It had been a good few weeks since the death of Andy's sister and despite how he initially gained some semblance of purpose, the young golden eyed boy was back down in the dumps. The reason why Andy had lost his drive was due to a few different contributing factors, the first of which of course being explaining what had happened to his sister but the problem was, Andy had been forced to lie and simply say his sister had gotten lost, which of course meant the police get involved and by extent Andy's will to keep this horrible lie up was starting to be truly tested but for now, he was mostly dealing. The second factor contributing to Andy's depression was his own persona and while it wasn't causing any problems directly, the lack of knowledge and information on a persona was making things difficult and it was these two factors, along with normal stress of his life, that was the cause of Andy's depression. However, while normally Andy struggled to concentrate on his work a rather strange thing had been happening, he had been working harder and doing much better at his studies. Anyway, currently Andy was just walking through the hallways alone with a blank expression on his face before he returned to where he first met Alica, not out of any reason related to the girl but simply because routine was something he did rather well with and made his life easier. Anyway, back at previously mentioned location Andy slumped down against the tree and sighed.. not having his brought his cards with him, in fact he hadn't touched them for a good three weeks due to his current depression. |

The silent voice within one's heart whispers the most profound wisdom.

Alicia's thoughts have begun to mend from what had occurred to her within the ream of chains and rust. Her body was fine, but the psychological wounds were still rather raw. she found herself clinging to the chain around her neck, An amulet with 3 phases of the moon represented by three separate gems. It was elegant, and seemed to stand out a bit too much for her liking. Alicia disliked drawing attention to herself in such ways. She took a cotton infinity scarf, placing it to hide it. Though no one else may know it's there the warmth of the metal constantly reminded her of why she now looks before turning into any corner. She wondered the schoolyard, unsure as to where she can go, she found herself pacing to a bench outside. She shuddered in remembrance of the reading gone wrong. He wanted neither the result of the sharing of experiences. It still stung a little bit. She hoped the similarities would bring them together, not render the possibility of friendship asunder. She sat at the bench, somewhat lost in thought as she sighed to herself silently. She couldn't help but wonder what the boy was doing. And almost as if summoned from her thoughts, as she turned here he was. He leaned against a tree, with a sadness in his eyes that pained Alicia. She wanted to ask him what was wrong, but was afraid of another argument. She felt her heart in her throat as she lacked the words to say. She sighed slightly before looking to the grass below her feet, feeling conflicted, |

By no means was Andy psychic or possessed of any extra sensory ability but, when Alicia got close enough for her to look at the young boy Andy's response was to look up and stare at her. Thinking back to that thing that occurred between him and her a few weeks, or was it a month, ago caused a knot to form inside of his stomach. Despite this uncomfortable knot Andy soon swallowed it, or more accurately he ignored it and returned to simply starting at the grass ignoring Alicia, which wasn't because he hated her or anything, as lately Andy's low self confidence had hit an all time low, hence why he was blaming himself for the little fight him and Alica had. It may be true that Andy was to blame, after all he was being a self righteous child at that present time and place but to the extent that Andy was taking blaming himself lately was a bit too much. To give you an idea of the extent, pretty much every bad thing that had been happening since the death of his sister Andy had been blaming upon himself, using a warped sense of stupid logic to justify it and this in turn tied into the silly wish that it was Andy who had died and not his sister. From a practical standpoint, it'd have probably been easier for everybody if it was Andy who died in that other world, after all he was a very difficult child to raise and while yes, lately he had been behaving and doing better at school work, that was only due to the fact his hope and generally sense of confidence had been shattered lately. Anyway, with all of that out of the way Andy sighed and returned to looking at his persona chain, before dropping it clumsily onto the floor and just leaving it there....Andy wasn't planning to go home without the chain, but you couldn't blame him for the thought crossing his mind. |
