No, I apologize, this is not a Pokemon ROM Hack based around the Godai verse (though somebody should definitely do that!).
As an interactive designer AND a music composer (and other things), I usually like to work on projects that involve more than one of my interests at one time. I've been experimenting with a game mechanic involving toggling musical loops on/off to build a song for some time now, and when it came to advancing my concept to a new level, I wanted to add in some level of theme or narrative.
My mind wandered back to my favorite RP site, Godai, and it inspired me to create a game based on the theme of Godai. I should clarify that it's not actually based on the pokemon aspect of Godai, but rather the real-world Japanese philosophy behind our site, HOWEVER, I wouldn't have known about the Godai if it wasn't for this Pokemon site so...it is technically a game inspired by this whole amazing place and all of you. It's just really abstract. Thought I'd share a video of it, in case anyone was interested:
Thanks for the inspiration, Godai! You guys rock! Vani
Out of everything, I really thought the songs went hand in hand with each element. Wind and Water were my absolute favourite; felt so calming - more so Water. I'm hardly knowledgeable in music, but I know I really enjoyed it. The ending with the bursts were beautiful too and I thought it complimented the music real well.
I hope to see more! Still loving your last video project on "Science and Religion" from last year. Inspires me every time I watch it. Nnnnghhh. ♥
I've got freaking chills!!! The way the music blends together is absolutely amazing!!! You should make a theme song for Godai that sounds something like that. Something that could maybe play in the background of the site if a member wants it to (could just press a play/pause button to turn it on/off if they choose).
Clove is like a baby; adorable and cute, but almost always needing supervision. She has an insatiable curiosity and almost always gets herself into trouble because of it, wandering off and getting lost. This is how she lost her parents and found her way into a ranger facility. From there, she was fostered by Virgil’s sister before she gave Clove to him for adoption. Just like a baby, Clove almost needs constant care and supervision so Grant usually cradles the little bud pokemon in his arms while bottle feeding her, which she enjoys immensely. Though not being the strongest, Clove does know how to fight; however, she prefers to avoid it if at all possible and is reluctant even when Grant tells her too.
