In many games, the good an evil are easily distinguishable.
In a strategy war game, star craft the main objectives would be creating strong army.
Building army require minerals and gas which are scarce and with the effective usage of resource, each player must defeat one another.

Terrans are the exiled human species from earth, and it is consisted by the prisoners with criminal records. They were sent on a journey to the space as workers to collect resources from other planets.
There is a bias point of view on Terran race because of the fact that they are human.
Then, where do evil come from?
Zerg and Protoss are the aliens according to our definition. However, wouldn't that make Terrans the aliens to Zerg and Protoss?
The game is often portrayed in a way that the organized criminals, Terrans are viewed as the good and Zerg as the bad and Protoss being neutral.

Terrans could be viewed as the prisoners under rehabilitation. Prisoners tend to repeat their crime once they are set free and very few end up contributing to the society.

Terran is full of criminals who were once held in prison as punishment for their crime.
Each race have different reasons for travelling through planets but there is one thing in common among them; survival.
Trying to survive, trying to collect resources for supply.
Is that necessarily evil?
In our current world, we still witness war for either political or economical reasons.
However, does that give us the rights to terminate the others?
