Ok I do not have a script but I need to see if there are any artists that would be interested in this.

The Lady in Black, she comes for us all.
She comes for the just, she comes for the wicked.
She comes the elderly and she comes for the young.
She has many faces and she visits many places.
The lady in black, she comes for us all.
She is the last face you see before you fall.
While some say she is cruel, others say she is just in her ways.
No matter the time, no matter the place.
She always wears the proper face.
For those who were cheated and forced to an end,
She is a saddened old woman who mourns for them.
For those who peacefully met their long journeys end,
She is a lovely young woman who greets them as an old friend.
Those who caused pain and suffering to their fellow man,
She is a wicked fiend who torments them on a road for the damned.
To those who felt they had to escape the crushing weight of the world,
She takes a motherly form that comforts rather than scorn.
The few who struggled and battled for a greater cause,
She greets these heroes with a divine form without flaw.
The lady in black, she comes for us all
She has many faces, she has many forms.
She takes many and gives none in return.
She is the guide to those who have gone.
Some pray she guides the just an eternal paradise as a reward for their deeds in life.
Some hope she takes the wicked to face judgment appalling crimes.
Some believe she brings us back to the beginning of our journey with a fresh start.
While others say that all she offers is eternal rest for a weary traveler.
None truly knows where she takes those she sees.
All we know is that one day we certainly shall meet.
She is not to be sought out, but she is not to be feared,
Despite the fact she may far loom or quite near.
She is the reason that life is precious my dear.
Either it is long or short, bitter or sweet; it shall come to an end.
At any time or any place, you could meet her face to face.
No matter what form she takes, we all know the name of the lady with her unique grace.
Death.
The lady in black.
With her there is no coming back.

let me know what you think.

What is this? A poem?
It might help if you write down at least some sort of idea of what you want actually happening on the page.
A few pages with no dialogue, just action, with an overlain sort of poetry thing could be quite cool.

Alternatively there are other routes you can take with poetry besides making it into a comic.
Try these sites if you do: http://placesforwriters.com/ and http://winningwriters.com/

There's also The April Reader, which is the /lit/ version of Pulp!: www.theaprilreader.org

This can be turned into a comic, no problem. You can keep the lines as captions. Use each line/caption per panel. Works out to around 4 to 6 panels per page (It'll read like the following as a draft). I don't see a need for dialogue since the story is pretty interpretive. All there needs is some panel descriptions.

PAGE 1
