Basic Information Before creating a Jarvis file you must first be aware of what your Power, Ability ect will be. When you are thinking of your Characters abilities and powers, you also need to consider their limits, you also have to remember that you are either a Mutant, Human or any other race displayed here. If your power was Superhuman Physiology then you can only start off with 1 aspect of that power but as you develop through the RP your Character will unlock more abilities, for example, if you had Super Strength then you would only be able to lift, push or pull 5 tonnes. If you had Super Speed then 60mph would be your top speed. Limits are Important in this Roleplay for students and even Professors, your limits must be realistic for your starting level and must be Roleplayed correctly When you are designing your character you can choose a Power and a significantly weaker Ability or vice versa, if your Power is something like Chi Manipulation or Superhuman Physiology ect then your ability would have to be basic. For example, you cannot have "Olympic Gymnast" while you have a Stronger power, or "Advanced Hand to Hand Combat". Its common sense for a RolePlayer to follow this as it allows them to develop their Character. However, If you ignore this and are seen having a Unique ability and power then your Jarvis File will be denied and you will be asked to edit it accordingly. Weapons are restricted in this Roleplay unless its for training sessions or missions ect. For example, you cannot be walking around the School grounds with a Gun in your hand. Anybody who does this and creates a scene then that scene will automatically be void. Secondary Powers and Abilities Your Character may be granted development at the end of the week, and if this happens then you can slightly strengthen your powers. If you possessed any degree of Superhuman strength then when you were issued development then your strength could be increased by 3-5 tonnes. If you had Super Speed then you would be able to run 30mph faster than your current level. However, you must make sure that your secondary power shares a close link with your original power otherwise they will not be approved. In order to qualify for development then you must Roleplay as much as possible, you can attend classes, ensure that your homework is in on time and generally just taking an active role. If the staff think you are doing well then they will mention it to an admin and you may be eligible for development, if you are not on the development list then you need to improve on something. Abilities also follow the same procedure as powers, you can upgrade your ability, For example, "Basic hand to hand combat" to "Intermediate hand to hand combat" ect. |
