Name: Ichiko Horiuchi Age: 16 Gender: Female School/Occupation: Having been locked in a mental hospital for the last year, Ichiko hasn't been going to school. Clubs: n/a; read above. Interests/Hobbies: Before she was locked away in a mental hospital, Ichiko had a keen interest in boxing – even if she'd never joined a club, she'd punched enough sandbags to get a decent technique, and she generally won the fights she got into. Appearance: Ichiko's never been an attractive girl: with her bony body, her lack of curves, her somewhat masculine feature and her scraggy black hair, she's not one to catch the eye and could be described as plain at the very best – the scowl she sports most of the time does nothing to better her looks. She is on the tall side of things for a girl her age, standing at 163 cms ; almost not eating for an entire year has made her dangerously and unhealthily thin: she currently weighs 41 kg, and has lost a good part of her muscle mass. Her body's covered with a fair number of scars: a good lot of these were inflicted in her feats of rage. Her eyes are a dull maroon, and her skin looks quite pale. Due to her body shape, she can pass for a slight and somewhat malnourished boy – which she does, at the moment. Her hair is black, thin and scraggy, falling to about chin-lenght. Currently, she wears very dirty, scraggy-looking and worn-out men's clothes that just happen to loosely fit; she's taken them from a garbage heap on the road, and they perfect her "hobo" look. Personality: Even if one was to put aside her violence issues, Ichiko Horiuchi still wouldn't be a very nice person to hang out with – at all. The teenage girl is vulgar, cantankerous and stubborn, three personality traits that make for a pretty unpleasant combination. Apologizing is something she rarely does, and always begrudgingly; she's quite quick to insult and berate others, but will respond with aggressivity and outright hostility if met with a similar behavior. To put it in a few words, almost everything has a chance to piss her off, and pissing Ichiko off is definitely something you don't want to do – no matter how undeserving you are of her wrath. She's shockingly pragmatic and almost ruthless in the way she tackles problems, but still possesses a small moral fiber – it's thin and often overridden by her violence, but it's there. Since she was young enough to clearly express her feelings, Ichiko's been plagued by terrifying access of violent, destructive rage – what makes these access of rage especially dangerous is the fact that they are seemingly random: an insult might net you a hateful and silent glare, while a bad joke might result in a punch to the face. Her rage rarely goes to the outright murderous point - she'll stop after a few blows to the body, or when you've succesfully subdued her -, but when it does, watch out ! These accesses of violence often leave the maroon-eyed girl empty and exhausted, which leads to equally as violent outburts of sobs and tears. She hasn't been precisely diagnotised, but it's likely that these outbursts have a neurological origin. Deep down, Ichiko feels desperately alone with her own violence, her own aggressivity, her own hate and anger – sometimes, she might show a modicum of human decency, and even attach herself to some people. But her behavior is often imposible to put up with, resulting in her becoming alone once more. History: Contrary to what her demeanor might indicate, Ichiko was actually born in a pretty normal, middle-class family of Tokyo: her parents gave her a little brother by the name of Eishiro at the age of two. The environment she grew in wasn't particularly neglectful or abusive, even if she grew to hate it. Since a young age, she'd been a violent, jealous child that often flew into sudden outbursts of anger and violence for seemingly no reason: her parents wrote that off as the first manifestations of a lively, belligerent character, and tried to accomodate the education they gave her to stop these traits of personallity from becoming too invasive and important – but they soon realized that the root of the problem was deeper than this. It was very rare for Ichiko to be kept in a school for more than her year, for her violent and cantankerous behavior eroded all the patience the school staff and the teachers had to spare for her, despite her decent grades – nary a year passed without her hurting one of her classmates, or without insulting someone she shouldn't have. At the same time, her little brother was growing to be an exemplar little boy: polite, good-natured and a model student, he made the pride of his parents, which made Ichiko feel neglected and abandonned by her sires – which, in a way, she was, as her unsufferable behavior had started to erode her parents' patience as well. Jealousy started to grow towards this annoying young brother, but she didn't dare to exert violence on him – doing so would have condemned her, after all. One year ago, she tried to join her high school's boxing club – but her reputation followed her, and she was refused in. That night, after school, her parents found Ichiko bent over her brother, squeezing his throat with her two hands – neither brother or sister ever told what exactly had happened that night, but her parents' reaction was swift. She was sent to a mental hospital, in the mountains, far away from Tokyo – they'd reached their limit, and now they handed the problem to someone else. While she'd hated her home, the time she spent at the mental hospital made her regret Tokyo quite quickly. The privation of liberty, the drugs, the other patients - she grew to hate the place and its residents with deep-rooted detestation. She tried to starve herself, hoping that it would make her parents pay her a visit - it didn't, and the hospital staff didn't let her starve herself to death. Her outbursts were jugulated, controlled, regulated, studied - but they didn't disappear, not at all. A handful of days ago, she managed to escape. By injuring another inmate and turning a security guard to her side (what she did to turn a security guard to her side was something you'd better not ask her), she slipped by the hospital staff and claimed back her freedom; she quickly realized something, however. She had no idea where she was, or who she could get in touch with; she'd probably get caught very fast if she didn't act even more quickly. The hospital was lost in the mountains, and she had to reach somewhere she could plan what she was going to do next - that meant reaching a city. She followed the roads, took some clothes in a garbage heap, stole some food, and finally arrived in Yumegawa - even if she'd have to live like a hobo for some time, she'd do what she had to to keep being free. Plans for the future could come later. Weapons/Equipment/Combat Skill: As stated before, Ichiko had a keen interest in boxing before she was locked away in the Tall Peaks mental hospital, a year. While her loss of weight and muscle mass and her lack of training will make her pretty much unable to best anyone in combat, getting some of that weight back and unrusting herself might make her somewhat strong and skilled. Boxing or not, Ichiko's greatest strenght (and her most dangerous weakness as well) is her frightening unrelentingness and her inability to stop herself on her own once she's been ticked off – she will not give up until either you or her is lying broken on the ground. Before she flies into a blind rage, she's able to come up with surprisingly dirty and effective ways to hurt someone – all of this preparation flies out of the window if she goes berserk, however. Initial Persona: Lyssa, the spirit of mad rage, frenzy and rabies in animals in Greek mythology, daughter of Nyx, born from the blood of Uranos when he was castrated by Cronus. Lyssa is quite the disturbing sight: the Persona appears as a naked young woman with deathly pale skin, bloodshot orange eyes and dirty, messy black hair that reaches its shoulders. Portions of the skin of her arms and hands have been cut and crudely stitched back elsewhere on her body (for example, the skin of her forearms has been cut and stitched back on her abdomen), tying the Persona in a position close to the one a straightjacket would restrict someone in. Blood drips from the portions of skin that restrain her, as if they'd just been cut and stitched back. Her naughty parts are covered by two additional strips of skin cut from her legs and crossed over her lower regions. The Persona mutters to itself incessantly, most of her words being incomprehensible. Fumes rise from her mouth as she speaks, and she generally appears kneeling on the ground when summoned, before letting out a loud scream of rage and insanity. Lyssa carries out its physical attacks with its long, sharp teeth, jumping at the enemy's jugular to sever it. - Name: Lyssa - Arcana: The Tower - Drain: - Reflect: - Null: - Resist: Physical, Fire - Weak: Water, Wind - Initial Skills: Cleave, Agi, Rakunda Edited by GKG, Oct 21 2013, 07:23 PM.
