New Trainer Posts: 21 Group: Member Member #2,093 Joined: July 1, 2010	Finally appeared at the entrance of Cyroon Forest, without even looking behind him to see his old town. The Teenager did not really value his home as of yet and wanted to leave it as quick as possible, though he could value the beauty of this lush forest. The boy sighed as he thought of his sadden parents not wanting him to leave at all. "Good bye, Cyan Town..Hello Freedom" Maerko spoke in almost a somber tone as he reached around his neck, plucking from his necklace which held the pokeball in it's shrunken state. Pressing on the center of the orb he watched as the device worked it's magic and tossed into the air, summoning out his pokemon."Alice, Come on out!"The trainer cried out and caught the ball, keeping it in his hand while he reached into his pack to pull out an offering of pokemon food suited for a electric type. "Are you hungry...?" he spoke lowly to his new partner, hoping to be on good terms with her.

"Wingull Mist" by ~Kureculari Posts: 3,637 Group: Administrator Member #1,127 Joined: August 3, 2007	As the red and white sphere opened up, there emerged a dazzling white light that sparkled before quickly fading away to reveal a young female Pichu who glanced up at the Poké Ball as it dropped back into Maerko's hand with a light but still audible 'tap'. A few tiny sparks danced upon her cheeks as her wide eyes followed the teen's empty hand. She watched as it reached down into the pack, rumaged around a few moments, and then emerged with what she instantly recognized to be food just for Poké like her. A sudden burst of sparks and a grin preceeded the 'lectric-type's rush towards the food. "Pichu, pi! Pichu, pi!" "Sol!" Bouncing out of the forest undergrowth not very far behind Alice the Pichu, a wild Solosis arched overhead the female to land in Maerko's hand just moments before the Tiny Mouse Pokémon would have arrived herself. The Psychic-type wasted no time in devouring the food, much to the dislike of Alice, before adding insult to injury by quickly making a bitter face and spitting the chewed pellets onto the ground. This act set poor Alice on the verge of tears, and she looked up at Maerko with eyes on the brink of crying while Solosis wasted no time in leaping right into your pack in search of food a little more to his liking. "Piiii... chuu.." :'(

Maerko could not help but give out a large, wide grin as he saw the happiness given off by the Pichu about to receive her food. It was like a happy dog who was oh so hungry for it's meal. The male leaned over as the Pichu would near him, though noticed as the strange Psychic landed in his hand before her. He could not believe it. Not even a few steps into the forest and already he has a Wild Pokemon eating from his hand?! Though as he spat out the Pokemon Food he worked hard to make..Alone with only instructions from his mother. He could just not help but feel himself snap alittle on the inside. "Why you... " He snarled lowly under his breath trying his best not scare off his first wild pokemon. Lines were crossed as he entered his pack, the male pressed on Alice's ball, shrinking and attaching it back to his necklace where it belonged. Maerko stared good and long at Alice. Knowing the pokemon was a baby, he was unsure if she could battle just yet in such a emotional state..And his empty pokeballs were in the bag it was stealing from! In the bag the pokemon could find tons of snacks, such as little cakes and plain chips if could open them somehow. As well as some standard pokemon food that was just for any type. "Hey!" he yelled at the Solosis as he gave off a menacing stomp to the ground, hoping to atleast scare and get it's attention "You don't just go through peoples stuff without asking! Now get out of there! " was also shouted at it, at the top of his lungs. It would be clear to Alice and the Solosis that the trainer was not happy.

