So, yet another game about running a theme park. I know your thinking,"whee. whoo hoo. this is so much freaking fun." because i did too, but stay with me. So you start off in you fantasy world, the theme park of all theme parks. Of course the first park is basically all done for you, but hey, you could use the practice of just running one first right? Well, someone must have thought so because as you start, you get 5 icons you walk into andt start your tutorials. These tutorials are probably the basis of the game, and are done to a tee, which i thought really added to the quality of the game itself. These tutorials told you everything you needed to know except for how to play the mini games, which are plentiful. The minigames are very well developed and they are actually very sophisticated as far as a minigame can be considered. The staff training is unlike any other theme park game out there, where in other games you click train and it automatically takes 2 weeks in game time or something like that, but in Thrillville, even training is a thrill!! You actually play minigames to train your staff, a mechanics minigame for your mechanic (duh); a clean up game for your, you guessed it, groundskeeper; and a dancing game for your entertainer. Overall, we go around 5 parks which makes for fast, fun, easy gameplay that will have you spining, literally, as you build and ride your own carnival rides and coasters some of which you design yourself. (namely the roller coasters) I give Thrillville overall, a 8.5 out of 10!!! This game is avaliable for Playstation systems 2 and 3 |

is the roller coaster building similiar to that of roller coaster tycoon or sim coaster? I've been interested in this game but since I've seen some bad coaster games I don't want to be dissapointed. |
