Generation I Pokemon
  • You are able to find your Pokemon's Type, Ability, Weight, Height, Health, Stat Distribution, and their Movesets for Generation I. Some info of the PokeDex are obviously incomplete. However, ALL the Movesets, Stat Distribution, and Divisions are in this PokeDex. If you want to find any other miscellaneous information, please use either Serebii or Bulbapedia. We are also aware that there are some mistakes in the PokeDex (except the Evolutionary methods in which we've altered those in some Pokemon species). If you see something that obviously stands out as an error, please PM a staff member of your concern. Each Pokemon are arranged by their National number/Evolutionary line. Simply use Ctrl + F to find your Pokemon.
  • Should you choose not to evolve your Pokemon (by bypassing the level), do NOT use the Moveset given by the PokeDex, for the Moveset follows when your Pokemon evolves. Please make a modification including the information that you did not want to evolve your Pokemon. A special Moveset will be created for that specific Pokemon and be given to you.
  • For Pokemon that involves evolving "by holding" or "by learning", in order for them to evolve, they must first have their requirement and then level up with it (i.e. Poliwhirl is holding King's Rock. He must level up in order to evolve to Politoed). Evolutionary stones are different as you only need to expose the Pokemon and they can immediately evolve.
  • The moves that are bolded are attacks that represent STAB effect.
  • Moves that have # signify moves that are learned upon evolution. Replace the # symbol with the level the Pokemon learned the move. (i.e. Starmie has "#. Confuse Ray". If it had evolved at Level 20, you replace the # with 20)
  • If your Pokemon evolves through item exposure or happiness, the Pokemon uses the new Moveset (if given), but it STILL retains its old moves from its previous evolution (unless stated otherwise). Remember, the Pokemon can only learn the move once it's at that level (that means if you evolve your Growlithe to Arcanine at Level 51, it cannot learn Extremespeed as it was supposed to be learned at Level 50).
  • Since each Pokemon in their evolutionary family are in the same experience group, the EXP Rate will only be listed on the first Pokemon of each family.
  • Each species is listed with their average weight and size. This may differ from -/+ 1.5 times the size, but this will not affect the Pokemon's stats or such.
  • NOTE: Credit for the images we have used as our sprites belongs here