"Wingull Mist" by ~Kureculari Posts: 3,637 Group: Administrator Member #1,127 Joined: August 3, 2007	(( Yes, yes you do )) Alice cringed at the stomp and proceeding loudness of your voice, covering her ears and willing herself to stay strong. Blinking clear a few tears, she watched as the wild Solosis popped itself up out of the top of the pack, tiny crumbs of Pokémon food quite clear upon his face. He seemed to pay no heed to the warning from Maerko, however, and after a blink or two the Psychic-type dived right back into what it probably saw as a most delicious and unexpected feast. Well, that was until Alice, with sparks now fiercely flying from her cheeks, let loose a Thundershock that set the both she and and the whole sack aglow with sparkling electricity that also seemed to have left a singed appearance and smell upon the bag's fabric. "Pi, pi-pi chu!" "Sol..." growled the small green one as it emerged from the sack, clearly upset with all his anger directed towards the wee Electric-type. Quickly taking on a bright blue aura, Solosis blasted Alice with a Psywave that sent her tumbling head over tail a few feet before she found that she was able to stop. She was about to release another Thundershock when a realization seemed to come over her, and she suddenly turned towards Maerko with curious eyes as she waited for a proper command, as this was a battle after all. :solosis: Wild Solosis :M: Health: 86% Status: Normal Stat Changes: None ~VS~ :pichu: :F: Alice, Maerko's Pichu Health: 88% Status: Normal Stat Changes: None

New Trainer Posts: 21 Group: Member Member #2,093 Joined: July 1, 2010	(Thank you! x3) Maerko found himself annoyed with the fact that the Wild Pokemon simpily ignored his yelling and that and he visably see that his Pichu was almost in tears. That gave him this sinking feeling along with a emptyiness to make such a cute thing sad! "I gotta do something..Quick"he thought to himself. Stll sure that his pokemon could not battle, but his ignorance was soon to be lifted as he saw his entire purple pack shocked by the tiny mouse pokemon! He watched his pack sizzle like bacon with awe. Most cotents were probbly ruined and he knew this, though know was not the time to be angry with Alice..it was his first battle. He ran over to the Mouse, behind her as she was launched by the psychic attack. Now he had a clue of what type the pokemon was. "No disvantages atleast.."he muttered and nodded down at the little one.The teen glared at the Psychic Type..But it was a glare of determination, he was smiling. Already thinking of the thrills of what Battling could be! His hand shot out abrupty poitng at the Solosis. "Alice, give them a High-Voltage Thundershock!"was shouted with power, such a tone he copied from all the TV he watched of battles. Edited by Maerko, Jun 30 2012, 06:34 PM.

"Wingull Mist" by ~Kureculari Posts: 3,637 Group: Administrator Member #1,127 Joined: August 3, 2007	(( No prob!! xD )) With a burst of excitement at having recieved her first real command, Alice wasted no time in charging up and releasing another shockingly powerful Thundershock. On the down side, as the was engulfed once more in sparks both it and the its contents became a bit more singed, but on the plus side the little green Psychic-type was drawn out and onto the forest floor for a proper battle. Yet rather than counter with another Psywave, Solosis rapidly spun in place until it let itself go with Rollout. The blob shot straight for Alice, and even though she tried to stay strong her courage quickly broke and her eyes clamped shut as she waited for an impact... that never came? Opening her eyes just enough to peek through a little crack, her eyes were soon wide with shock as she saw that her foe was nowhere at all in front of her. A quick swiveling of the head revealed that Rollout had in fact missed completely, Solosis having stopped a fair few feet behind her looking quite dizzy but nonetheless able to continue the battle. :solosis: Wild Solosis :M: Health: 73% Status: Normal Stat Changes: None ~VS~ :pichu: :F: Alice, Maerko's Pichu Health: 88% Status: Normal Stat Changes: None

New Trainer Posts: 21 Group: Member Member #2,093 Joined: July 1, 2010	Maerko took in a deep breath as the thrill of the battle was just so exicting for him that breathes were forgetten to be taken! His eyes focused deeply on the Solosis whilst watching another successfull Thundershock. Though Maerko was not exicted just yet, the boy still pondered what this Pokemon could do and let alone what he was. The boy only assumed it was a Psychic type. He gasped with surprise."What sort of move is that?!"he cried out while it dove straight for his pokemon with a strange move, he braced himself and prepared to run for the Pichu..but watched as it missed and flew right past him..Dazed from it's own attack?! Slowly the Trainer gained a blank expression that became the smugest of all grins. Light chuckles could be heard from the him before outright laughing at the Solosis that failed. "Ha! You suck!" he mocked. "A-A-Alice, T-Thundershock!" he shouted, and let out loud mocking snorts as he walked over to his bag, having trust in Alice to handle the dazed Solosis as he attempted to reach into his bag and browse the mostly burnt contents. Though he knew the food, and his cell phone were screwed along with other things. His pokeballs should be just fine and if sucessfull in his attempt he'd draw out a single pokeball.

