shiro couldn't help but smile at their replies, "Wait, since when did this turn into an interrogation?" Tory said, smirking. "Man, you two really know what to ask people."
Yeah she was being too curious, about them, maybe a little to personal for aa first convertaion, she shall hold back on her questions, but she will still do her theoery on them, you can never be tos ure with some people.

Rei himself replied to her drilling and overtly personal questions,
"I do it to relate to those around me, I guess." he smiled when he replied, but before Rei said it, he had a look of disdain, but she could've been paranoid, but she will apolized just incase.

" sorry for the overly personal and drilling questions, you know what their say." She replies to tory's anwser, as will as towards Rei, she was remembering the quote she read before.
"The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity." She replies with a slight smile on her face.

"Yeah, that makes sense," Tory said. "Putting things together. Although, come to think of it, that's more of a detective's thing isn't it?" He smiled. "Okay, I told you my secrets. Now you tell me: why do you hate crowds?"

her guess about Tory being an engineer, of sorts, were right, she was thinking to herself again, when
Rei spoke up again, it caused her to be surprised, but she didn't show it, outwardly anyways.

"I don't like loud noises. Simple as that." Rei said matter of factly, stright to the point, she likes it, she wised she could do that better.

"That quite a simple reason, but simple reason are always better then a long ass explatnion, I also have a short reason." she replied to Rei and Tory.
"I get worry that my sunglasses will get knocked off, and gets damaged, cause you know, without them, the sun hurts my eyes" She said them flatly, she didn't like wearing them, but it better then damaged eyes, she say.

Follow the buzzards.
Tory let them explain themselves, weighing both reasons against each other. Shiro's seemed pretty prosaic in contrast to Rei's, whose answer revealed more about him than Tory had hoped for.

"You hate loud noises and yet want to understand people," Tory said. "You know, sometimes there's something interesting amid all the noise. You should try it sometime." A grin spread on his face as he spoke.

The entire situation was becoming more annoying with each passing minute, annoying because of the thirst for information growing worse each moment. In that respect, Rei could be compared to some kind of sick social scientist, or a mad therapist in his love for observing people. It certainly was better than interacting with them, for they couldn't judge.

Regardless, the student simply ignored Shiro's statement, instead pawning it off as something to do with light sensitivity or something of that nature. Sighing, he placed a hand in his pockets and listened to Tory, who had started speaking by that time.

"Yes, I know that, but I find it easier to observe the crowd than be among it."

The bluenette ran his fingers through his hair, and despite it not showing on his face, he had a "eureka" moment. Tory had just given him a reason to leave should he need to do so, though where would he go? The dance seemed like a good place to start, somewhere that catered to an interest regarding something he'd never experienced before.

After all, what fun could be had in merely walking around, as if waiting for something to happen? None. There was always a task to clear or a goal in mind, for those things kept life interesting. Without them, it became a monotony. Yet, despite that statement... there were individuals who made it fun, individuals that eliminated a need for goals or things of that nature. People like Alicia Quinn, or even Tory were such people.

"You hate loud noises and yet want to understand people," Tory said. "You know, sometimes there's something interesting amid all the noise. You should try it sometime." Tory said to Rei direction, with a grin.

The sudden shift towards Rei was an interesting turn in focus, straightforward focus anyway, it started with him to began with.
while she didn't show it outwardly, she was curious to what Rei will reply with.

"Yes, I know that, but I find it easier to observe the crowd than be among it."
An impersonal answer to Tory queries, he ran his fingers through his blue hair, he was silent for a short time, deep in thought.

Shiro was silent as will, for a different reason, she wanted to go that dance, before its ends, she quickly asked them,
"I'm curious if either of you guys went to the dance, as of yet?" She said bluntly, with no warning or change in tone of her voice.
Looking towards the two of them.
