanding of words.

Here is a sample:

§
§
§
§
§
§
Application: To beg, plead petition, implore, entreat or request
Submission: To leave to another’s discretion, to bend to the will
of another.
Must: This word is legally synonymous with ‘may’. The word must
has two senses; the imperative and the directive. An imperative
creates an obligation on your part. A directive describes conditions
that have to be fulfilled. ‘You must breath to live.’ ‘You must come
to my party through the front door.’ The first is an imperative, the
second a directive.
Statute: A Legislated rule of society that has the force of Law.
Society: A number of people joined by mutual consent to
deliberate, determine and act for a common goal.
Consent: See secret #4
Person: (According to Black’s Law Dictionary) “a human being is
not a person because he is a human being, but rather because
rights and duties have been ascribed to him. The person is the
legal subject or substance of which rights and duties are attributes."

AND

" Silence is Consent
Consent: An agreement to something proposed and differs from assent.
Consent supposes, 1. a physical power to act; 2. a moral power of acting;
3. a serious and determined and free use of those powers.
Consent is either express or implied. Express when it is given viva
voce, or in writing; implied, when it is manifested by signs, actions or
facts, or inaction or silence, which raise the presumption that the consent
has been given.
Let’s suppose that someone comes up to you and says, “I am
your government, pay me taxes.” And you then pay, have you not accepted
their claim that they are your government? If a demand is made, it rests
upon a claim. Meeting the demand means you have accepted the claim.
The word ‘accept’ implies ability to ‘reject’. When you reject their claim the
demand has no foundation. At that point the claim has to be either
abandoned or defended. Defending a claim means that they, as human
beings, have to use words.
Every time someone is elected, they send out a package and they
tell everyone in their riding, that they are the new representative. They do
this for a reason. Unless you respond saying “Um, Sorry, no you are not.”
then they become your representative and thus your government.
Consent is not the same as assent. It doesn’t require a positive
affirmation from you. It is just as easily achieved through your silence as
it is through your words."