"Wingull Mist" by ~Kureculari Posts: 3,637 Group: Administrator Member #1,127 Joined: August 3, 2007	Once more Alice sent out a bright yellow Thundershock, and just as before Solosis ended up singed but all together still just as willing and able to keep up on the battle, albeit still a little bit dizzy from Rollout. The laughter he heard from the Pichu's trainer did little to help his confidence, either, and so it came to that this next Psywave was launched in anger and barely missed its intended target before bursting into a rainbow of sparks upon colliding with a tree. The next attack, though, proved a little more accurate... Taking on a light pink glow, Solosis opened its mouth up of wide up and began sending out a Confuse Ray! The sparkling ray of pink light engulfed Alice's eyes, and it wasn't long before she was suddenly stumbling around looking quite confused. It seemed, should Maerko's partner hurt herself too much before the battle is done, that he may need to use that Poké Ball he drew out a little sooner than expected... :solosis: Wild Solosis :M: Health: 59% Status: Normal Stat Changes: None ~VS~ :pichu: :F: Alice, Maerko's Pichu Health: 88% Status: Confused Stat Changes: None

New Trainer Posts: 21 Group: Member Member #2,093 Joined: July 1, 2010	Maerko laughed more audibly as the Solosis would miss due to his anger, now the teen could tell that the pokemon's anger was getting to him and messing with his mind..Maerko not only wanted to continue this strategy but was also enjoying himself..alittle too much!"You missed!~" he chimed loudly towards him, his grin growing more wide. Stamping his foot into the forest grass as he was more enjoying this battle..Though it felt alittle too easy. He enjoyed the new pink wave and was just hoping Alice would dodge but it was confusing to him as looked like it did not damage. "Huh?..." he queried lowly only too see his Pichu stumbling around..Showing signs of confusion! "Oh no!" he cried out and pondered his options..With confusion on his pokemon the teen needed to end this quickly.He'd press on the center of the ball and expanding in his hand..And from all the practice he had at home. He'd position himself in the stance of a Baseball Player almost and stared deeply at the Solosis. "Alice..Do your best to dodge his attacks!" he cried out as he chucked the device towards the Solosis..Hoping it was weak enough to capture.

Thunderous rage falling behind brotherhood and contentness Posts: 1,475 Group: Global Moderator Member #388 Joined: July 22, 2006	Solosis rolled in place once more to charge at full speed towards Alice, who was currently tripping over he own feet. Alice ended up falling to the ground hopelessly from being so confused for the first time in her life! Solosis then started to roll towards Alice picking up speed faster and faster! "Pi! Chu!" Alice cried out feeling helpless and hoping for some sort of miracle to happen. Maerko however was ready to end this battle! He got into his baseball player stance and threw the ball powerfully towards the Solosis! Alice saw the ball fly overhead, or at least she thought that's what it was as being confused made her see three pokeballs flying into each other! The ball then connected with the Solosis in mid-rollout and sucked him in with a bright ray of light. The ball however had gained the rollout's momentum and was rolling at a nearby tree! The ball would start to shake, as if the Pokemon was trying to get out which caused it to roll around in different directions. The ball then made it's way directly at your feet as it let off a click sound. :solosis: :M: (Lvl.7) was caught! Would you like to nickname it? Alice would attempt to get up, still confused and thank you. However when she tried to walk to you, she tripped on a small pebble and fell to the ground once more. It may be a good idea to carry or put her back in her pokeball now that the battle had ended in your favor.

