If there are people that start playing Ragnarok Online at this server and don't know anything about it, here's a guide on how to reach your class and cast the most powerful skills. You'll start with a novice, this novice only has 3 skills (First Aid, Trick Dead, Basic Skills) unless you get items or cards that give you skills, like the Horong Card, which enables Level 1 Sight if you put it in accessory and equip it. You can simply type "@warp prt_fild01" without the quotes and you'll warp to Prontera's Field No. 1. Try to kill a Poring there (Note: Keep clicking at it or try typing /nc for auto attack). If you kill the poring and your job level is 10, go into your skill list and use all the skill points on your basic skills. Do not level the other two skills. Type @go 0 and go to the job changer, your choices are: - Swordman - Archer - Mage - Thief - Merchant - Acolyte - Taekwon - Ninja - Gunslinger These jobs can evolve to other and stronger jobs. First Job: - 2-1 Class → 2-1 Transfer Class - 2-2 Class → 2-2 Transfer Class Swordman: - Knight → Lord Knight - Crusader → Paladin Archer: - Bard → Clown (Male) - Dancer → Gypsy (Female) - Hunter → Sniper Mage: - Wizard → High Wizard - Sage → Professor Thief: - Assassin → Assassin Cross - Rogue → Stalker Merchant: - Blacksmith → Whitesmith | Mastersmith - Alchemist → Creator Acolyte: - Priest → High Priest - Monk → Champion Taekwon: - Soul Linker - Star Gladiator Ninja: -Novice → Ninja Gunslinger: -Novice → Gunslinger For the second jobs you will need to have a minimum of 40 job level. To reach the red jobs, you'll have to reborn. To reborn, you have to be Base level 99+ and have a minimum of 40 Job level. Also you have to be one of the jobs of the 2-1 and 2-2 classes. These jobs are the ones like Knight and Crusader. Then go to the Job Changer again and click "Yes" if she asks you to reborn. Don't be scared if you're a level 1/1 novice then. Just add all of the stat points to Str, that will probably be 33 str (not mandatory). Then, go to prt_fild01 again and kill a Poring. Go to the job changer again and you'll evolve to a High Job, this job looks like the First job but has another Dye. Then go kill some monsters in prt_fild01 again if you're the high job and go to the job changer again, talk to her and she'll ask you if you want to evolve to the 2-1/2-2 Trans Job. Then you'll be the highest job. For the rest you'll only need to level and you can ask other players which dungeons to level best. Now, for the strongest and most used skills for 2-1 and 2-2 Transfer Jobs. - Clown and Gypsy: Most of the Clowns and Gypsys are resist and use the Tarot Card skill, located all the way down in the skill list. The Tarot skill has a chance of casting "Coma" on an opponent, which reduces their HP and SP to 1. They can also buff with Attention Concentrate, which gives a lot of Agi and Dex. There also are Arrow Vulcan types of Clowns and Gypsies, they mostly have lots of hit and ATK to deal much more damage. - Sniper: Most snipers buff with Attention Concentrate, True Sight and Wind Walk and use the skills Double Strafing or Sharp Shooting. They can have Falcons. - High Wizard: They mostly buff with Energy Coat and cast bolts and land spells. - Professor: They are mostly resist, casting more bolts with the double casting skill and have an advantage of land protector. - Assassin Cross: There are many types of Assassin Crosses. These include: Bash (with the sword Cutlus or using our custom wings), Bowling Bash (with one of our custom suits), Sonic Blow (with a Katar), and the rare Finger Offensive type. They buff with Enchant Deadly Poison, which is one of this class's best advantage. - Stalker: They can copy skills using Preserve and Plagiarism. Using the passive skill Plagiarism, they can copy a skill, then keep the skill to use with Preserve. They can also use Full Divest (Full Strip) on someone to take off their equips and do more damage on them. - Whitesmith | Mastersmith: This class mostly uses the skill Cart Termination, which requires Cart Boost to be casted. There are lots of buffs for this job and you can check them in your skill list. They also have the Mammomite skill. - Creator: They can create a homunculus, which is basically the same as an attacking pet and can be the same level as the owner. They can create potions with the Pharmacy skill, and use the powerful Acid Demonstration skill. - High Priest: Mostly are Tanks and have lots of buffs. This job is a Tank + Healer and Buffer. I guess if you're this job you aren't someone of attack but more likely to resist in order to survive. - Champion: This job can use the powerful skill Asura Strike which mostly hits above 1 Million damage. They have some High Priest buffs, and have other offensive skills such as Raging Palm Strike. - Ninja: This class mostly uses spells and throws of weapons they can wield. Throw Kunai, in most cases, is the strongest attack. They also have Cast-off Cicada, so if they're getting attacked they jump a few cells back. Better class against long range because of Reverse Tatami, which nullifies all ranged attacks (not including magic spells). - Gunslinger: Using long range attacks with guns, this job is very powerful because of their skill, Desperado, and lots of hit buffs. They can also attack by hand like any job. - Soul Linker: Also a Resist and Buff job. They can give Soul Links to friendly opponents and give out skills like Kaizel where you get Resurrected when you die. - Star Gladiator: Not really useful on High Rate servers unless they have skills of other classes. They can use some Prepare kicks and kicking skills. Most effective on low rate servers with low levels. If you want anything to be added just post. |

What's a Porting? o//o "Type @go 0 and go to the job changer, your choses are" Choices* Ninja and Gunslinger don't go any further. I'm not sure if you have to reborn for them, but meh. "Just add all of the stat points to Str, that will probably be 33 str." They don't have to. o//o "" Might wanna erase that. (: Awesome guide! |

Err, no. That's absolutely incorrect. We're not saying anything about people using item(s) to get stronger, we're not even telling people they need str or dex to get ATK. I don't know why, but I think someone's jealous o:. Just kidding, lol. |
