Hey, anyone here ever tried "mixing" Pokémon sprites? Like, taking two or more sprites and sort of combining them? I used to be really into it, just tried it again today for funsies. The result was pretty horrible, but it'll work as an example - I messed up the shadows so I tried to heal it by the magic of Photoshop filters, but sadly it just turned into a blurry mess.![]() Metagross + Octillery = Octigross! Or Metallery, if you prefer! Edited by Blackfish, Jun 20 2013, 04:22 PM.

I think mixies would be a great addition to the board because it adds to the pokemon world. You could always try suggesting them to Hishy and see if he goes through with the plan :3 x |

Heh, I doubt they'd seem very unique when they're just a blend of existing Pokémon. :b I'm too rusty to do anything like that, anyways. It might be cool, though.

Yeah, I've tried it, it's not as fun as doing it yourself though. :b You have a lot more freedom to do stuff. |

Yes, that is true. The fanart trend that succeeded it, though, has some pretty amazing results. http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/pokemon%20fusion%20art |

Whoa, some of that stuff is pretty awesome. Unfortunately I possess no graphical skills, so I'll just stick with breeding Pokémon sprites in MS Paint. |

FEATURED TRAINER: Draco Yaiba
Current Progress:Draco Yaiba has had a great start to his adventure in the Kyojo Region. He managed to defeat Professor Spruce and his Treecko with a reasonable amount of ease, and journeyed to Ragno Path. Currently, he's facing formidable wild Pokémon; a Spinarak and a Kricketot, with a fellow trainer's Sewaddle to assist him in defeating said wild Pokémon.
Pokémon: At the moment, Draco only owns two Pokémon. A Charmander, by the name of Char, and a Mudkip by the name of Swamp. Char proved to be a highly effective choice of a starter Pokémon as it managed to take out the Professor's Treecko in a well-fought battle. Swamp, however, hasn't had the chance to shine, yet, until now. Swamp is currently facing off, alongside the Sewaddle, against the previously mentioned wild Spinarak and wild Kricketot.
