Major Rogue
[ * * ]
Name:
Angel

Species:
Pikachu

Appearance:
Angel is far different from normal Pikachu. First and most obvious, she is primarily white. Her red cheeks are the same as any other Pikachu, but her stripes and area on her tail that both would be brown are black instead, like the tips of her ears. Other than that she’s like a typical Pikachu with cute, black eyes, and chubby features. She also likes to where some kind of flower on her head, though she tends to change flowers depending on the kind she sees and likes.

Gender:
Female

Age:
18

Tribal Status:
Multa Fratiba Tribe

Personality:
Gentle as a Pidove, and courageous as an Ursaring, this Pikachu has a lot going for her. She has a hard time stating her opinion out of fear of hurting anyone’s feelings, but she is very reliable and honest in most cases aside from that. She’d rather not say anything than lie. Though she appears to be timid, she’s actually willing to overcome those obstacles to protect the things she cares about.

The Pikachu, along with having a hard time expressing her true feelings, has a hard time controlling her anger. Pokemon could just be checking up on her on a bad day, and if she’s overwhelmed enough, she’d just shock them seemingly out of nowhere. If not, she’d just sit down and cry non-stop until she was ready to talk and apologize for any misunderstandings. Though a generally friendly Pokemon, Angel isn’t always so eager to trust strangers.

Despite her gentle nature, Angel is aware that she isn’t the biggest Pokemon around and is very sensitive to that. She doesn’t like being informed what she already knows about this subject, and become rather angered if the subject was ever brought up, though she’d probably repress those feelings as much as possible.

History:
As far as her heritage goes, Angel is a complete mystery. She supposes she was born in the Elec-Charger Tribe, since that’s where she ended up, but she wasn’t sure. As a Pichu, she grew up under the guidance of a firm, yet understanding Ampharos, who took the young, uniquely colored Pichu under his wing when the other members of the tribe saw no potential in her. She was a tiny Pichu after all, and her coloring, though one of a kind, didn’t help with any intimidation or anything.

At least her yellow fur was a warning to Pokemon that she held potential electrical power, but all her fur was good for was blending into snow, maybe. And thanks to some black details, not even that would be done perfectly despite her size. Aston the Electivire, as well as all the other members, tried to be as welcoming as possible, trying to be sensitive to the fact that she was a baby. None the less, she was still made well aware her size in comparison to most of the other members, and though it wasn’t their intention, her feelings would get hurt easily.

Though Ampharos was a constant companion, he was also a very strict teacher. As a Pichu, she had a hard time controlling her electricity more so than other Pichu due to being so young, so the large Electric-Type would drill the young Pokemon on her moves. He would drill her on intensity, accuracy, and the speed of the execution among other things. Though Angel wanted to do Ampharos and the other Pokemon of the tribe proud, she didn’t feel good about their methods. Attacking Pokemon who just to attack them? Did they think it was some kind of sport?

Angel knew they had some kind of reason for doing what they did, but she never understood it. Ampharos felt no need to justify their actions, as the wise Pokemon believed that she’d probably never understand them. Despite this misunderstanding, the Pichu kept up the Training, noticing that she got better and better at control over her natural power. As a baby Pokemon, she still wasn’t very strong even in a basic stand point, but the older Pokemon was experienced enough to notice the improvement. His next challenge was to teach her how to deal with attacks she’d learn that weren’t of the Electric-Type, which was much trickier considering the fact that her own type came much more naturally to her. On top of that she didn’t know any offensive moves other than ThunderShock.

However, soon enough that became the least of Ampharos’s worries when it came to this Pichu. The worst issue came when she evolved into a Pikachu, and the problem wasn’t learning Growl. The moment the Pikachu completed her evolution, a white aura seemed to remain surrounding the unique Pikachu, causing her severe pain. The Ampharos barely noticed it because it was such a weak, red light, and it almost blended into her fur for the most part, but even if he couldn’t see it he could tell something strange was happening to her. Though it was still a small amount, much too small for her to use properly, but the small Pokemon was still completely overwhelmed by it. The energy seemed to intensify for just a moment before subsiding, knocking the poor Pikachu out.

Noticing that it was crucial for her to figure out how to control herself in case this ever occurred again. However, it was hard to predict when she would have her meltdown, and when it did happen, trying to get her to control it either went unheard, or made things worse. Eventually Ampharos did the smart thing and just left it alone as much as possible. It was easy to tell that this thing she had was something she had to learn to control on her own, if she ever would control it.

Learning how to defend herself in combat wasn’t enough to help her find her place among the warrior Electric-Types, and she soon knew why. This type of battling, chasing after foes without a break until their taken down, and not resting until they found another foe, was not something she wanted to do for the rest of her life. Despite knowing this, she continued her life along with the tribe, completely silent about how she really felt about it. However, during her adolescent years, her demeanor seemed to have changed. She was much coarser, and harsh with generally everyone who crossed her.