New Trainer Posts: 21 Group: Member Member #2,093 Joined: July 1, 2010	Maerko's heart was pumping at insane rates, his adrenaline rushing just from the anticipation for the Solosis's capture. His eyes locked on the ball like a hawk, worried if goo ball was weakened it enough or not. As time dragged on the thoughts became more and more worried and he was sure he was going to fail and Alice would be hurt from the outcome of this battle. The teen began was ready to grab Alice and high tail it until he saw the ball stop at his feet..with the never before heard clicking sound..Which he knew what it meant! "I...I...got him?"he asked himself as he picked up the ball, and began thinking of nicknames for him "I'll call you Flubber.." he spoke lowly to the ball itself as he saw his Pichu waddling towards him. He had already had himself lowered and rushed towards Alice to pick up off the ground and hold her gingerly in one arm after she fell. Maerko smiled down at her and lowered his head, kissing her lightly on the head as you would a dog for praise. "You did a great job, Alice. I could not of done it without you!" he cried out and hugged her with a comforting squeeze to show he meant it. Now that the job was done the Trainer placed the new friend in his pocket for safe keeping and walked off towards his crispy bag. From the look on his face it was seen he was not amused and began to rummage through it..He pulled out his now dead cellphone and tossed it aside, not even planing to even touch it again. All of his snack foods soon joined the litter pile and finally he got to the extra container of pokemon food and opening that..A insane burnt smell would come out both from the plastic and the food and that was tossed away quickly..Almost as if he was treating it like a grenade about to explode! "Smells so..Bad! Ugh!" was shouted whilst it was tossed and he sighed as nothing more could be thrown out really but now he knew he just had to rush to the next town. The teen now carried off Alice going the general direction away from Cyan Town just hoping Jade City would be a quick walk from here! "Confusion will wear off soon..I hope."

Thunderous rage falling behind brotherhood and contentness Posts: 1,475 Group: Global Moderator Member #388 Joined: July 22, 2006	(It'll be 5 pages before you can leave the forest FYI) The disgusting smelling Pokefood caused many bird based pokemon to flock away and many things in the grass to rush in the opposite direction, it was as if your food was so disgusting that the forest decided to flee from it! Alive started to scratch at your face, obviously hating the stench and wanting to be put back in her ball so she wouldn't have to deal with it. Suddenly a huge breeze came through the forest blowing the foul aroma across a large gathering of brush which caused some slight unnatural movement. The movement moments later grew into a quick paced shaking that seemed to be heading towards your direction. Suddenly a :gulpin: appeared from the brush and made it's way towards the foul smelling food. Gulpin then opened up it's mouth massively and sucked up the food in one bite! container and all! Gulpin would then look over at you, curious as to why you had stayed so close to the stench, rather than ran like the other Pokemon had.

New Trainer Posts: 21 Group: Member Member #2,093 Joined: July 1, 2010	Maerko quickly became annoyed with the scratching on his face and pulled Alice's pokeball from his necklace and clicked on the device. He then returned her to the ball to free her from the smell and give her a rest. He'd plop the ball back to it's rightful place and quickly covered his mouth and nose with his scarf to 'shield' him from the smell. The teen finally began walking away, but came to a stop as he heard rustling around him, it got closer and he was looking straight in the direction of the brush. Confused by the look of him, he watched as he engulfed the entire container and the burnt food along with it. His face drew a straight line, and his eyes just stared with awe as he pokerfaced the Gulpin. Interested enough by him, he reached into his pocket and plopped open his pokedex one handed and pointed the censor int he direction of the Gulpin, curious what the dex had to say

"Gul-pin..." "My name is Cris, by the way," said the trainer to Maerko as he reached down and picked up the squishy round Pokémon in his hands. "And judging by Goliath's breath... I'd really recommend taking a cooking class or something, dude, because your Pokéfood smells nasty..."

He already was reaching for his pocket at the attempt of just battling the creature. Though he stopped and put the ball back to direct his attention to the new trainer as he cried out to him."Kay..."He spoke lowly under his breath and nodded at the boy, he did not really like him already due his young age and voice he assumed he was annoying. The teen continued to stare at him as he picked up his Gulpin, wondering if he needed. A bit of anger flashed through him as he was insulted in away. "Just like kids..Speaking and insulting when they don't know anything..That Gulpin thing is ugly as hell anyways.."he thought to himself sort of making a disgruntled face before turning his back to the boy and pacing away, slowly. "Names Maerko...And my bag got fried by an electric attack." was spoken in a halfhearted tone. Edited by Maerko, Jul 6 2012, 12:19 PM.
