"Mierdamierdamierdamierdamierdamierda-" A 16 year old brown skinned boy was running through the hallways of Ravencroft, tugging at his tie until it finally came off. He tucked it on his pant's back pocket and continued his race to arrive at the ballroom in time. Well, now that he had checked his watch, more like not too late. However when he passed by a very pissed cop-looking guy in charge of a raffle, he figured he'd at least get something good from tonight. He signed up his name and picked his capsule. "The meaning of life, the universe and everything." He left running just as fast, leaving a 42 written at the side of his name. Jhonathan Diaz: 42 |

Conrad walked cautiously through the busy halls of the gala, he was forced to wear a fancy suit, which was hard to move comfortable. What if something bad happens? Like a fire or dancing accidents? Or...or... "If you want to sign up, write your full name on the line and turn this knob here." Oh...is that a raffle draw? Conrad's racing mind was interrupted by the sight of the strange contraption in the hall, he was curious, but still worried on what it might do, he asked the man in running the thing, in his cautious tone."...that thing is safe...right? It won't blow up when I pick my number, or my name won't be the target for a drug cartel? Or..." Conrad was going to ramble more, but the steady slow of people made his worries fall on deals ears. He shakes his head, he guess he tries it out, but he will blame this man if something dangerous happens to him. He wrote down his name, and the machine shakes and made strange sounds, it was making Conrad worried, but it was soothed when a plastic bubble fall out, with a tiny clank. He sighed relieved, and pulled out the little note inside, making sure to not give himself a paper cut. "...Huh?...50, a decent and safe number, that a good sign for my luck isn't?" He told himself with a smile. He left, to go somewhere less full and more safe, maybe to one of the actitives of tonight. |

Brendan maneuvered through the rather populated hallways, which made it really hard to focus on where he was going. In fact, he didn't even have an idea of WHERE he was going, he was just checking things out. So many new faces, and people that he didn't know. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't worried about how he would fit into this place. He soon came to a place that stood out to him, however, and stopped to talk to the man who was seemingly in charge. "If you want to sign up, write your full name on the line and turn this knob here." Brendan studied the contents of this area and came to the conclusion it was some sort of raffle. Well... I don't see why not." He signed his name in normal print, nothing fancy, and then turned the knob. Out popped the capsule, and he received his note. A big number 90 was staring him right in his face, and he stared back at it. "...Coulda been better. But alright." He smiled, and let the man know his number before walking off to explore around some more. Brendan Kuragya: 90 |

The sight of a man in a police uniform unnerved Joseph - his experiences with members of law enforcement back in his hometown were somewhat unpleasant. Making a mental note to take extra care not to cause trouble tonight, he took the pen and wrote down his name. The sign-up was free and there will probably some sort of prize involved (although no one seemed to know just what it is), so there's no harm trying, right? Joe turned the nob on the machine, grabbing the ball as soon as it's released and opening it. 82. The boy put his number into the inner pocket of his jacket with a shrug. There was still some time to kill until the results... JOSEPH CROSS - 82 Edited by Hobo the Terrible, May 6 2013, 08:22 AM.

Ensolielle was wandering around when she came upon the lottery. There was a spinning wheel full of balls, and a rather ticked off cop sitting around manning the machine. She blinked for a bit as she walked towards the booth. She observed others taking balls out of the machine and proceeding to write down their names and a number. She decided it probably would not hurt to do the same. She randomly pulled a ball out of the thing and took a look at the number. 31. She didn't really know how to respond to this number, so she smiled blankly and wrote down her name and number. ENSOLIELLE VALENTINE - 31 She then proceeded to walk away. Not until then was when she realized how difficult her first name would be to pronounce. Ah well, if anything they had her number and last name. |

Tobias wasn't much of a luck person, but what the hell he would give the raffle a try at least as he walked up to the table where the raffle was being held, and he raised a blonde brow to it. He shrugged as he looked at the Officer Kenneth, but Tobias didn't say a word as he nodded silently before wriing this name on the sheet of paper before turning the knob on the raffle machine, "not one to really have good luck, but what's there to lose eh?" He listened as the machine gave a clinking sound before a small plastic capsule came tumbling out of the machine. Tobias picked it up carefully in his hands opening it as he stared at the number: 25 "I got a 25--not bad." He then walked away after giving the police officer his number, and inwardly he wondered what the chances would be if he did won, but at best he just kept that childish side to himself. |

Kristina had noticed the raffle with all of the other students going over to it and popping out the different spheres from the vending machine. Even if there was probably very little chance that she'd be able to win the raffle, she decided to amuse the school staff with the idea that maybe she'd be one of the hundreds of students that could win the raffling. She walked up towards the stall, glancing upon the police officer looking man who had pointed towards the vending machine. Though she did not need to be pointed since she noticed from the other students, she reached onto the machine, and spun the wheel to pull out one of the small spheres. upon popping the sphere open with a small popping sound, she looked onto the number and spoke out loud, "85." Definitely wasn't a very lucky number to get, so far into one of the directions, but this was after all a game of chance. After she looked at the number the moved on to check out some of the other activities that the school staff had set up. |

Among the crowd was a quiet young man dressed in a rather fine suit and with his hair covering part of his face. However, he was not quiet because he wanted to be. His presence seemed to almost fade into the background as he silently walked up to the lottery. He smiled at the officer and gave a light nod as he observed the machine. He hand gestured the word "Hi". It kind of sucked being unable to speak. Seeing no harm in participating, he placed his hand in to grab a ball. He pulled out the ball and observed it. The ball had a number on it; that number was 58. Wondering how lucky he would end up, he then proceeded to write down his name and number. SAIRENTO KAZUHIKO - 58 He then walked away just as quietly as he appeared. |

Claus walked up to the device. "A raffle?" He mumbled to himself. "Don't mind if I do!" He chuckled, drawing a ball. "... just my luck." He sighed, looking at the number fourteen now sitting in his hand. CLAUS LYTTON- 14 |

"Another Raffle, another cheap prize. This never gets old though always fun to see the look of shame." SHerry had appeared behind the booth and had drawn her number and written her name down, startling the poor teacher. A simple smile and she walked off. She just did it for fun, nothing outside of that. Sherry Ultia - 23 Edited by Ultia, May 17 2013, 04:06 PM.