As months passed, Angel became worse and worse, worrying no one more than Ampharos, who tried to get some kind of information from the Pikachu who had become like a daughter to her throughout the years. Yet again, however, he could find no solution, though he refused to give up on her so easily. He kept pressing her and pressing her about it until they would argue about it daily. Though, his version of an argument was a calm lecture, Angel saw it very differently. One day Angel crossed the line by blaming him for everything bad that ever happened to her.

Realizing that she was going through something rough, and yet shocked all the same, the Ampharos bothered her no more about it. Something that didn’t to Angel very often afterwards was that Angel felt justified by the things she said. What was even more unusual was the fact that she felt that way for quite a few days. However, looking over her actions and remembering all the great things the big, wise Electric-Type taught her, Angel soon realized the error of her ways. Still, the Pikachu avoided her once constant companion at all costs, feeling unworthy to even look upon the eyes she hurt so badly.

This wasn’t the end of her troubles, though. This was merely a threshold that paved the way to her actions that followed. The cause of her departure from her home tribe. During her dormant days, her time away from her fellow tribe members, especially Ampharos, a strange Pokemon she’d never seen before entered the establishment. All her life, the Pikachu had very little interaction with Pokemon outside of her tribe, and this Meowth was no different. She’d never seen a normal Meowth before, but he seemed incredibly interested in her because of her interesting coloring. This Meowth, you see, had an interesting color as well, though as far as he told her, he was much more negatively received that she was.

Despite her instincts telling her to be wary of the stranger, Angel allowed herself to become friends with this kitty, simply out of desperation of being with some kind of friend. It didn’t take long for the two to meet up with each other frequently, though he seemed to want to meet out of sight from the other members. At first Angel thought this was logical since the whole tribe would probably beat down on him if they knew he was there. However, it wasn’t long before she realized that someone else was aware of their little meetings. Who else but Ampharos?

However, the wise father figure wasn’t so eager to accept him as a friend of his student. Whenever the two departed ways, the Ampharos confronted her and warned her the dangers that Meowth could befall her if she didn’t use extreme caution. Of course, the young Pikachu, despite not feeling good about the way she treated her mentor, didn’t heed his warning. Once again, the wise Pokemon prodded her again and again until they were fighting more than ever. The Pikachu became more aggressive with him than ever, feeling absolutely no shame in protecting her friend.

However, all of Amphoros’s fears came crashing down on Angel one day, though the Pikachu was blissfully unaware. Meowth wasn’t satisfied with just staying friends with Angel, and wanted to take things a step forward, it seemed. However, she thought he meant from friend to best friend, which she quickly obliged to, but he meant something far different. He was aware that she was confused, but it was clear to Ampharos that he was dangerous when he took advantage of that confusion.

It didn’t seem so bad at first. Since Angel never really had a best friend before, she believed virtually everything that he said. For example, he said best friends held paws and hugged, which is somewhat true. However, there were moments where he was a bit too touchy, even for her taste. He started liking her face, which was typical for a cat, but a rather scary thing to do to a mouse, and it almost seemed like he was too needy for her attention. When she decided it was proper for them to go their separate ways for the day, he almost seemed angered.

As time went one, the more she suggested they separate, the more violent he seemed to get. He would become hysterical, making Angel worry about him. Her life reached a point of no return when the cat pounced on her and scratched her across the face. At that moment a chase ensued, sending the white Pikachu far away from her original home. Without really knowing where she was going she just kept running as fast as her four limbs would take her, hoping and praying that the cat wouldn’t find her.

Finally, satisfied that she ran far enough, Angel realized that she had drifted to far away from her tribe. Try as she must, the Pikachu was never able to relocate her tribe, or Ampharos. It was at this moment, not when the cat attacked her, which she wished she’d listened to him. In her stress and confusion, the strange energy resurfaced as the same white aura consumed her. Letting loose electricity mixed with the weak light, Angel became overwhelmed by the energy and landed on her face in exhaustion.

After being knocked out for a long period of time, the weakened Pikachu found herself on a bed of hay, opening her blurry eyes and pushing herself up groggily. The first thing she noticed was the back of a group of Pokemon she’d become quite familiar with. It was easy to tell who the leader was, as the Weavile was looked at in all sides with glances of awe. She was no different, but she had no idea who he was. He wanted to bring herself to introduce herself to him, yet she was rather reluctant. Her experience with Meowth made her less likely to trust Pokemon than before. However, not knowing where they were, the white Pikachu had no choice but to stick around with them.

Recently she’s started to warm up to them and is considering making friends with them. However, there is still a nag in the back of her brain that made the Pikachu wary.
